1181  Other / Politics & Society / Re: If you believe we should kill all Muslims... on: April 18, 2017, 12:42:45 PM
Killing all muslims is a very stupid idea, you should already know that the amount of muslims all over the world has grown very rapidly, there are millions of them in every country.
First of all, you should never kill anyone, no matter what. We should solve our problems without using violance, weapons and ammuniton. However im afraid, that it is too late for that.

It seems like they are going to overcome the rest of the white population, because the birthrate in muslim families is around 4-5 times higher than in average white familly.
This leads us to a something that is very easy to spot, for everyone: muslims are going to be the biggest part of the population in Europe countries ( such as France,Germany ), in next 20-30 years.
1182  Other / Politics & Society / Re: In the Arctic a possible war? on: April 18, 2017, 12:22:03 PM
The battle for resources in the Arctic will be required. The warmer the climate on the earth the less snow and ice in the Arctic and the easier it will be to get there oil and gas. I think Putin had the theme to distract the Russian defeats on the political front, and maintain the image of a strong Russia.
In fact, that might be a reason of a war in future, as you said, every year our climate is getting warmer.
There are real treasures  hidden on Arctic, there is so many different kind of resources necessary for different branches of the industry, that the country which will overcome the others, and take control on the Arctic, will have the dominant position among the others. I assume that might happen in the times, where the human exctinction will already start, in the times, where there  is a lack of supplies for further technology development, lack of water and food supply.

I hope that we will avoid this fate, however it is still possible that these times will never come, because of the nuclear war that will destroy the whole planet.
1183  Economy / Speculation / Re: BU recovers from all the lies and trickery on: April 18, 2017, 12:05:16 PM
Bitcoin Unlimited is slowly recovering from all the trickery that caused people to put it aside for a while.
Now that the air has cleared people are switching again to make the network better and future proof.
BU block numbers are increasing where segwit is losing.
This is also clearly reflected by the price being dumped again in fear of core losing value.
What tricks will be pulled next?

Buggy Unlimited is dead, nobody cares about BU. Everytime BU gains some ground and segwit loses some the price crashes. Nobody wants BU, not the market, not the people running nodes, not the exchanges. It's over for BU.
I agree with you, as we can see most of the users on this forum are against Bitcoin Unlimited.
They think it is not necessary, people see it as a roadblock for bitcoin in its further journey, which is understandable for me, they dont want to risk at all only because of the hard fork.
It seems for me that bigger part of community actually hates BU for making panic on bitcoin market, and causing all this unexpected events. This part want to see SegWit implemented, sooner or later, it doesnt matter because we need some kind of solution to upgrade bitcoin software, but with BU we won't reach any consensus.
1184  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: i want to know more about campaign!! on: April 16, 2017, 05:08:39 PM
i m new in this site can any on help me knowing more about campaign i actually don't know much!! help me please
I suppose you mean signature campaining.
It means that some website pays you for having their signature under every post of you.
They pay you for making posts, however every one of them needs to be constructive, and cannot be just off-topic in some specified thread.
Usually, there are many sections excluded, such as "Off-Topic" or "Local". Also, there is a limit of posts every week.

Without a good account with high rank, you won't be payed much, but I think that firstly, you should focus on getting knowledge about bitcoin, and only after some time you may want to post.
I dont advise you buying any account, because it will be useless without proper education.
1185  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is that possible to earn bitcoin with Youtube Channel? on: April 16, 2017, 02:45:35 PM
We often earn money from youtube channel by showing ads from adsense and suppose if someone want to earn bitcoin by showing ads on their youtube videos then is there any alternative ad network which provide ads for youtube channel?
The problem about earning in bitcoin on your youtube channel, is that the main source of income is AdSense from Google, which basically pays you for your videos being viewed.
But unluckily, they dont use bitcoin as a payment option, so from the youtube side, you cannot get your income payed in bitcoins.

But there is different way, you may always put up some links in the videos description, with BTC address for donations.
Many youtubers/streamers are being donated usually, maybe it will work for you, and someone will help you not through paypal, but through blockchain.
1186  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Insanely high miner fees on: April 16, 2017, 02:30:06 PM
I sent yesterday a transaction of 962 bits with a $0.50 fee and until now it didn't finish... I used that site https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ as reference, yesterday the spectative was to finish it maximum in a bit less than one day, now the spectative is "infinite"...

When this happen, no chance to finish the transaction, will it be canceled?
It doesnt work like that, in blockchain network your transaction are rejected only in special cases, but you can find all these transactions and block over here -->  https://blockchain.info/en/rejected
To make it easier for us to help you, I suggest pasting your transaction ID over here, we will be able to see what is exactly going on.

To avoid very high fees like that, you should notice to not send many payments with bitcoin dust, that will just increase the fee you will have to pay later.
I suggest stacking your money into bigger sums, to send them all in one transaction. You will save money, time and resources.
1187  Economy / Economics / Re: It's Time To Get Painfully Honest: Banks Are Evil on: April 15, 2017, 05:56:03 PM
I know how they try to make money. They milk as much money as possible from their customers by introducing not-really necessary services and life insurance. They try to attract you with their promos. I just opened my account last week.  To be safe, I only open an account on top banks renowned worldwide.
I will probably prefer to open a bank account in a local bank than to keep feeding those transnationals banks that do nothing but harvest profits in your country and then take it away from your country so if you can support your local business even if those are banks since they are the lesser of two evils.
I agree with you, opening the bank account in some smaller ones is indeed supporting the local entrepreneurs and also your government, because small, local banks are surely paying all the taxes only in your country, and as you have already said, big banks that are spread worldwide are transfering the profits earned out of the country, usually paying lesser taxes.

On the other hand, I think that every bank is evil, because they are actually harvesting the society from money, by loans, life insurance or services that are basically useless.
If I would have any other option, my bank account could be never created- but i have to buy bitcoins somehow Smiley
1188  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin break $2000? because of Trump? on: April 15, 2017, 05:15:16 PM
Well , nothing has changed in bitcoinland frem the first bubble to 266.

We all hope that the price will go up because somebody , this time Trump , will do something pretty shitty.
Sometimes I think bitcoiners will pray for the end of the world just to prove that bitcoin is better than fiat.

Rightnow the price only maintains high because of japan. Europe and US dont buy shit because they know whats going on while countries like Japan and China are famous for their panic pump&dumps.  Would be only a matter of time before they know whats going on behind the scenes.
Can you explain me why you think that Japan is one of the countries that do panic dumps?
I agree, China is one of country of that kind because we have already seen what was happening on their markets ( exchanges, to say the truth ) when the China government has released the bitcoin regulations.

But I cannot understand why you think that Japan will also do the same, in case of unexpected events.
They want to adopt bitcoin, their government also wants to see bitcoin as a possible payment method in stores and shop, so my opinion is that they will remain with a strong faith into bitcoin.
A country who would adopt bitcoin just to dump it few years later would be a stupid country.
Implying that japanese society isn't smart and educated, is something that terrifies me.
1189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling sites earnings? on: April 15, 2017, 05:06:46 PM
I was always curious about knowing how much gambling sites actually earns and how profitable is it for them considering that some websites such PrimeDice are running for years now and bitcoin price is going up and down since then so how do they manage to keep their reserve filled and make profit in same time ?
We are not able to tell you the profit that primedice made (it was funded privately) because we dont have access to such data, however there are many crypto gambling websites where you can check the profits earned by your own, for example cryptogames.com or bustabit.
It is all about who funded the casino: if the money came from private investors, then they probably won't hand us the data.
But if it was funded other way, as an ICO or crowdfunding, then they will surely give up such an informations.

It still depends on the amount of users daily, house edge and obviously variation, if the casino is provable fair.
Some of them are more effective, some are less, and there are even casinos where investors has lost some of their money ( check moneypot ).
1190  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: April 15, 2017, 04:57:04 PM
I dont buy thé idea of bitcoin bank for now.
We should be thinking about the life growth of bitcoin not the bank.
Bitcoin bank can not help bitcoin for now and it will make the popularity of bitcoin to fed away.

Actually already banks started implementing online services completely and try to compete with the bitcoin. Citi bank, New York creating new digital coin for them called "Citicoin". However, none implementation are equal to bitcoins. If bitcoin adopted by any financial services. They will consume more amount for usage and fees. Personally I do not support this bitcoin in bank.
I have noticed that this thread already contains a really big number of different answers from particular people, but I just had to participate at least for a while.

It is happening because banks are into technology and current financial news, and they are scared of cryptocurrency horizon that is starting to cover some of their clients.
They can spot an incoming struggle with bitcoin, and that is why they are implementing so many new online services.

For example, Ripple has been created by banks to make the settlements between them.
Also, as you said there is Citicoin, but I cannot believe it will be adopted by a big amount of users, when we have so many great cryptocurrencies to choose.

Im sure that banks will take part in cryptocurrency business, but in few years because I think they are still not sure about going into investment that is not so predictable.
1191  Economy / Speculation / Re: Take profits now! on: April 14, 2017, 10:51:14 PM
bitcoin price is going down .well i would not agree on you to sell all the bitcoins .yes now is the time that you buy some bitcoins.
well wait till august if you can ,the price of bitcoins is going to touch 2000$ .well then it would be the best time to sell all your bitcoins.

It's a neutral time to buy Bitcoin. If you really wanted to benefit from the panic, you should have bought your coins well under the $1000 level. I don't see how the price will reach $2000 while Bitcoin is still the same. People are waiting for those larger blocks, which at the same time is a required upgrade to push Bitcoin further. No larger blocks, no $2000 level. It's harsh to say it like this, but it's the hard reality.
My opinion is pretty similar to yours, I think that is not a good moment to buy bitcoins for long-term investment.
I would stay more to the 1000$ levels, to obtain 1 or 2 for a good interest.

The times, when bitcoin price will reach 2000$ are not so far from now, that might be even 2 years.
That is non-optimistic version, but i dont expect bitcoin to reach almost 50% higher price in a short period of time.

Buying on the current moment in not getting profits from the panic, because it is already a big price according to the history of bitcoin.
1192  Economy / Economics / Re: New here: Tut for people interested in earning bitcoins (legit) on: April 14, 2017, 07:07:49 PM
Hi good day!

This would be my very first post. I am new to bitcoin still 5 days using coins.ph as loading, remittance, & bills payment. However, I wanted to earn bitcoins while searching in the internet there are tons of faucets but only few are paying up and its a total waste of time. I've heard of signature campaign and am interested but don't know how to start. Minning and loaning requires investment which I'm afraid to invest or it would be gone by the wind in one blow since I don't have any knowledge of how bitcoin works. So if there is someone willing to give like a tutorial I would really appreciate it...

To be honest, you don't need someone to give you a tutorial or to act as tutor. There is a thread here in this forum which is "Beginners & Help" which discuss many things about bitcoin and includes guides about this forum. Under that thread is also how to earn bitcoin, what you need to is to read and analyze. If someone would offer to teach you what they know then good for you but you can also learn on your own. I would suggest joining signature campaigns for a stable income but as a newbie you may try focusing first on getting your rank higher for much higher payment.

This might be also a good place for such a thread, but if we would dicuss different options about obtaining bitcoin by investing them.
Im obviously talking about good debate without any kind of HYIP's, cloudmining or any bitcoin which will make my bitcoins doubled in 10 seconds.

Anyway I can suggest sig campaining, investing in cryptocurrency casino bankroll, offering your abilities and skills at "Services" thread.
You can get good money with that, and obviously you can also trade, but you need knowledge about market to reach your goals.

I think that there is no problem in doing one of these things, but you need to choose smart, and know what is the best option for you.
1193  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it still worth it to trade? on: April 14, 2017, 06:30:27 PM
It is always worth to trade, no matter what because the difference in price occurs every day, so the occasion to make money happens also on everyday basis.
Even in the case  of uncertainty and panic on the markets, the price will make moves so for me, question "is it still worth to trade" doesnt make sense.

On the other hand, I would not go into trading without proper experience and knowledge to do a correct trades, I would imply that the most important thing I should do in that scenario, would be to get proper education about the markets I want to enter, and make trades on them.

Even the most successful traders had busted their bankrolls many times, just read the biography of Warren Buffet, and you will know what im talking about.
1194  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Insights into the Mindset of Super Traders on: April 14, 2017, 05:01:48 PM
Im getting sick of all the guys that want to have the knowledge and skills of the best traders in the earth, without any practice or time invested into this.
Guess what, it is impossible, without extremely hard work through many years.

I also have enough of reading that trading is something fairly easy, because it is just clicking ask and bid.
Making money by sitting in front of the computer ( or even through mobile ), and living thanks to few clicks everyday? And all that without any experience? Seems legit huh?

Being a full-time trader is such a stressing job, that most of the regular people couldn't do it.
It is not a job in the company, where you get payed for an hour, you have to make correct decision everyday, and this determines your survival on the market.
And if you dont, you may lose your great job and get into really big trouble.
1195  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading platform on: April 14, 2017, 04:39:27 PM
What/where are the best platforms for trading
Crypto's. Besides coinbase which Im currently
Using however  I'm looking  to expand outside of
What coinbase offers
I think that we dont have any kind of platforms for cryptocurrencies that are available as a software, to connect with different exchanges.
You need to go on to the particular site to get access to their platform, by registering and depositing the money.
I would suggest you using poloniex, it has the highest volume among the other exchanges, plus they give you a chance to trade also altcoins- only those trusted ones, not scamcoins.
The only disadvantage I have found in Poloniex exchange, is that their platform is a bit laggy sometimes, which may be really annoying for experienced trader- we need to make our decisions in a blink of an eye.
1196  Economy / Economics / Re: Will you invest in a MLM scam in early stage? on: April 14, 2017, 04:32:23 PM
Investing in some MLM scam might be a good idea, if you enter in it quickly, freshly after creation of website.
If you can do that, now you have to find a way to collect as many referrals as possible, through every possible path no matter what: social media, bitcoins forums, gambling sites, literally anything.
You also need to have really good marketing skills- for example, persuading people to go into the programme with a big pile of money isn't easy, you have to do it correctly.

But the most important thing is do you really want to involve all this people into losing their money on some stupid project, that really doesnt offer anything except MLM scheme ( ponzi )?
The answer to this question is only up to you, if you want to live with knowledge that some of the people you suggested it, have lost their life savings for that.

Be honest people, dont earn money on someone's wounds, make them by yourself with a hard work.
1197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to control greed on gambling? on: April 13, 2017, 07:20:31 AM
As i know gambling is all about luck and how to control my greed, except sportbetting (of course need skill and strategy).

I have experience in gambling (casino), somtime i hit big only with faucet or free money and i can withdraw from that. but because my greed i always want more and more, then i'll come again with my money as bankroll. Bet more and hope win more, but because of that i'll lose my money little by little and usually i'll stop after my bankroll to be "0". I call that with greed.
Anyone here have any suggestion to control my greed? Let me know.

Actually, the same applies to sportsbetting.

You need skill and strategy, yes. But even so it can be tempting that your pick is so good that you bet more than you would have on impulse. That obviously isn't a good way to bet at all, and should be avoided.

Greed is actually a disorder for most gamblers.

Most addicted gamblers have impulse control disorder, meaning that they are unable to control their impulses(duh).

Seek professional help. If you are bored, then you are more likely to gamble. Find something worthwhile to do.
1198  Economy / Speculation / Re: for the first time ever, i'm hedging part of my long term position with altcoins on: April 13, 2017, 06:55:48 AM
I would say keep around 75% of your coins in bitocin and then 25% in altcoins.

The 25% of the altcoins should be diversified as well, it shouldn't be just Ethereum, Ripple, or Litecoin.

The problem with having only bitcoin is that you have put all your investments in one basket. You can't count on bitcoin to always perform like it did a month ago. You're still taking risks, and you can reduce your risks of losing by hedging against bitcoin with altcoins.

But the majority of the portfolio should still be bitcoin.
1199  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will get half million dollars prices by 2030 : Blockchain.info CEO on: April 13, 2017, 06:43:36 AM
I think the scenario if bitcoin did reach half a million bucks by 2030 would be a total collapse of the fiat protocol and bitcoin takes centre stage. That is the most likely scenario to happen, since half a million dollars would be worth a lot less than it does now.
This does not need to be true. There will be two community in this world by 2030 one of them will be using fiats for their living and the others leading their life with bitcoins. Similar things will be applicable to merchants and hence we cannot claim bitcoin conquered the center stage and fiats got subsided. Both will find their ways even with bitcoin value hits one millions levels.

This is because of the buying capacity of bitcoin will not power just few people but probably 10% to 20% of world population, this must be highly equivalent to those people got new high paying jobs, a new job will change the world drastically ?

If that is the case then again, fiat would have lost its market share and bitcoin would have taken over.

If fiat was ever abandoned by half the population of the world then that would definitely cause a lot of panic and disorder, plus a fiat currency value slump. That would mean that bitcoin will rise in value accordingly as well.

But your theory is something that is very likely to happen in my opinion.
1200  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin implants? on: April 13, 2017, 06:31:49 AM
I'm not sure if this has ever been implemented yet, but can you imagine a way of paying with Bitcoin by just using your own body?

It would be more of like a microchip implanted into your left or right hand that would contain both your public and private keys to send and receive Bitcoins.

So in case you want to send or receive some BTC, you would just pass your hand over at a scanner and it would perform the desired operation. This is would make it a very convenient and easy way to transact, and carry your Bitcoins with you anytime, anywhere. However, the only thing to be considered would be the security of your private key from within your implant, to protect your funds from theft.

Nevertheless, I want to know your opinion about this, since it would be pretty cool to have such a system to help spread mass adoption of the cryptocurrency.  Smiley

I think that it is a good idea.

However there is really no need for this, all you need is a smartphone.

This would also mean that it is easier for hackers to gain the private key of the person using this implant. I simply do not think that this is a good idea, and when you see credit card hackers just walking by with a harmless machine but actually extracting your credit card details, you get chills down your spine.

If somehow security can be achieved, then this is viable. But it is also a permanent commitment to bitcoin for whoever wishing to get this implant done.
