I officially changed my name to protect my kids, and family.

In order to protect your family...you changed your name to the fake porn name you'd already been using for 14 years?

Legally changed my name. Come stop being like this, you can read you are a smart guy.

@Paint take mark up on his offer i would love to see your report afterwards. All this hard work you have done seems wasted if the offer to meet mark is rejected.

I have to meet him to get the information which should already be available about this publicly-traded asset?  If he wants to bring the information to me, that's fine.  But I don't think he's ready to be honest, so I won't be going out of my way to hear what he comes up with.

Does it make any sense to you that he started using a fake name before he went to prison, set up MarkLyford.com, and now he still uses that same name and website but says it's his real name now?  And on this page has just claimed that he changed his name 5 years ago, but I showed that he was using it as an alias 8 years ago?  And he still insists that he likes to use real names?  Having a laugh?

And lets be honest you and your friends have deliberately set out to discredit me. So I take that personal. And therefore I want to show you what a nice genuine guy I am by meeting you face to face Stuart. Thats not too much to ask after all the effort you have put into me over the last week is it? Surely you would be glad to meet me?

So... again ... I'll ask, next week, Tuesday is good for me ,in Surrey, what time and what place?

I officially changed my name to protect my kids, and family.

You know Elton Johns name isn't actually Elton John right?

Quote
Elton John doesn't ask for millions of dollars with the assurance that he's going by his real name:

>> Excuse me I have never asked anyone for millions of dollars.

Did you issue millions of shares in your company and offer them for sale?  That could be described as "asking for millions of dollars".

Did you tell people that the reason they should give you millions of dollars is because of your honesty, experience, and the fact that you're using your real name?

I am selling crypto tokens representing a profit share of my companies to private investors. Simples. The reason people shoudl invest in me is because of me, either hate me of love me, most people are either or. As stated above name REAL name is Mark Lyford and its very well known publicly the reasons I changed it when I did

So... Meeting time and date? Surrey Tuesday right ?

Then why does this Youtube video show you calling yourself Mark Lyford, in 2007?

So. Zoe tells me she hasn't had an email yet and you haven't responded to me on skype. Can we get this meeting scheduled for Tuesday, I've already provisioned it in my diary?

128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are BanxShares as good as GAW Paycoin? on: September 24, 2015, 04:52:21 PM

If you care to actually read my book you will see I changed my name in 2010 for very personal reasons.

5 years ago, was it?

Apologies for that, time doesn't fly as much as I thought it did.

I have been known as Mark Lyford since my 'dirty' porn site business days. I officially changed my name to protect my kids, and family.

You know Elton Johns name isn't actually Elton John right?

That would be fine.  Come to Surrey any time.

Great! lets set it up, I can make time next Tuesday, can you respond to me on skype or email my PA zoe at banxcapital.com and give her to meeting place and time and I will see you then. I don't know the Addiscombe / Croydon area so lets meet at a hotel or somewhere? Where ever is easier for you. I'll even buy the drinks to show no hard feelings. Smiley

We're having a meeting right now, but you refuse to answer any questions.

I don't do meetings on forums. It's way too time consuming. Skype or face to face please. Like I say you can easily relay all the points of the meeting to everyone here that you care about.

I am open to doing a skype video call with you if you prefer.

Why?  So you can try to hypnotize me with your cult-leader eyes?  What is it that you want to tell me on Skype that you can't just say right here?

 >> Nahh, so you can see me, record it if you want, find out what we are ACTUALLY doing rather than what you THINK we are doing. You saying I have nice eyes? I'd much rather spend a few hours one to one with you, then you can report back on here with your thoughts. I really don't have the time for this place.

Please let me know when you are available to meet up and we will make a date as soon as possible. (I'm super excited to meet the face behind the name).

Is that supposed to be genuine?  Sarcastic?  Threatening?  You could have answered at least 2 or 3 major questions in the time it took you to write this post full of nothing.

>> No, completely genuine, I like to know who I am really dealing with, I feel much better knowing your real name etc now, I don't like dealing with anonymous people who know everything about me and me nothing about them. I have no interest in answering any of your questions on here. I will answer any question anyone wants to know who is genuinely interested in me and what we are doing. But after all you have no BANX, no interest in getting involved in BANX so why would I waste countless hours on here?

>> So I ask again Stuart, would you like to speak to me face to face? Any of your other friends on here who dont like seem to like me, my past life and ideas on business are equally invited to join you for the meeting.

I'll leave it with you.

Regards

Mark.

Is Banx going to do a sharedrop to holders of BrowniePTS?

Stuart,

That is your name right?

Seeing as you are UK based and as I have previously done on here before I would welcome you to come and meet my team and I and see for yourself what we are doing at Banx. Then you can make your mind up about our business and forthcoming plans. Given the massive amount of hours you have put into this thread and the ‘research’ you have done I would imagine you will jump at the chance to meet us and then report back with your actual findings.

I understand we are all busy, so if you don’t have time to make the trip I am open to doing a skype video call with you if you prefer. I have extended his invitation to you on a skype message a short time ago this afternoon.

Please let me know when you are available to meet up and we will make a date as soon as possible. (I'm super excited to meet the face behind the name).

Best Regards

Mark Lyford

BitShares is an autonomous blockchain that belongs to its bitshareholders.  It will soon have dozens and then hundreds of businesses choosing to use it because it is the most powerful, industrial grade option available. There's no central control capable of vetting them.

My manned company, Cryptonomex, has the unmanned company BitShares as one of its flagship customers but no control over it, by design.  When people choose to use one of our platforms, we brag about it without passing judgment on anybody.

BitShares can't and
Cryptonomex won't become involved in vetting users of any of our platforms.
New users can join them at will just like anyone can own a bitcoin.

That said, people that I trust know Mark very well; they vouch for him; and I observe them doing serious business with him. So I'm inclined to trust their opinion (backed with their own investments) far enough to happily point to his quite noteworthy choice of BitShares as a platform worth going to the effort of transplanting an established top ten asset.

Thank you Stan, I appreciate your comment.

I fail to see why people are thinking what they have said in other threads when I have said we are moving to Bitshares 2.0 month ago. We have nothing to hide and moving to Bitshares will allow people to see that.

People quoting parts of my book in other threads that I published myself and making their own stories up about me make me know I am just dealing with people who will never accept anything I say, which is why I haven't bothered responding to it all.

After 2009 I decided my life and my past would be very public, I don't like some of the decisions I made but I made them at the time. But, sometimes when you make the decision to be public about some of your mistakes people love to use it against you when ever they see fit. So be it.

I and my team at Banx are trying to establish a business that others may not like the plan of but is going to bring many new people into crypto. That is up to them. But when anonymous people do this is holds no substance with me.

I have said on this forum and will say again. Anyone can contact me direct and I will answer any questions they have to ask me about Banx, myself and anything else they want to know.

134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are BanxShares as good as GAW Paycoin? on: September 17, 2015, 04:49:54 PM
Great work here. Thank you for posting.

I think most people could see it was fairly obvious that it was basically scam/medium to long term con-job from the start. But there are a lot of people in this scene who often get taken advantage of and having a specific post like this where you point everything out is very useful and will hopefully save people some money.

Was really surprised that Bitshares was willing to associate with them. Shocked actually. It's one thing to have an open platform where anyone can use it, but it's another to publicly associate with something like this. Bitshares marketing constantly leaves me scratching my head wondering what they are thinking.

As a relatively long time BitShares community member, I do not remotely trust BanxShares.  If it is a scam, I don't know why they'd move it onto an open platform they do not control, but I guess we can wait and see what they do with it.  Anything they do to manipulate their token supply will be more transparent than it is now.  It's not like we can stop them from using our chain since it is an open platform.

As for public association between BitShares and BanxShares, BitShares has historically had great technology/developers and horrible marketing.  More people and businesses are just now beginning to seriously notice BitShares, and I think BitShares marketers are thrilled to announce any business endorsing the BitShares chain as a superior platform and moving onto it.  I agree they should be more careful not to let that come across as endorsement of anything they have no reason to believe is legitimate.

I have resisted replying to any part of this thread up until now. And my policy of responding to trolls posting total inaccuracies and many quotes out of context will remain the same. I don't respond to them.

But I would like to address your specific post. I would like to say that we are always looking for ways to build more transparency to ease the healthy skepticism that this community has toward almost every competing asset.  So our forthcoming move to BitShares helps to address that essential trust issue by making our every move more auditable.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / [ANN} LottoShares Launch - Physical Lottery based in the Caribbean. on: September 15, 2015, 08:59:43 PM

Sint Maarten, Caribbean— Founder of Della Terra LTD: Michael Taggart and CEO of Banx Capital: Mark Lyford have partnered with Fantasy SXM to create the first open and transparent physical lottery using blockchain technology. LottoShares is set to become a revolutionary lottery system with limitless potential; the first system to operate entirely on a decentralized platform.

Quote
I am extremely interested in furthering blockchain based technology; BitShares technology is the most advanced in that category.  It is by far the most secure and un-hackable platform that boasts the fastest transaction times the financial industry has available providing consumers with peace of mind given the 100% transparency”. - Co-founder: Michael Taggart

This successful group of entrepreneurs strive to provide a safe, legal, and efficient gambling experience. LottoShares wants to give the public complete freedom of their finances in an intelligible way by offering options to those that are unbanked.

LottoShares is bringing a new methodology to the table. The public is able to help this venture blossom from start to finish. In return for the contribution, one would receive “digital ownership” of LottoShares, which will get 25% of the net profit from a physical lottery residing in beautiful St. Maarten.

LottoShares Distribution Chart

With the 100% transparency, Lottoshares tokens can be distributed, transferred, or sold globally. This time-sensitive abiding technology makes the saying “instant winnings” truly a reality.

Quote
There are only 500,000 LottoShares available to the public and these shares will be purchased back with real earnings from a real physical lottery business. When the Fantasy Lottery becomes more successful, the share value should continue to increase each month.

Michael continued the thought with, “The buyback of shares will decrease the availability of shares to the public resulting in an increase of value. Holders are aware that this continual buyback of shares which can positively affect the overall value. What can happen will be very interesting indeed”.

LottoShares is set to launch this week. Lyford and Taggart have expressed their excitement to increase the awareness of this continually innovative opportunity. The money raised during the contribution phase of the LottoShares launch will go to the expansion of operations, employment increase, and the cost to transfer this lottery onto the Bitshares blockchain platform.

Well done

So we got a wallet made for the USA Bravo and if you dont come from US you got half a wallet. Not so much platinum as Tin.Sick and tired of companies who believe the US is the be all and end all, beginning to believe its time i invested elsewhere.Oh thats right you cant they wont let you sell out
Can you explain what you mean about this "half wallet"?  I don't understand, and would like to know more.

re you "Tin" comment, I think that is quite unprofessional.  Clearly a significant amount of work has gone into www.BanxPlatinum.com, and most of it will be in the back end i.e not visible, not least integrating affiliate programs etc etc
IMO to dismiss a teams effort so easily lacks respect and understanding.  Only a couple of posts back you said you would add BanxShares to your exchange!

re the ICO.  You know what an ICO is, you have not only participated in ICOs, you have also run your own, and you know how difficult it is to get it right.
Projects like Banx Platinum are exactly what is needed to get new interest and investment in Banx Capital. i.e it will increase sales of Banx Shares and therefore reduce the time this ICO will run for.

Rather than dismiss what you don't understand, embrace it, promote it, become an affiliate and sell it, for your interest at the least, if not for everyone else and the project too.

I don't get it either , but I gave up 'getting' people a good few years ago ...
