Robbie Lawler  vs.  Tyron Woodley => bet for  Tyron Woodley
Rose Namajunas  vs.  Karolina Kowalkiewicz => bet for Karolina Kowalkiewicz
Francisco Rivera  vs.  Erik Perez => bet for Erik Perez
Ian McCall  vs.  Justin Scoggins => bet for Ian McCall

Tyron Woodley does not deserve this title shot at this moment.i know why you think woodley will win this match since the UFC is unpredictable and the titles are changing hands quite often,Stephen Thompson was the rightful person to get that title shot.Robbie Lawler will win this match,

Rose namajunas is a good fighter but i like karolina, she is a good fighter and i wish she wins.it will be a really close fight for sure.

the rest of the card,i dont see any other interesting fights

I think two years ago Woodley was on his way to a title shot via a fight vs Hendricks.  The winner of that match would fight the champ.  Not sure about the accuracy of my statement but the point is Woodley was on his way but Hendricks backed out due to being overweight so Woodley lost an opportunity there.  He waited for over a year for an opportunity for a title fight.  So when you say he's not deserving for this shot at the title, I think he is.

Edit:  Line movement again on Woodley.  Down to +135 now.

I think the hype around stones is that he's a quality centre-back NOW when he's very young, meaning he has incredible potential for the future. Imagine signing a guy who could be the heart of your defense for years to come as he continues to improve and mature. However, I agree that an enormous sum of money shouldn't be paid just for potential.

Their rating him for his potential.  Under the right manager he could be England's no.1 defender.  With the EPL stacked with so many good managers, he has a good chance to work under one.  Some people even argue that David Moyes, who is manager of Sunderland now(?), is a good manager.  Grin

There was another attack on Ethereum recently?  Which chain the classic one or the fork?  I thought the fork one was already fixed from any more attacks.

New Attack Against The DAO Reveals Sloppy Coding By Slock. It
Source

Quote

Not too long ago, it appeared somebody has been draining funds from the DAO again. This is the third time such an attack took place in less than two months. More worryingly, it appears very similar attacks have been used in all three instances. Luckily, this final attack seems to be “white hat hacker probing”. Then again, they did reveal some very worrying parts about The DAO’s code, which may spell doom for the project altogether.

The DAO Has Some Very Bizarre Coding

It is safe to say the Ethereum community received a nasty surprise when The DAO was under attack for the third time. An unknown entity was withdrawing funds from the project’s account, even though the balance should have been zero after the hard fork. For some reason, there was close to 38,000 Ethereum in the balance, and funds were being transferred to a different account through a recursive bug.

As it turns out, one of the “white hat hackers” probing The DAO’s contract code was responsible for moving this funds out. But that was not the worrisome part, as further research unveiled sloppy coding that should not be there in the first place. Sometimes, it is tough to believe this project raised US$150m, as this was a honeypot waiting to be emptied by the look of things.

I read someone mentioned the dice game Yatzy.  Is there a site where we can play that for BTC?  I don't know how to play it well, but it seems simple enough to play and have fun with.

So how much is your bankroll at now? Ever consider taking on a poker playing partner because i could be interested in this with you.

I took a break and I will not be playing for a while.  I'm going back to work soon and I will not have enough time to play a lot and get hands in.  Locking this thread now.  Thanks for the support.

The next time I play, it will be in a Bitcoin poker site.

Cheers!

Line movement with money coming in on Woodley.  Opening line was +185 on him, now it is +155.  Is this the smart money coming in?  Remember the Holm vs Shev fight?  Something like it happened but the movement was way higher.

If only Tevez were 5 - 6 years younger.  I love that guy at City and I would love to see him play in the EPL again.  He has a low center of gravity that makes him play a Maradona-esque style.  It's so good to watch him take on bigger defenders.
11810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: July 28, 2016, 12:10:38 AM
Manchester City are confident they will be able to buy John Stones from Everton but may only acquire Leonardo Bonucci from Juventus if Pep Guardiola is unsure about the fitness of Vincent Kompany.

Guardiola sees Stones as the type of ball-playing central defender he wants for City. Everton values Stones at £50 million while City value him closer to the £42 million

Rumours are out that guardiola will be trying to sign bonucci as well as stones eventhough kompany is fit to play. With so many schedule this season, they cant really afford to keep on going with kompany all the time, replacement should be made and therefore the better options would be to have more defender

Yeah especially if they really want to win the CL, they'd need that rotation of defenders.  And not only that, they would need a rotation of forwards too.  Aguero alone can't do it.  I think they will get Aubameyang before the transfer window closes.  I am hoping a Lewandowski shock move to City would happen.

Just a little news update.  It looks like the Ethereum Foundation needs to do another hard fork.  What in the world is happening?!?

Poloniex Nullifies Replay Attacks By Properly Separating ETC and ETH
Source

Quote

No Replay Attack Vulnerability On Poloniex

One of the biggest points of confusion revolves around the so-called “replay attacks”, which is an issue that should have been addressed by ETH developers months ago. Unlike the Ethereum developers, Poloniex made sure they separated ETH and ETC as best they could, resulting in the failure of replay attacks. Every address used on the Poloniex exchange exists on only one of the two blockchains.

On the Ethereum blockchain, however, ETH and ETC are still linked together. The developers assumed ETC would lose traction, while the opposite has happened over the past few days. As a result, ETH will need to implement another hard fork to rectify this sloppy coding by the developers. Never make assumptions in the world of cryptocurrency, they will come to haunt you.

That being said, users who make a deposit to Poloniex are still vulnerable to replay attacks. That is, assuming they haven’t taken the precaution of separating their ETC and ETH funds themselves. The Poloniex system will funnel funds accordingly to direct the balances to their unique addresses on the right blockchain, though.

The best way to solve this problem is by having users do everything they can to separate both wallets at an early stage, preferably before sending funds to the exchange. Most people use the Ethereum Mist wallet, which can be utilized as a sole ETC wallet by declining activating the hard fork code during setup. Do keep in mind parity client is still in development as well.

For the time being, there are still some interesting things that will need to happen shortly. First of all, the Ethereum developers will need to clean up their code to ensure the replay attacks will be invalid by default. Secondly, Ethereum Classic will not go away even though some people may want it to. There is support for this initiative, and the interest continues to grow.

Lawler vs Woodley, the only interesting card on UFC 201. I think this match will go 5 round and ended with split decision or unanimous decision. Both fighters are good.

I doubt this will reach the 5th round.  Woodley is known to have bad cardio.  By the 4th round I think Woodly would gas himself out and be vulnerable to a relentless barrage from Lawler.

I think a lot of United fans feel for LVG. I'm not entirely convinced it would have been all doom if he'd stayed but honestly you can't pass up Mourinho, who is certainly an upgrade, to keep LVG around for 1 more year.
pressure from the fans, several times bad results, and he has spend lot of money but didn't bring the trophy to old trafford i think LVG has deserve to be sacked and i think the owners also have same mind to me and will not wait until next 1year

Well actually he has brought one FA Cup to Old Trafford last season. And comparing what Mourinho doing now, LvG spent less. Actually he did good enough job, which he has rebuilt Man United after Moyes ruined them. Yeah I'm not a fan of Man United, but his work should be appreciated.

I agree.  But I could imagine a United fan would find this really difficult.  They were used to Sir Alex managing the club for so long they still couldn't move on to the fact that he's gone and with that a struggle to be at the top would ensue.

-Higuain deal is officially done. Juventus bought Higuain from Napoli for 90 million € and probably guaranteed 6th championship now.
-Alexis Delgado goes to Deportivo Alaves for 500k €.
-Samuel Eto'o in talk with Beşiktaş for one year deal.

That's a lot of money for Higuain.  So does that mean Pogba is already sold, or is sure to be sold?  Does that also mean Man United has the upper hand in the negotiating table for a fairer price for Pogba since Juventus already splashed some cash for Higuain?

Man United vs City in China has been cancelled due to bad weather and bad pitch.  Good!  Those two shouldn't play against each other in a friendly.  Especially now, with the rivalry and the history between Mou and Pep.

Why shouldnt those club? Rivalry will force both pep and mou to give their best even on friendly games. Too bad that the game got canceled, alot of people is expecting this game and perhaps this game could be some insight on their future performance and of course this friendly game could be some kind of teaser for the real game

It's just me.  I would prefer them to play in a real game at full force than seeing them in a friendly.  But that's only because it's Mou vs Pep.  It's more exciting and engaging that way.  But if it weren't, then sure, I'd love to see them play against each other in a friendly.

What a boring race to death it was. Nico Rosberg I can call it clearly one of the worst drivers of F1 of all time. I have not seen someone under such pressure as he was just looking in the mirror at the start trying to see what Hamilton was doing rather than concentrate on the start of the race and to get first after the first turn. That costed him the race and also my bet on him as I was fooled by the 2.66 odd for him to win and I thought since he is in first place and with a Mercedes should have won. It was my fault as I should have bet also on hamilton too as his odd was 2.28 so I would have been in profit but that was my error yesterday.

Yup, the Nico bet is supposedly a lock as it is known that it is very hard to over take in Hungaroring.  I made a small bet on him too and I was very disappointed seeing him choke like that at the start.  There's no excuse on why he came second in this race.  It's his own fault.

I'm thinking the same thing because I think Woodley could have the edge on the first three rounds.  He's a freak of nature.  His naturally very athletic and could knock Lawler out given the opportunity.  But I've seen Lawler take punches though.

Anyway, I would like to know your assesment on Woodley vs Lawler.  What advantage does Woodley have?
