The SHAman has added this coin to his teachings. This mystical blockfinder.guru will begin sending you riches every three hours after your first discovered block is confirmed.
Simply let your miners meditate with The SHAman at:
-a quark -o stratum+tcp://stratum.blockfinder.guru:4033 -u <YOUR WALLET> -p c=GIRO
*0.5% mining fee on all coins. Use your coins wallet address, do not mine to a BTC wallet. Do not mine direct to an exchange wallet! blockfinder.guru is not responsible for lost coins mined direct to an exchange.
testing Hello, what a miner they use

What a "fair" start, greatly optimized for nvidia, garbage for amd, that is amazing devs, congratulations.
Here's a question: what do you consider "fair"? If they released an AMD miner, couldn't your logic just let you complain that people with more expensive cards are able to mine more than people with less expensive cards? "What a fair start, people with 1080Ti get more coins than people with RX560" You're going to want to say something like "that's not the same" but really think about why it's not the same - you're complaining that some people have an advantage over others. That will always be true. You should go look for an airdrop-only coin. Here is what I think is a complete list of fair-launch principles, and whether Poly met them: 1) No pre-mine in genesis block (yes) 2) Zero blocks mined at first ANN (supposedly yes, though I haven't checked) [as a side note, I don't think its necessary for the first ANN to be on this forum, but it should be on a public crypto forum] 3) EITHER: (a) a countdown to launch, OR (b) first hour of mining is empty blocks so that people can join (no, devs admit this is a ninja launch) So I think we came pretty close. You read the first page of this release ?? You read the problem of the miners since the launch? You read that while all mining with CPUs there were miners mining with GPU? Then I ask you Who were those miners? This is the problem with your thinking: if someone develops a better tool for mining, why are they obligated to share it with you? Hypothetically, lets say I code myself a new GPU miner that can get 10x the hashrate of the current ccminer. And I then start mining by myself on a giant mining farm (I don't have one, this is hypothetical), and become 20% of the nethash. Are you suddenly going to complain that the coin is unfair because someone like me (some random coder unrelated to dev team) is able to get 400 MH/s from each 1080Ti, whereas everyone else can only get 40 MH/s or whatever? This is the exact same situation as some people having only a cpu miner, whereas clever coders created a GPU miner and mined for themselves. No one is obligated to share their tools with you. Now I will say - the DEVS should not be GPU mining while there is no public GPU miner released. IF that is what was happening, then I will agree that is unfair. But I have seen no evidence that devs were doing that. You have no chance to know how I think. This coin was launched with the scoop of mining only CPU And who is asking for free miners? can show where I ask for free miners please

to everyone complaining at low hash rates on your sgminer with your nvidia card, just read the last few pages of this thread, LOOK OUT FOR MY BIG RED TEXT in which I supply a link to a CCminer version that works well with my 1080ti, getting me 40mh/s
only problem i have now is I set my auto payout address to CCEX, and it's been a few hours and I'm not seeing it come in...
Is there going to be a wallet out soon, i feel like holding the coins in my suprnova would be safer.
The coin listed as Poly on CCEX is another coin, it is not this coin. If you sent your coins there, they are lost. Well I'm holding in the pool now, what is the symbol of the ccex coin I need to set up a deposit address for? Only mined for a night with one 1080ti so not much lost. Thanks for the heads up You have to download the wallet and use that address

So what kind of gameplan you fellow miners have with this new difficulty? Still trucking on, or bouncing elsewhere for time being? I mined the coin a solid month+, and then took a break past few weeks to go back to XMR (luckily) before it jumped back up. Was kicking myself for not mining this when diff dropped into the 20s, but now that it's in the 400s it's looking like a god awful choice to ever come back to until the dust settles again. I'd earn what I previously could earn in like 2-3 hours of mining. Go away NiceHashers! in three days and seen die to three coins thanks to fuck NiceHashers

Happy to see everyone is still having a good time. I have updated the ANN with the GPU miner the creator team was working on to give as a present to you all. Seems we were a little late to the party, but better late than never right? https://github.com/polytimos/release/blob/master/sgminer-polytimos.zipTo those who believe this miner was used before release, check the net hash and think again. Everything we release is realeased to everyone at the same time. Someone else just happened to get a GPU miner done at about the same time. This is great though, it goes to show how many smart people we have in the community, we would like to see this type of thing continue! The community is so smart Who realized that there are signatum developers here
