11961  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the number of available bitcoins decreasing? on: April 22, 2016, 08:10:33 AM
Let me explain.  Bitcoins are constantly being created (mined) but bitcoins are constantly being lost also.  The number of bitcoins created per year is decreasing (by design) and we could assume that the number of bitcoins lost keeps increasing every year.  If this is true, then at some point the total number of bitcoins available (not lost) would decease because more are being lost than being created.  If it hasn't started happening yet, it will sometime in the future.
for sure there are bitcoins being lost every day. idk if the amount being lost is greater than the amount being mined. imo i dont think it is.
but in the future the overall number of bitcoins is only going to go down which is why many people invest in bitcoin.

Roughly 3600 btc mined every day, so no, the amount of lost coins every day isn't even close to comparable to the number of newly created coins.

Exactly! And even if the number of the lost coins were greater so what? How this can be a bad thing or something that put Bitcoin in danger? I think even if half of the coins existed were lost Bitcoin would still function normally as it is now.
11962  Economy / Gambling / Re: Instant withdrawal casino on: April 22, 2016, 08:02:36 AM
Primedice is good options to play in gambling
Instant withdrawal and fast respon. No need to worry your balance there. trusted.

I can confirm this. I was holding some money on my Primedice wallet for months and they were always there. And if you want to withdraw from Primedice it usually takes not more than 10 minutes before you see the transaction on the blockchain.
11963  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I got hacked , All my Bitcoin and Litecoin lost on: April 22, 2016, 07:53:03 AM
This is a very sad story and if it's true I'm really sorry for your loss. However it's very hard to believe that someone having more than $250k was interested in a shady job offer in the first place. But who knows, maybe it's true, so I'm sorry mate.
11964  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: April 21, 2016, 06:55:39 PM
No I do not think it will used by everyone because there will still be other big currency's like the dollar that will be used more than the dollar.
This is not only the rule for the dollar but also for the euro, the bitcoin will maybe used a lot more but still not by everyone, from that we are still far away.
Yes, the supporter of dollar which is I think only USA will not leave dollar for their international use in order to give strength to their currency, the same will do Europeans, they are now in the struggle to make their currency No.1 , so they will not leave it for bitcoin easily.

Of course they won't. Why should they? There is enough place for everything in this world, especially for something as good as Bitcoin. I think all the other currencies will stay but Bitocin will become stronger with time and it will replace other currencies in some fields.
11965  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: April 21, 2016, 06:49:10 PM
earning win play gambling 70-80% from deposit
then withdraw your deposit
u can play again tommorow with your profit

Not sure I understand this strategy but anyway, gambling can't be profitable in the long run and yes, it is addictive as hell. If we lose every time then it'll be less addictive but we do win sometimes and that's how we become addicted.
11966  Other / Off-topic / Re: In 20 years, what would you like to do with your bitcoin? on: April 21, 2016, 01:54:33 PM
20 years from now Bitcoin will be over $20,000 IMO. So what I'll do I'll sell couple of my BTC and will buy a Round the World trip. ) That's of course if I'll manage to stay alive until that time, I'm not a young person you know. )
11967  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Provably fair dice - real or bulshit ? on: April 21, 2016, 08:49:49 AM
What "fair" refers to, is that you when you win you actually win, and they don't tamper with the odds. Not that they have "fair odds". That's why if you bet at 2x, you have a 49.5% chance of winning, not a 50% chance. That's how they make their money.

I agree. To have a profit dice sites don't have to be unfair, they just have their house edge and make money from it. You can always varify your bet as were mentioned in comments above and if people see that a site is cheating they go to another site so it's disadvantageous for the site owners to be unfair.
11968  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: April 21, 2016, 07:15:16 AM
Do you think that people hate bitcoins why?
Are you hate bitcoins or like it.........
But my answer is I LIKE BITCOIN.

I'd say most don't hate Bitcoins, they just don't know what it is. If you have enough information you can't hate Bitcoin. On the other hand some people do have information but it's negative garbage from governmetns sponsored media and that's bad they think it's legit.
11969  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I use Bitcoin ??? on: April 20, 2016, 04:34:13 PM
In this time most of the currencies are here,so why i use Bitcoin? what you feel the different between Bitcoin and the other currencies?

First of Bitcoin is more established, it's around more than any ther currency and it's rising while most new currencies go to zero with time. I know there arte people who make money with other currencies, trading: buying when low and selling when high but I'm not such a specialist.

I agree with you partly but there are some remarks:

2. There are some interesting posts still appering in this thread

3. Yes, people post here for sig payment, including me, and including you btw Smiley, and it's not so bad to earn some BTC, right? )
11971  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: April 20, 2016, 12:22:17 PM
Why would customers use Bitcoins? IMO the answer is simplicity fo usage and global acceptance. Unfortunately we don't have the second one yet and that's why Bitcoin is not used much.
11972  Other / Politics & Society / Re: $100 Million Project to find alien life on: April 20, 2016, 08:07:43 AM
Stephen hawkings, a russian billionaire, and Mark Zukkenburg have teamed up to launch an extraterrestrial project. Thoughts and info?

It's really funny that some people have so much wealth and money and don't know how to spend this funds better than on something useless for all humankind.
They may wait 100 or 1000 years to receive answer from aliens on some very fare planet but most people need help and support right now.
I don't know it's this funny or stupid news, or both.
But, I guess, it's better even to spend money in this way than for wars or weapons.

Yep, only if all the other people would spend their money on similar projects too. Unfortunately there are people who spend on weapons more than on food, North Korea for example, and if you don't want to be conquered by them you should invest in weapons too.
11973  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: April 20, 2016, 07:55:13 AM
in my country there are atleast 25% of people are using bitcoin but unfortunately 2% of establishments here only accepts bitcoin you cannot buy any foods or dress using bitcoin the only thing we can do here is exchange that bitcoin to fiat and in that way we can buy foods.I am hoping in the near future, establishments accepts bitcoin and in that way it will be easier to spend bitcoins.

Wow, that's big! Where do you live? I think where I live only 1% of people are using Bitcoin or even less. I hope the situation will change in the future but for now it is like it is.
11974  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gambling makes you cry. on: April 20, 2016, 07:49:01 AM
If gambling has ever made you cry then get alerted because you bet more than what you should have and the result made you stunned. Better to get away from this addiction rather than crying even more later.

Yeah but it's easier said than done. We all know that it is better to not gamble at all but we can't stop ourselves gambling more and more. Gambling never made me cry but it made me feel very bad for some time even though I never lost more than I can afford.
11975  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with 1,5 BTC? on: April 20, 2016, 07:44:54 AM
Hey so i recently got about 1,5 BTC from a service i started and now im wondering what i should do with this. Any tips?

Invest short time on hyip sites Grin i think some hyip sites have good plan and make use interest, just invest some bitcoin and take a short plan.
or try to loan your bitcoin to people with interest

Don't know you are joking or not but since many people still can fall for hyip I'll put this here: "A high-yield investment program (HYIP) is a type of Ponzi scheme, an investment scam that promises unsustainably high return on investment by paying previous investors with the money invested by new investors." - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-yield_investment_program

Never invest in companies who are promising very high return.
11976  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Gay marriage will destabilise family life on: April 19, 2016, 04:46:55 PM
i think gay marriages will be banned in the world.
and this is also illigal in many religions especially in Islam.
and yes it destroy the family lines.

I think i disagree with you, in my point of view, gay marriage is just like fighting for women rights during the early 20th and late 19 century. They just want to have there own community without harm. we are just blinded with gay entertainers and we are generalizing too much.

And to sum it up, people discourage gay marriage because of mainly the bible because it was stated there that man is for woman and so on.

What happened to its saying about love and respect?

feel free to comment.

I agree with you. Permitting gay marriage is just showing that in your country adult people have more rights to do whatever they want. Nobody has the right to restrict those rights of other people if they not physically harm other people.

And yes, many, if not all, "religious" people "forget" about love and respect, although their religion tells them to not.
11977  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Bitcoin Mining Documentary Aired in China on: April 19, 2016, 02:47:48 PM
One of the best bitcoin mining videos I have ever watched!!!

Hahahahaha.... This will really mislead many people who know nothing about bitcoins. I like that part with empty ASIC miner...

I don't think people are that stupid this will mislead them, but they will have fun watching it that's for sure. I will definitely recommend this video to my friends who know little about Bitcoin, it's interesting to see their reaction.
11978  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: April 19, 2016, 02:43:55 PM
For the people that already invested it does not really matter in my opinion, but for the people that are new and investing in the bitcoin it will matter for sure.
They are thinking if the price is low they will panic it needs a price otherwise they will never buy it.

The price doesn't matter only for people who are spending their coins right away after buying. For all others it does matter. If you already invested you do care about the price because you might lose your investment or gain a profit, right?
11979  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the most profitable type of gambling? on: April 19, 2016, 02:36:46 PM
Many people say in this thread that sports beting is somehow better than other types and can even be profitable, but I disagree. I think betting is betting, no matter what type it is. Even if you know who will win a game most likely many others know it too, so you must risk a big amount to have a chance to win a small amount.
11980  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: April 19, 2016, 02:31:57 PM
Most of the people in bitcointalk are holding their bitcoins and waiting for increase the price. otherwise only 30% people are using their bitcoins in the investment.

That's not true.

The truth is most people are posting here they are holding but in reality they're not.

Why would they do it? Most people here think Bitcoin is underestimated now so why would they sell their coins? I think to sell now is silly if you don't have reasons for that of course. If you need real money right away then selling is not silly.
