1181  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Advice for poor people who wanna get some crypto on: May 02, 2022, 02:41:58 PM
What you say is true. The internet can help us find various kinds of information about making money from the internet. That is not only information on making money through cryptocurrency but also information from various sources. So if you can find something that works for you, you can start doing it and making money. Everything requires a process, and many beginners cannot go through the process.
The reason why newbies are impatient that way is the fact that they never had to learn it the hard way. When they start losing money, they will realize that either they are not made for trading and will leave, or they will realize that they could make money a better way which would be learning and trusting the process.

This is why I believe that all newbies could make mistakes and that's fine, we all make mistakes even when we are veterans, how they approach their mistake will shape their future though. The ones that leave, or do not learn it properly will end up with a bad result, the ones that learn from it and get better and they will make a proper money.
1182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Dogecoin become the new BTC? on: May 01, 2022, 09:55:40 PM
Until whenever Dogecoin will never be able to beat Bitcoin, in fact many projects have been created to replace Bitcoin. But it all ended in failure, because it was impossible to beat Bitcoin. As we know Bitcoin always dominates the market, and there has never been a single coin to replace it in the top position. People's trust in Bitcoin is too great, and also Bitcoin is like a mother to altcoins. Moreover, Dogecoin is only meme coins that do not have a clear function, so Dogecoin is only being manipulated by Elon Musk for personal gain. And now many people have been harmed because of this, so even though Elon Musk is using Twitter to promote Dogecoin again, I don't think Dogecoin will go as high as it was in 2021.
I agree that bitcoin is constantly getting the pressure because being at the top means that you are aimed by everyone. Nobody really sets out to be the 43rd best coin in the world, that is not an aim to be proud of, if you are starting then you aim to be top 10 or the best. Some reach top 10 easily and they want to be at the top, which is an honorable goal but to be fair not achieved by many.

I am guessing that doge got a bit too egotistical because of all the Elon Musk news, and the hubris will be the reason why it will fall as well. All those doge holders who made money during Elon tweet period will not care about the crash when it happens, and will be shocked to see it never recovering.
1183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How low can BTC go this time around on: May 01, 2022, 09:38:23 PM
The reason why people are able to buy BTC for 3500$ was because of the covid panic of 2020 if not I don't believe that BTC could ever get that cheap, now how low do you think BTC can get to in the next bear market? It will be stupid to expect BTC to get down to a very deep price range again.

It is pointless to predict the exact price where bitcoin can find the bottom, but I think the ideal place for a long-term purchase will be below $30,000. The sooner bitcoin finally falls in price to $20-$30 thousand, the sooner the recovery processes will begin. Such a low cost of the asset will force many to invest in the coin, which will drive the price up.
This is both right, but also a bit wrong in the sentiment. It is right because trying to figure out what bticoin will do is not an easy task, it will never be known exactly how much it will be in price, you can get close to it but getting the exact number of the peak would be very difficult, near impossible level.

However, you need to at least give it a shot and try to do that because that is how you make money, otherwise how would you profit from it? If you think it will be 55k but it becomes 57k, you will miss out on making some more profit but at least you made the direction and that is the important part. You can't know for sure exactly where it will stop, but you have to try in order to try.
1184  Economy / Economics / Re: Does anyone care about the environment? on: May 01, 2022, 08:46:59 PM
Many politicians only think about their purse. What problems will concern these people? They have only one problem - how to sit for a long time at their workplace. And all the political problems they care about only because their personal money can suffer. I do not believe that political parties are worried about the problems of peace and ecology. These problems can be solved quickly, but this has not been done so far and there's always a reason for it.
I do not think that it is politicians that fill their pockets that get the power, I think people get power by filling their pockets. So, you can't become a politician unless you decide to be a shady person willing to get rich. Other politicians who see you not taking any bribery or not working with them on shady deals etc etc will oust you and eventually even on the smallest of the issues you will be gone.

Look at the USA for example, Bernie Sanders is famously a person who can't be bought and he is always and will always stay to be the cleanest politician they have there, but Americans do not vote for him because everyone on media and all politicians hate him because he is not like them. You HAVE TO take money and be shady in order to be accepted among them.
1185  Economy / Economics / Re: Pay in rubles or have your gas shut off by April on: May 01, 2022, 08:10:51 PM
Russia has begun to think of itself as a superpower with a little bit of power. Now he is threatening not to supply gas to other countries!  For so long I have thought that if countries could not find alternatives, they would have no choice but to accept gas supplies on Russian terms.

But I got the amazing information from the link shared by @stompix.  And it is only a matter of time before Russia's arrogant and aggressive attitude ends if the countries really form an alliance against Russia because of this alternative.

Although Russia will try to form an alliance with one of the countries.  But, it remains to be seen whether Russia will face a single country hole against Europe. If Russia continues to threaten to cut off gas supplies, it will be a suicide for Russia.
Russia IS a superpower, the difference is that their "super" power comes from energy, which is something that could be acquired by some other nation or even become self sustaining if we spend enough time and money on it. China did the same thing, considered themselves as a superpower, reality is that the money comes from the west for manufacturing things, if we manufacture somewhere else then they are done with as well.

If you do not have money yourself, just like.. have it, then there is no way you could keep it going. I personally believe that the more you depend on other nations the less powerful you will become overtime.

Using the WoF bonus would have been profitable if the chances of getting prizes with the maximum number of sats, RP, and lottery tickets hadn't been reduced so much. In any case, you're right that the WoF bonus is not the best way to spend RP. Even if you imagine that someone activates one of these WoF bonuses and claims it more than 20 times a day, it still doesn't guarantee that it will be profitable.
Yes but the more WoF per day you have the higher your chances to hit a big prize.I know that they have reduced a lot especially the RP maximum prize because I have been able to get maximum prize of Satoshis and Lottery tickets once in 3-6 weeks of spinning my WoF daily but it has been ages since I have not received the maximum prize of RP by the WoF.

Nevertheless I believe it has all to do with lady luck, once she decide to grace you she will do,I am waiting for that moment from a lot of time now but I remain hopeful anyway.
You have a bigger prize chance but do not forget that you are getting like 500 satoshis per day with 10 tickets and that's all you could be happy about as well. Combine that with the free faucet and other stuff you could get, and then the tickets as well with a chance for even bigger, and reward points and such.

We are talking about over a thousand satoshi average for a person who just does this as a side deal and not really like a money thing. Then we have like 30k+ per month, not a lot but definitely a great deal when you combine them all together and consider the fact that you spent maybe like 15 minutes on the website total for such amount. With a potential to win so much more obviously.
1187  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin reaches maximum, target $80K BTC on: May 01, 2022, 03:45:39 PM
If people are looking at bitcoin "just" for the profit then they shouldn't even be here if you ask me. Obviously profit is a major part of bitcoin world, the general crypto world but at the same time it's not the only reason why people should be interested in it. It's such a huge and big deal that we should be focusing on other stuff as well when we are investing.

I personally love it because it brings me so much freedom for example, freedom to be away from government and banks. Making profit is a great addition to that, but they are not addition to profit for me. When I first got into crypto, it was years ago and we weren't really looking for these type of profits, they happened and we were happy but we weren't interested in that initially.
I would say that looking at it just for profit isn't all that evil neither. I get that there are other reasons why bitcoin should be loved, I love it for other reasons as well and I believe this is going to be quite profitable for many people and that is not a bad reason to invest neither. The thing is that, if we invest accordingly then we should be getting richer and then we could also be rich and use it for the other good things.

I rather have a few million dollars and do not worry about money and love bitcoin for all the great system it has, then be poor and focus on the great system. Not that the blockchain and all the other parts are not great, but money is a pressing concern for many people.
1188  Economy / Speculation / Re: What do you think about Bitcoin? on: April 30, 2022, 09:38:52 PM
When I first heard about bitcoin in a forum that accepts bitcoin donations, I thought it was the same as online payment systems that are already popular such as web money, paypal, liberty reserve and so on, but when someone made a post about the graph of the bitcoin price increase, it made me interested to know more, and the easy thing at that time was I searched on google with the type "how to earning bitcoin" so I was directed to many faucets sites and at that time still paying.
Well, faucet isn't bad the only thing is that many sites requires a certain amount of balance to withdraw it. You also need to be active to get that hourly faucet. Bitcoin was more design in a clever way compare to those platforms that you'd mentioned, it's more complex and what fascinating is that it doesn't have a centralized authority.
Faucets used to be not bad, nowadays they are not that great to be fair. I believe that you should be looking to work instead of that if you are a newbie wanting some money.

There are plenty of projects out there who do bounties and airdrops where you could earn something. Would certainly pay higher than faucets for sure. That's the new faucet basically, people create their own tokens that worth nothing, give that to you so you would share them, and you work hard with the hopes that your and others work would make that token worth something so that your money will be valued whereas the creator earns 10000x more. Still same logic as faucet basically.
1189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 30, 2022, 09:04:18 PM
Juventus' performance this season has been quite impressive, I said that Juventus might not be able to enter the UCL next season at the beginning. However, Allegri managed to change everything in half season, Juventus even had the potential to reach 1st position, unfortunatelly the poor results they got in the last few matches, including the defeat against Sassuolo made their point to get to number 1, it can be said to be difficult or even imposisible. UCL target next season is the most realistic for Juve this season.
Impressive? They are but fourth in the league right now, I really doubt that we could call that impressive as it stands. I get that they have been better for the second half of the season and that gave people some hope, but that "a few bad results" came with bad teams and that resulted with them not being even higher, could have beaten out Napoli by now if they won those games.

I am not saying they are bad, they are  a good team but at the end of the day they are not the greatest, hence I do not think that it would be really that great to put them in the impressive region, I would say they are just but a decent team in a decent league but nothing special.
1190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any altcoin to be millionere by holding up to 5 years from now ? on: April 30, 2022, 07:08:35 PM
to invest in such a coin is like throwing your money with a little expectation to get back to fill your wallet. The choices right now are quite many and because of that our chances are getting lower and lower but the rare chances are still there. for the past few years, I read some success stories of holding certain coins for years and at the same time, I also read some failed investments where they hold the wrong coins which didn't really bloom or didn't even gain any price after years of keeping it in their crypto wallet. The good thing is, you can buy those kind of coins for lower prices which is kinda tempting but still proper research before investing is a must for everyone.
That is what happens when you hold things for many years. I have a graveyard of dead coins for example, they do not worth like more than 20 bucks, and that has been a terrible feeling, seeing something that you love and hyped about so much to die is a very bad feeling on top of losing a lot of money on it.

However I also made a lot more in return with the great ones that I kept, I have been hodling bitcoin for many years and even though many people think that bitcoin wouldn't make people that much return, it has proven to be one of the most profitable ones year in and year out. I had eth, bnb, and many others as well and they have all been great so far.
1191  Economy / Gambling / Re: Do you prefer lots of promotions over better RTP? on: April 30, 2022, 07:08:04 AM
Some are just bad luck or don't do good in promotions but they can do better on the standard games so they will prefer better rtp and one more thing is that promotions don't last forever and they can only come rarely but standard games are there at all times, which means you can win much better if you are lucky than compare to when you only participate on promotions.

Not only in promotions but gambling in general doesn't guarantee us a win. It is a business not a charity as what most people say so therefore expect to lose or we can say don't expect to win but only enjoy every moment when you are playing.
Even though I believe that promotions could be 7/24 and one could end while the other one starts, I still believe that you are right. I mean a smaller chance of winning something huge doesn't worth losing more on each and every bet. That just makes it easier for me to lose all my money and quicker, which is not really fine for me.

The best case for me would be to actually end up with a proper profit with my betting, or at least losing it slower. Plus, just because a place has better RTP doesn't mean that they won't do promotions. Promotions are the marketing of casinos and they will be forced to do it to get new people so we take advantage of that anyway.
1192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: April 29, 2022, 09:48:17 PM
Manchester United attack is very easy for opponents to read because the ultimate goal of Manchester United's attack is to provide feedback to Cristiano Ronaldo to score goals. In the match against Chelsea, they only relied on the wings to pass to Ronaldo although it was finally a pass from N. Matic from the middle that could be a goal in the second half. Manchester United looks like an individual club not as a team and that needs to be changed so that the opponent is not easy to read.
That is not as easy as you might imagine. Plenty of teams in history did that, whoever had a great striker ended up using that, even today we see Real giving the ball to Benzema to score, not in a way like at midfield or something, he is not prime Messi of course, but Benzema is "thrown" the ball many times and he scores many goals.

So, it is not just United, we have seen examples of "give the ball to X and watch him score" system plenty of times. Ronaldo is unique and even at that age he manages to score a lot when he gets the chance, he got it against Chelsea as well and took advantage of that otherwise they wouldn't be able to score at all.

Sorry.

I can't find a button or notification for "Change to the default wallet" can you send me a screenshot for this one. I only can click like (Deposit, Withdraw, and Pair like SAT  DLL) but the pair stick in LTC.

Would be nice, If you can sent me a screenshot for this one. I'm using Dekstop.
Ahh yes, I just try now using new account, You can’t change currency unless you have a history on it that you have already balance in there. You will need to deposit the currency that you want to switch in able for to change the default BTC currency. Your best chance to play the game is to report it on the live support so that they can fix the game for you without the need of changing wallet unit.

I just forgot that I already deposit all currency in my account that’s why switching is possible for me even without balance.
You should also remember that if you are going to use it as a place to switch coins, then they may ask KYC in the end as well which people are always wondering how that is possible. I have never faced it, so blackjack.fun staff should be responding to this and I might be wrong.

But, since we are talking about depositing different coins and withdrawing them, it becomes a bit more like a wallet instead of just a casino for you at that stage. This is why I believe that KYC could increase a lot more if you do this. I am not basing this off anything that I faced here, it is totally an educated guess based on what happened to me in another casino.
1194  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What and where? on: April 29, 2022, 08:24:53 PM
I saved up a few this month and planning to invest a part of it in trading but I'm not really sure where to start. What should I trade and I'm leaning on using binance since I am confident in using it for a year now. What can you suggest?
https://academy.binance.com/en

They got you covered for some beginner advices to trade for starters, also since you are going to use Binance for at least a year then it would be better to read it if you have spare time since most of the case they will use their own exchange platform to demonstrate and introduce you about Cryptocurrency world.

But still in order to master everything, you need to try those out by yourself after reading that articles. So, just don't be afraid to lose some small money that you can afford at first.
They have a lot more than just newbie help as well, you could learn so much from that place that I am sure you could be well into your veteran period and still learn a thing or two from there. Plus, they have the most wonderful glossary ever and you could learn so much from that as well.

I personally believe that there needs to be some sort of a situation where people could keep on learning even when they are veterans and binance could provide that. However, you are right about the master part, if you want to learn absolutely every possible angle of trading then you would have to learn from a few different sources plus with a lot of experience yourself.
1195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Dogecoin become the new BTC? on: April 29, 2022, 03:18:02 PM
Why do many doge fans think that Musk will solve all their problems?Maybe, to begin with, limit the issue of coins and start introducing doges into the real business sector. One social network will not fix the situation, well, they will turn on the possibility of tips and then what?I remember the satellite still had to be launched, so far only one conversation.
That is mainly because they bought it because of him tweeting. You need to know how stars aligned during that period in order to understand why doge went that high.

Firstly, bitcoin went up during 2020 as well, everyone remembers the 2021 period but we reached under 4k during march 2020 due to pandemic, reached 10k by summer and reached 20k until December came, so bitcoin was already on the up, and started to take other coins with it slowly. After that during early months of 2021, we had "WSB" subreddit attacking hedge funds and promoting Gamestop which made plenty of retail investors so so so much money as well.

These back to back led by Elon Musk tweeting about Doge resulted with "this is the next target" issue with a huge community and they all jumped in with their new profits into it all due to Elon tweeting basically, they had no other ideas about doge at all.
1196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk bought Twitter on: April 29, 2022, 02:40:28 PM
If Elon Musk is so concerned about free speech that he even bought Twitter to do so, then surely he will popularise cryptocurrency, because that too relates to people's freedom of action. Hopefully this event will have a good impact on cryptocurrencies going forward. Like the news about Tesla buying bitcoins once did.
I really doubt that Twitter really cared much about him popularizing crypto did they? I mean maybe I am not aware of anything like that, maybe it happened but I wasn't made aware of it, or never saw it. However, as far as I was concerned, that dude tweeted about doge for nearly a year, and he even wrote "dogefather" to his bio for a while as well.

This should be basically a proof that twitter allows you to promote doge, maybe it would be not allowed if you promoted something fake, like some scam coin or something but doge wasn't seen that way and I doubt that it would ever be seen that way. This is why the worry he has about free speech doesn't seem like based on anything.
1197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: April 28, 2022, 09:40:04 PM
One goal difference and no away goals rule would make the second leg at the Santiago Bernabeu very open for both teams, but with the excellent performance of Pep Guardiola's men in the first leg it is very possible for them to win again and qualify for the party. finals. without degrading Real Madrid and regardless of the results of the two teams in the first leg many people believe that they can beat Real Madrid again in the second leg if that is without any surprises happening again.
I believe that one goal difference is still quite big of a deal when you are facing City. I mean 4-3 is an incredible game for sure, but it showed once again why Real needs help with the defense. The big talk about next transfer season has been Mbappe for like over a year now but I believe that their defense needs even more help than their offense which scored 3 goals against City.

When you can score, but can't stop conceding, that should be a little bit of dangerous to Real Madrid. I mean they may end up scoring, but even a tie would be enough for City who would work tirelessly for that and if they score then City will just score back.
1198  Economy / Gambling / Re: Would you support a collective boycott of all Russian gambling platforms? on: April 28, 2022, 08:20:46 PM
It was Putin decision alone and as we can see the Russians too are suffering from his decision imagine a lot of companies stop working in your country and other international services and the economy is collapsing, whos citizen would like that? Now not only the Ukranian  people are suffering but also Russian too.
I get that Russians could be suffering from his own mistakes, and I get that toppling a dictator may not be easy, but I really doubt that he is not getting any votes. This means that even if it is not enough to keep him as president and he illegally fixes the elections, there must be some people who vote for him, he can't just fix the elections if he was getting 2000 votes total, he must be getting plenty, and that's the issue.

If people are fine with it, if there are still supporters, if they are not just forcing him out, then there must be some people who support him. If you dislike him, that's fine, plenty of people disliked Trump and voted for Biden, get him out if you want Russia to be better.
1199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: April 27, 2022, 08:07:43 PM
Manchester United have developed a losing culture after Sir Alex Ferguson left the club, they are in this discussion of top 7 not top 4. This is a shame that Manchester United couldn't gets points against Arsenal or Liverpool and my fear is they will likely lose to Chelsea too. I am not surprised this what happens when a club allow players to have more power than any coach. This season is gone already, Manchester United should take whatever position they finished and hope next season, Erik Ten Hag will be able to sort out the players arrogance and get recruitments right.
SAF was not the only reason why the club got worse, sure him leaving created a bit of a problem but he didn't really "leave", he is still there, watching the games and talking with the club as well. So if he decided that something was wrong, he would have stepped up and said something which I believe he did when Ole was failing to get results.

However, this is a bit about the players and the roster they have built as well. Not that their players are horrible or anything like that, but they do have plenty of players who are not great. Maguire is the end of every joke but not like other defenders are awesome neither, maybe aside from Varane, I wouldn't really trust any of them. So with this roster, maybe someone could have been fourth as a manager instead of 7th, but couldn't win a title with it for sure.
1200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: April 27, 2022, 06:33:37 PM
I think Villareal deserves to be able to win if they continue to show a performance that is still improving. There's nothing wrong with betting, especially if the odds are quite high, it's worth it. I will not doubt the potential of Villareal, even though many favor Liverpool in this match. In this case, Villareal has the ideal opportunity to show that they have quality players to match Liverpool.
Deserves to win is something else than actually being able to win. Liverpool is such a huge team and such a great roster that I wouldn't be shocked if they win like 4-0 or something because that is how good they are. I mean Villareal went to penalties against Manchester United just last year, and Liverpool won against them 4-0 and 5-0 this year. Sure, it's different season, but I am sure that it should be providing proof that Liverpool is much much much better.

I have to say this doesn't make Villareal a bad team, they are still a great team, they would be losing in the semi-finals which is a great deal for them, they should be quite proud to be here let alone losing to a club that may win it all in the end.
