121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: STRATIS is very volatile on: April 28, 2018, 02:05:09 PM
This volatility is commonly happens in all altcoins. Its true that whenever the dev team has a project to launch obviously its price will come up, but there is a key point that all alts will uptrend, when the price of bitcoin will uptrend and reach it highest price, that i think strat will sure come up.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Eth Worth $30. Is it possible? on: April 28, 2018, 11:55:55 AM
Your price target is way unrealistic. The current price of ethereum is $660k i think it is very impossible to reach your price target unless it breaks the price correction in last years price hike, if this happens it will go down deep and possibly hit your 30$ price target and also if the ethereum is comprimised or the platform itself is broke it will crash down its price. But its impossible to happen mate. Just be realistic in your target.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What’s your prediction? on: April 28, 2018, 05:47:52 AM
Hey guys. What situation will be on cryptomarket by the end of the year? Do you think crypto market will recover or not? What price bitcoin will reach by the end of the year?
There is a lot more to happen and we will not exactly get the right answer to your question. In speculating of price in the market by the end of the year its pretty obvious that the buying season will start in the Q3 of this year however we cannot exactly point on what price bitcoin will, be some say its $25k and some say $35k, who knows even what price will bitcoin have one thing is for sure it will uptrend by the end of the year since the bull market will start soon.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptocurrency prices falling on: April 28, 2018, 03:37:16 AM
Yes this quarter of the year Q1 and Q2 are the most hard times in cryptocurrency, adding the negative news and some banning issues on facebook, google, and twitter is getting it more harder but Q3 and Q4 is the start of the bull market and i think it will all recover. Eventhough there are FUDs spreading, crypto will still stand and survive. In my opinion its not a totally fall it is just a common fluctuations in the market on what is happening right now.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I like it "Just RELAX, it will be OK! by dogtana" on: April 28, 2018, 03:24:27 AM
Last week some people said crypto end, they are panicked and sold their coin assets at low price (panic sell trend)
As what I said before https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3152219.msg34104821#msg34104821
The best option isnt to sell but this is an opportunity to buy more coins especially for small traders like me
I bought 5 eth ($1856) @ apr 05. Now eth grow again, my profit $1566 and enough to get a small party Wink
Hopefully this continues
How about you!
When the price is downtrend it is the best opportunity to buy more coins in your holdings. In my case i bought ETH around its price 360$ and now im earning since its price is 660$ not that big investment but im satisfied on what i have now.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: how to manage losses? on: April 28, 2018, 03:10:08 AM
how do you manage stress if you loss biggest amount because the value of.your token.is hitting down ..? in your opinion how diversify your investment in other alts to cope up your losses?
thanks in.advance..
If my alts hodings are all down and i loss big amount all i do is to continue to hold than to sell and cut loss. Im more on waiting for it to recover, my advice is to wait for the right time to sell and dont panic sell because of continious price down of your holdings because in cryptocurrency up and down of prices are common happens so expect that it will be up soon.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: are you hodling for speculation or true believing? on: April 28, 2018, 03:00:52 AM
For me i speculate for price of a certain coin that im planning to buy or invest, and ofcourse i believe in that coin that i bought. When i try to speculate price i put it in reality basis to ensure that my beliefs are practical and just.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DOGE coin will it go beyond $1, why & why not? on: April 22, 2018, 10:55:17 PM
I hold some DOGE if it goes 1 USD, I will have some decent money to spend some going to some parts of the world. I just want to know if this year it will touch 1 USD like the XRP which they have the same volume as Billion supply I mean.
There is nothing special about this coin, i dont know why people still wanting to invest in it. Last years bull market gives a decent price to all alts in the market even with those coins that have no good projects this includes dogecoin and maybe out of FOMO people start buying this coin and when it comes to a bear market they all stuck up on top of the price and waiting for it go up. However in cryptocurrency nothing is impossible to happen, i suggest just hold it maybe in the next bull market you will recover your capital and go on with other alts.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are there any tips for taking short-term profits in cryptocurrency? on: April 22, 2018, 10:45:07 PM
Hello guys please I need us to share our opinion and ideas if you really know any few tips on how to take short-term profit in crypto-currency
First thing you will do is find coin that suits for a short term investment because there are coins that is not suitable for short term investment like bitcoin its for long term investment. In short term investment you need to analyze the market, the buy and selling demand day by day for you to know from where you can buy and sell your coins at the right time. Its more riskier than long term investment, but if you know what to do, you can double your money in a short period of time.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The future of verge on: April 22, 2018, 10:35:56 PM
Recently found out about the verge coin and it seems like the value has been fluctuating a lot.

Has anyone done indepth research into whether the project is actually viable?
At first i was doubting to buy this coin, but i do some research about this coin and check the updates and social media accounts about verge and came to me that i will buy this coin. Since i bought verge its price continues to rise and i am satisfied that i bought this coin.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is key buying criteria for you to buy an altcoin? on: April 22, 2018, 10:24:37 PM
I would like to ask you what is the key criteria for you when you decide to buy an altcoin? Graphic analyze, project quality, news or any other thing?
My criteria when deciding to buy an altcoins are, i look for an alts that has a good project and has upcoming events and project, Community support, good dev team and most of all the market circulating supply. These are my criterias when i buy some alts, i know this is not the perfect formula but in my experience it hit my expectations and goal.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $1000 which low capped alt coins should I go for? on: April 22, 2018, 10:11:05 PM
Hi guys and gals! With a budget of 1000$ which low capped coins with high potential should I go for?

Am looking at MOD but it seems too high for the current budget. How about XVG, NPXS, LYM, LCC?

Thanks in advance

Seems like you have a great eye for a good alts to invest. In these coin you stated i suggest XVG and Lym. Recently i’ve got these two coins in my pocket and it gives me reasonable profit out of my investment. But before doing it, you must be convinced that these coins are worth investing, try to read their white paper and other stuff in their site for you to know if these coins will last in the market.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your strategy to buying altcoins at different prices? on: April 22, 2018, 10:03:05 PM
It all depends on the market, when you bought a coin with a 2$ price and doubled your investment and you wanted to buy back but the price won’t go back to 2-3$ and still going up, then if you believe that this coin will go further you can buy it 5$ (based to your example) and monitor its price and hold it until it reach its highest price and then sell it when it started to dump.
134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: TIPS to be come victorious in bitcoin on: April 22, 2018, 04:19:31 PM
My suggestion to everyone would be to be calmed, don't be greedy, have a patience in everything. Success will definitely touch your feet, never ever quit. Bitcoin's price is always volatile, as we see it's dump price and the market is red, never lose hope.

Always remember this one " He who quits does not succeed, he who succeeds does not quit".
Indeed these are the qualities to be cultivated by one to be successful in bitcoin. Although bitcoin’s price is volatile, over the time bitcoin never fail me to give me some reasonable profit out of my investment. Greediness sometimes leads to big profit loss, so be reasonable on your price target and apply patience and be calm. Don’t think negative when the price will dump, think it as an opportunity to gain more profit by investing more bitcoin and hold. Quitting is no space in this market, Endurance is the key to success.
135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If strong countries in the world decide to stop this market. Can they do it? on: April 22, 2018, 04:03:17 PM
No, they can’t stop this market. Even those powerful countries have their own cryptocurrency, Thus they can’t stop bitcoin but they can regulate the transaction of bitcoin. Around the world many people trading and using cryptocurrency, stopping it would be more hard than regulating it. Don’t be worried your over thinking over things that will not happen.
136  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: focus on: April 22, 2018, 03:46:52 PM
Good day fellow traders, I'm not really good in technical analysis, but for a newbie should I just focus my trades in just one coin? your thoughts?
As a newbie yes you can focus on one coin to practice your trading skills, as what you have said you’re not good in technical analysis, i suggest to focus your trade on bitcoin or ethereum. Try to buy and sell one of this coin and when you got the technic and learn how to trade, you can go out on your comfort zone and try to trade some other coin. In this case i advice you to split your investment into two or more coin if possible to avoid great loss of investment.
137  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are your rules for profit taking on: April 22, 2018, 03:40:49 PM
When do you withdraw funds? Do you sell into fiat or USDT? Im thinking something like this: After a 50% increase sell 20% into USDT, repeat. Reinvest in dips. When 100% increased sell 20% into fiat
I withdraw my funds if there is an emergency that needed immediate money, aside from that nothing more. I don’t sell into fiat, because your capital will be totally stuck up. My idea is buy bitcoin and use this bitcoin to buy some potential alts so that when you sell your alts in 100% increased your profit will be cash out into bitcoin, hence your bitcoin hold increase. That is only my idea.
138  Other / Meta / Re: Any technical error for BitcoinTalk is down only for me? on: April 22, 2018, 03:30:27 PM
My local time around 16:35 (GMT+6), BitcoinTalk from my side was offline (error: 502, ray id and etc in on the screenshot).
I checked with "Down for everyone or me" but it said the site is up. I am wondring what could possibly go wrong that only I was offline.

PS: This is first time I have taken an initiative to record the error. Before I when the site was offline for me, I actually did not bother to take a note or bothered to valid if it was only me.
You are not alone i also experienced this kind of error just now. This is a normal error that occurs in a browser that is overloaded. You can clear your browsers cache and delete your browsers cookies. If this error continues there is nothing we can do about it. We just wait for the servers to reconnect.
139  Economy / Speculation / Re: Your experience with FOMO (fear of missing out) on: April 22, 2018, 02:38:24 PM
Yes i experienced FOMO, i already bought bitcoin that i really think that has the potential to give me profit in the long run, but in the end i see  some progress on the other alts like ripple and reddcoin, i sell it all and buy these two coins, and suddenly these two alts go down and i never recovered. To think about those experienced it really gives me a heart ache.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO Alternatives? on: April 20, 2018, 03:27:21 PM
Now that ICOs are so tainted with suspicion and scams what alternatives are out there for investors?

Do you think ICOs are still as innovative and as profitable as they were a couple of years ago?

Keeping the current market in mind is it worth taking risks investing via ICOs?
If you are afraid to invest in an ICO, investors have one more option to choose, trading. There are lot of altcoins that worth investing your money than spending it in an ICo that not surely will success. Examples of these coins that worth investing are Verge, Ethereum, Litecoin. Investing in these alts will make you gain sure profit when time pass.
