121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest wisely on: April 02, 2018, 03:51:05 PM
Of course if you choose bad ICO then you will lose your money. That justly for any business sphere. I think only 5 % ICO remained in balanse to pair shitcoin / btc
122  Other / Serious discussion / Re: An automated text analysis tool to detect scam ICOs on: April 02, 2018, 03:43:58 PM
Hello everyone.

I've been reading a lot recently about the ICOs, cryptocurrencies and scam involved. Things are I'm a developer and it would be very interesting to me to try new ideas for software etc, I find it exciting.

How do you think, would it be useful having an open source tool for ICO's text analysis?  So that you provide text of the ICOs you believe are scammy and a list of the "good" ones and can test if the new announcement is scam or not?

Is it worth to develop such a thing, would people start using it?
I think it would be useful if that tool will use synergy with another tool. You can check not only text but also getting analysis of code from web.archive.
123  Other / Serious discussion / Re: How long will it take before bountyhunters be out of a job? on: April 02, 2018, 03:39:11 PM
hope that market regulates itself
you think that bountyhunters earn millions ? Smiley 95% of the tokens become worthless as soon as the participants dump them
those who are first, get some coins,if any, those who are late get peanuts not worth talking about
probably 90% of all ICOs pay less than 1-2$ very rare cases 5-20$,yes there are some that are solid and worth keeping
but bountyhunters don't care, usually and sell as soon as they can

You are right. I don't understand why people don't like spam from people who want to earn some money. People from poor countries have not a normal work and forced to work on promotion scam ICOs.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So Far ... How Has the Merit System Fared? on: April 02, 2018, 03:34:19 PM
The Merit System was introduced into Bitcointalk this year, with the intent and purpose of promoting sanity and good values in the forum. Right from its inception in late January 2018 till date the Merit System has become one of the highly debated subjects on Bitcointalk.org. Forum members who are already at the upper echelon of the forum and who may have little or no need for Merits seems to generally favour the system on the grounds of spamming and junk posts by desperate lower cadre members, while most lower cadre members who need to progress on the forum are not very supportive of a Merit system which ties a member's progression on the forum to the amount of Merits earned by a member. And earning Merits isn't so easy.

Now, it is somewhat difficult to tell whose voice is louder in the debate, and even more difficult to tell who has the more valid point of view. And how about a little statistics? A nice way to evaluate the performance so far of the Merit system towards achieving the set objectives would be a measurement of the impact of the Merit system on the forum, and forum traffic is one important parameter.
An overview/analysis  by Similarweb.com of total visits to  Bitcointalk.org on desktop and mobile web in the last 6 months shows a steady and gentle increase from a little over 20m in Sept., 2017 to over 60m in January, 2018, and then to a sharp and continuing decline to 34.5m in Feb., 2018. This decline is not just happenstance. It perfectly coincided with the introduction of the Merit System.
See stats https://www.similarweb.com/website/bitcointalk.org.

The likely implication is that the Merit system is demoralizing low cadre members who needs to attain higher levels of membership. However, some here may argue that a few meaningful member activities is worth more to the forum than much activities of little or no value. Be that as it may, we should acknowledge the fact that traffic is equally important in the web  ranking and worth of the bitcointalk forum. So, I think BCT Administrators should have a  reappraisal of the Merit System – carefully weighing anticipated benefits against perceived costs – and come up with a more effective, yet forum friendly solution to the problems. What do you think?
These tendence not from Merit system thats because most of social networks ban ads. Quality of messages still worst because have not stimulation for newbies when they know thats system were easy a year ago.

125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 3 ICOs in April on: April 02, 2018, 01:58:29 PM
I don't understand that tendence that every ICO's has not github. Eligma, Cloudmoolah and others.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Market is GREEN - Do you trust it on: April 02, 2018, 01:52:21 PM
Do you think the market will stay green or turn red?

It not an easy call

I say green
I think closer to summer the market can be green. But everything possible, but I'm sure that bitcoin can't fall below 6k.
127  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Whats better a online of desktop wallet? on: April 02, 2018, 01:48:44 PM
Better desktop wallets without middle server. Online wallets can be hacked and most of people can lose their money.
128  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can i earn bitcoin here in bitcointalk? on: April 02, 2018, 01:42:30 PM
I'm a newbie and honestly, bitcoin is new to me.. I just heard this few months ago from a friend who invested his own money. But from other friend told me that he earned bitcoin here in bitcointalk without investing money from his own pocket. Maybe some of you here can advise me what to do to earn bitcoin?
Today earn bitcoin possible only with skills. But you can try to earn altcoins and then change to bitcoin. If you know what is it social marketing and how it's bored)

129  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best wallet? on: April 02, 2018, 01:16:05 PM
i have searched some references on the internet regarding some wallet. But I sometimes do not believe in some reviews. So, I want to ask you which wallet is good and safe based on your experience.

If you have free place on your disk just download full master node bitcoin core. Will be very helpful and security.
130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the biggest disadvantage of bitcoin ? on: April 02, 2018, 10:48:23 AM
His impossiblity to scalability in currenlty time. That maybe the main problem for needs find solutions. Block size it was main tragedy in 2017. If we will increse size then we have risky be a decentralized by nodes who has more resources.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monthly income and Bank account statement for a KYC on: April 02, 2018, 09:20:38 AM

132  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Few useful sites for trading, studying, getting info on: April 02, 2018, 08:53:58 AM
I would add

www.livecoinwatch.com

Due to the recent claims of fraudulent activity (manipulation) by coinmarketcap.com, I would not recommend adding them.

I also like

www.solume.io

which attempts to compare social media activity and sentiment of different coins compared to their recent price movements. Since alot of the market is based off sentiment, it can be useful. I'm just trying to determine how accurate their calculation of sentiment is.

Curious about the fraudulent activity. Any links to back this up?
Yeap. I too want to know but still few information. At least is this link maybe true - https://medium.com/@coinmarketcapped/intro-how-coinmarketcap-cmc-manipulates-the-market-by-showing-fraudulent-information-to-the-c1246a953144

135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Huawei is Planning to Design a Smartphone Able to Run Blockchain Apps on: March 25, 2018, 09:07:55 PM
Of course big company should use blockchain apps and who first will use it so that company will be pioneer with promotion on blockchain technology.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All Alt Coins are a scam. on: March 25, 2018, 09:03:59 PM
I have same opinion about altcoins except ethereum. They all want your bitcoins. Only a few project will survive after the great boom.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Support team members in ICOs on: March 25, 2018, 08:57:14 PM
Hey guys! I noticed that the behavior of ICOs support team can greatly influence the mood of a contributor. Could you, please, share your experience (good or bad one) with support communication and name the best support team/person you were impressed with? Thanks!
If you mean community support then I recommended Amazix team. Exists another one team for community support but I afraid whats it's called Flixxo maybe.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why ICOs fail on: March 25, 2018, 08:51:03 PM

139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: hold or sell? help me on: March 25, 2018, 08:48:06 PM
Currently I own a lot of altcoin, I bought them at ico. My account is being downgraded several times. There are many people who say bitcoin will continue to decrease, so altcoin prices also decreased compared to USDT. So now, should I sell them and wait for the price to buy back? Give me advice  Sad Sad
First of all you need check again your choice of investment if they a real worth then you must hold it. To time when price will recovery.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What am I to do? I'm afraid to send tokens to exchanges without a name. on: March 25, 2018, 08:38:27 PM
Hey. I'm a bounty hunter. I was faced with the choice of cryptocurrency exchanges. Some tokens I get from that is you can sell on stock exchanges, of which there is no data. I'm angry. several large, Binance and bitrex. What am I to do? I'm afraid to send tokens to exchanges without a name.
Are you stating that you want to sell your tokens without kyc? all the exchanges now are need to send documents.
Try here https://www.coinexchange.io/register they have a limit of 10BTC per day.
Not all, binance and kucoin still do not require documents. For bounty hunter anyway must be verifed KYC on any big exchange.
