I deposited 0.05 yesterday and received the gold shortly after in my Investments balance. You can then buy cows with the gold in your investments.
1: Site is down 2: You cant withdraw. You're just a sockpuppet account... Umm no I'm not a sockpuppet account. The site is down today yes, but I got 130000 gold for my 0.05 btc deposit yesterday within an hour.

This has happened to me a few times and only ONCE did they never confirm and it did take months to get them back in my wallet after the update. Most of the time it will confirm in a few hours TOPS.
However, I sent 0.5 BTC to a paper wallet several months ago that showed up on blockchain.info before my computer shutdown. I checked back the next day and the paper wallet had 0 balance and the transaction was GONE from blockchain.info
BUT, my Bitcoin-QT still showed the unconfirmed transaction for MONTHS until eventually the new update came out and it was credited in my account. The transaction still shows in my wallet as "Conflicted". =/
They may have fixed this issue in the new Bitcoin-QT

That $300 sell order was a bit strange you have to admit.

Well if lots of young Bitcoin users are going back to school then less people are using Bitcoin. Also the beginning of school each year is marked with lots of spending like buying clothes, supplies and computers. So all these people cashing out plus the drop in Bitcoin usage perhaps is causing the Price drop.
There may have been some major holders with market foresight that are utilizing the "season" to manipulate the price as well.

Dell was smart, they knew it was back to school time and kids needed computers for college.

That's a great goal!
First and foremost, the best way to acquire Bitcoin is to get a job and spend a portion of each paycheck buying BTC no matter what the price. Let's say for example you make $1000 per month and you can afford to buy $200 worth of BTC per month. That way you are acquiring Bitcoins and working for a living at the same time.
There's really no short and easy method to getting Bitcoins. You are going to have to invest time, energy and money into some venture in order to acquire the Bitcoins. Even Bitcoin Mining requires time, money and energy.
You can gamble, and get lucky, but chances are you are going to lose. The reason is, Casinos have unlimited funds and better odds than you; so you will lose in the long run from the odds or your limited supply of cash. If you want to gamble for fun, expect to lose whatever you deposit and if you get lucky and win then CASHOUT.

Hey x8008, I just wanted to let you know that I am a fairly respected faucet owner ( CoinPrizes.com has never gone dry in 6 months+ and over 0.5 BTC given away ), and was told the exact same thing as you when I tried to start a new faucet using an older custom script.
What did I do? I gladly deleted the custom script and downloaded the official Microwallet faucet. Why? Because I wanted to be included on LandofBitcoin so I did what I needed to do. It's his service, and he knows more about what his users want and how to make his site run better.
It sucks I spent 2 days customizing the other faucet script, but I am happy now with the traffic I am receiving. Comprende?
