121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think it is safe to buy coins that are only listed on one small exchange? on: November 17, 2021, 01:09:45 PM
I want to start investing in early projects, and I want to ask if you buy coins on small exchanges? Is it safe?
yes, I bought new coins from less popular exchanges. is it safe? very clearly it is risky. but usually I always observe and make an analysis, whether the coin is worth it or not before buying. all back at risk, if you can compromise with this then buying new coins on small exchanges is not a problem.

And to what extent are such exchanges protected from hacker attacks?

Before worrying about hackers, I was more afraid of the development team than the coins I bought. because 90% of new coins that are on small exchanges end up being abandoned by developers. this always happens when the project is not in demand. after all hackers are not after low cap coins, so new coins are not their target.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What promising tokens should you buy in 2022? on: November 17, 2021, 02:19:44 AM
for me a coin that is in the top 50 of CMC is a promising coin. That's why I'll buy it when the price drops later. in 2022 I believe there will be a dump or maybe a bear market has started now. and I'm getting ready to buy. this will be very good too i bought it at a cheap price. although I don't know what will happen next. but buying cheap is a good strategy. coins like DOT, SOL, AVAX, ADA, NEAR, CAKE or MATIC top the list coins that I've noticed.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are people already making low Ethereum gas fee transfers due to EIP-1559? on: November 16, 2021, 10:05:32 AM

My question is have people already started paying lower fees on Ethereum network due to a gradual protocol change as shown by ETH Gas Station?

nothing has changed since the update. Gas fees are still expensive and there's no sign that it's going down, even though the update is already underway. and if you want to see detail GAS Fees on the ethereum network here "https://etherscan.io/gastracker" there information is more accurate and easy to understand than ethgasstation. I don't think EIP-1559 can solve the fee problem, we need ETH 2.0 as soon as possible.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Success for crypto will be bitcoin losing its crown to a stablecoin? on: November 15, 2021, 01:39:59 PM
Stablecoins are the very definition of an IOU.  It only exists to represent something else.  It barely even qualifies as crypto in my mind.  I'd argue that more people embracing IOUs is wholly antithetical to success for crypto and that this Emin Sirer character might be a bit of a pillock.
Yea I also would not consider Stablecoins as a "pure cryptocurrency". Stablecoins will always need some underlying asset which probably is managed in a central manner. Actually it is pretty odd that they appear in rankings such as CMC...  Roll Eyes

yes you are right, so it would be really weird if stablecoins beat pure cryptocurrencies like bitcoin and took over the market. literally stablecoins don't deserve to be called crypto because everyone knows that they are centralized. So the statement that we won't be able to complete market formation before stablecoins are number one is a gross misrepresentation.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No more long term bear market on: November 15, 2021, 02:50:59 AM
If bear market is going to happen in 2022 it won't last long like the past because this adoption of a thing is 10x more stronger than the past, if you think that all crypto coins are going to lose 90% of their value again you are dreaming, oh unless Covid 2.0 happens

no, it wasn't really a dream. the possibility of a long bearish market still exists. Don't be overconfident just because adoption rates are already higher than in the past, remember when the time comes nothing can stop it. when the long bull is over, there is only one thing waiting for is the bear market. in the past many were overconfident and in the end they lost because they persisted in their thoughts. and I hope you won't be one of them.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to avoid all scams? on: November 14, 2021, 12:11:58 PM
What do you think, is it possible to somehow get rid of scams among crypto projects?
Getting rid scam is highly impossible. But prevention can do the trick. Many newbies are getting scammed so how do you plan to help them out. Complete guidance, reminder and all warnings. We can do that here in forum, the problem is those people arent paying attention on the details and somehow they take that for granted and ending up losing funds.

Yes you're right. eliminating scammers is highly unlikely, but preventing them is something that can be done. everything you say can be done in this forum, it's just that many of them are not thorough and easy to believe. this is very difficult to overcome, because almost 90% of scammer victims are those who are newbies and don't know much about crypto. if only newbies don't trust easily and want to find out in more detail, all this can be done easily.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What you guys think is Shiba Inu Coin a better investment than Dogecoin? on: November 14, 2021, 03:48:42 AM

And they likely won’t be around within the next 10 year.
Im not sure about this. doge has been in the crypto almost for a decade. That proves that if doge is having a very strong community that will always back it along with shiba inu with its own community. I personally think that if shiba and doge will be last forever. Im not a supporter of those tokens but the developments are still running. We will see what will be the next achievement that will be achieved by shiba and how it will be competing and surviving for long term.

yes you are right, doge has proven that this coin can survive even though it has no concrete purpose. and this also applies to the shiba inu. So don't think that this coin will die/disappear in the future. once a coin is already at the top of the list, it will be very difficult to remove from the market. so it means that the shiba inu will continue to survive, even though in the future the price will fall.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the meme coin still worth holding on: November 13, 2021, 11:52:24 AM
What's your reason for still holding the meme coin in your wallet, and when do you intend selling it all off to buy a more purposeful coin or token. Are you holding just because of the hype, or do you have any analysis be it technical or fundamental technique that is giving you a go ahead signal to hold more or the hype is doing the work for you.

Personally I think that it is pointless to hold meme coins. Actually, they don't have any fundamental reasons such as innovative projects under them or something like this to grow in the long-term, so they grow just on hypes and you can't know for sure if there will be a new wave of hype then or not, so it is too risky to hold them. They can be good only for short-term trading.
I agree with you, meme coins are not worth holding. but still good enough, to be used as a short term investment. daily trading using meme coins like doge or shiba inu is quite profitable because of the hype. for now the meme coin hype is still pretty good, but in the long run it's going to be bad because without real use crypto coins won't last. relying solely on hype and speculation, doesn't end well. I personally do not want to hold it for long. I'm afraid the price will fall suddenly, because the hype is over.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Don't want to kill ‘beautiful’ Ethereum on: November 13, 2021, 06:31:36 AM

What do you think , Is solana capable to ovcercome the challenges which Ethereum is Facing...

basically all projects can afford. and it's been proven now. the ethereum problem looks very chronic, but in fact it can be solved by other platforms. so there's really nothing difficult, only ethereum is obsolete. but speaking whether it will kill slowly? as founder solana said, it wouldn't be possible. because if it could, their goal of making the project wasn't to need a cryptocurrency. up to this point it was clear, so in the future there would be no killing situations, all walking side by side while competing to be the best.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is it still possible to build Dapps platform on Ethereum network on: November 12, 2021, 01:54:22 PM

what do you think is the ethereum network still friendly or has it gotten really bad for new projects?

for new or old projects, both are very bad. Gas fees are not normal at this time and this greatly affects all projects on the ethereum network. platform builder on ethereum network is not a good choice nowadays, so better to choose other alternative like BSC or others. there are already many more friendly platforms. low fees, and quickly become the main attraction of the new network. ethereum will only be history in the future, so don't think creating Dapps on the ethereum network is the right choice.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if country has fully adopted crypto and they are releasing their own stablecoin on: October 18, 2021, 01:33:08 PM
I was wondering about this. many people want to encourage crypto adoption in their country. but whether when adoption happens they will use it. or they are more comfortable using FIAT.

an example is a country has fully adopted crypto and they released their own stablecoin. they also legalize some other big crypto coins like bitcoin, ethereum, and some stablecoins like USDT or DAI. and you become one of the citizens of that country. which one will you use for daily transactions. stablecoins issued by your country's central bank, or mainstream crypto coins like bitcoin. or privately released stablecoins such as tether. or keep using cash because you are used to it. and give the reason why you chose that coin.

all depends on the goal. if it's about domestic transactions, I'll use government-issued crypto. but if i want to do transactions between countries, coins like bitcoin will be my choice. when adoption has become a reality. I don't need FIAT anymore, because cashless makes me more comfortable. for stablecoins like tether, it doesn't seem necessary anymore because it's better to use coins released by my country's central bank.
132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can we accelerate the mass adoption of crypto? on: October 18, 2021, 09:08:43 AM

My question is: How can these problems be solved? And is it ever possible, what do you think?
all problems related to it can be solved with the help of the government. To accelerate adoption, the government's role is very important in this regard. all the things that are decided by them become very important for crypto adoption.

In my opinion, regulation, practicality, and stability are definitely required for the mass adoption of crypto as a payment method/currency.
What are your opinions on this?

yes it is very important, stable, safe, and legal is the most important benchmark for adoption.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advantages Of Crypto, Disadvantages of Crypto on: October 18, 2021, 02:05:54 AM
Cybersecurity issues
What kind of "issues"? Most of the "hacks" are due to the BTC owners' fault. Sending hoping to get 2x your money from Elon Musk, downloading crap off the web, opening unsafe executables, PDFs etc.

yes you are right most of the security issues are caused by the users themselves. for blockchain, I think it's very good. This technology is very secure and transparent. so I think cyber security issues are not a drawback for crypto. the only weakness of crypto for me is its volatility. if the price movement of crypto is calm enough like gold. maybe this will be perfect.
134  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think crypto will be the future for payments in space ? on: October 17, 2021, 03:45:37 PM
Do you think crypto will be the future for payments in space ?

How will they pay people long distance ... from planet A to planet B ?

The question is, can humans live on other planets?. with today's technology it seems difficult, so there is no need to think what kind of currency will be used there. because for the next few hundred years humans have not been able to do that. if we already have colonies on other planets, it means that technology has developed quite far compared to today. so it won't be difficult to transfer money between planets.
135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Estonia on a road to possibly revoke most crypto licenses issued in the country on: October 17, 2021, 01:47:16 PM
I support their move. if you see it is very easy to get a crypto license from that country. so if they make regulations to tighten it this will be good for the market. so the company that gets the license is a really good company. not like now, so it's a good move. they should have done it sooner, if they had done it a few years ago, it might have had a big impact.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen with eth 2.0. releasing? Lower fee? on: October 17, 2021, 10:53:45 AM
Hi, do you expect big changes after eth 2.0. come, when will that happen?
yes, everyone hopes 2.0 will solve the fee problem on the ethereum network. but when this could happen, is still unknown. so far they are only in the testing phase and there is no sign of it being rolled out any time soon. I'm afraid by the time they launch ethereum 2.0, most users have already switched to another platform. and this became my fear for the future. when users switch ethereum it is difficult to find the momentum and may end up enduring the same fate as other less fortunate platforms. forgotten and difficult to return to where it should be.
137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Cryptocurrency be a Global Currency in the Future? on: October 16, 2021, 03:47:20 PM
as long as adoption goes in a positive direction, it can happen. and the rate of crypto adoption every year continues to increase, this could be the reason for crypto being used as a global payment. as adoption increases, crypto will be used in every country. so it is very likely that crypto will be used as a global payment in the future. but what kind of crypto will be used is still a mystery. stablecoins, privacy coins, or crypto coins like bitcoin, all are still sketchy depending on which countries will adopt them.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are people still using DeFi on Eth? on: October 16, 2021, 12:50:16 PM
What do you think about DeFi on ethereum at the end of 2021? It doesn't seem to you that this is an absolutely bottomless pit living your money on transactions (unless you are a millionaire, of course)
Heard about DeFi on Solana or Near? When will such blockchains completely replace the losing Ethereum Network?

this is what i thought, why are people still using this network. not just defi, but all Dapps on the current ethereum network are like flaws. just imagine just to transfer tokens we need a fee of more than 10 $. and that's a surprisingly large number when compared to its closest competitor, the binance smart chain. but strangely everyone still hopes ethereum can solve this problem as soon as possible. but in fact there is no solution they can provide until now.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To all pro traders on: October 16, 2021, 07:03:18 AM
Hi experts in the house, is it true that present crypto market moves is like 2017 4th quarter? Is it true that there will be another massive bull run mostly on altcoins? I sucks at reading charts so I don't know how true is this
no, the current trend is not the same as in 2017. the charts move very dynamically, and it's hard to predict these days especially for bitcoin and other big coins. when I thought the trend was stable, but the next few days there will be a decline and the next week there will be a pump. This has been repeating itself for the past few months. That's why I believe the current situation is not the same as in previous years.

so be wise in making analysis, do not make the situation in the past a tapokan to make analysis today. always see the current situation and the state of the fundamentals.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: price of CAKE $50 realistic? on: October 15, 2021, 11:17:35 AM
What prospects do you think the CAKE coin has? It's worth $20 now and used to be $40 (ATH). This DEFI token is for trading and stacking. I plan to hold it (and stake it as well) and sell it for $50. What do you think is a good idea?

there are still many things that can still be explored by this project. therefore I believe the potential of CAKE is very good in the future. if you think about the price, Cake might reach $100 in the next few years. Let's just say the need for DEX continues to increase and people believe in defi more and more. then Cake will benefit greatly from it. we know pancakeswap is one of the best dex right now. and supported by a friendly and inexpensive blockchain network. This makes it a distinct advantage to keep the distance from competitors. With the many positives this project has, it makes sense to invest in the long term.
