121  Economy / Economics / Re: A wise strategy for your bitcoin on: August 28, 2017, 05:41:24 AM
Hello everyone, I want to share about my strategy with bitcoin and I need your advice.
So the example is, I've buy bitcoin in price $2000/btc with amount $750 so I have 0.375 btc. When the price climb to $4100/btc, I sell my 0.184 btc to get my first capital and get $754.4 and 0.191 btc left .then when the price dump again to around $3900, I buy it again with my $754.4, so I get 0.193xxx btc and  my total btc is 0.384xx. With my $750 I can keep increase my bitcoin with this strategy. So what do you think. Am I doing right with my bitcoin? Or you have any advice. Please explain.

Yes this is the normal trading, but also you can try to trade for Altcoins, it can 8x your money. Example is the OMG coin, August 1st price was $1.32/coin and on August 17, it went to $9.28/coin. But choosing the right coin to buy is like a gambling, so goodluck.
122  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin Still Go Up? on: August 20, 2017, 11:33:23 PM
Now that it's been proven there are many other alternatives to Bitcoin which have advantages such as quicker transactions, smaller fees, and higher mining profitability, I don't see a reason to think Bitcoin will get to $10,000.

Will the price of Bitcoin still go up? It seems so outdated when compared to its competitors.

No one can successfully predict the market right now, anything could happen. Bitcoin can survive and grow exponentially, Bitcoin Cash can surpass it and then grow much higher...Altcoins would really just remain as an alternative and theres no chance that they can surpass bitcoin speaking of mass adoption
123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japan the leader of Bitcoin trading on: August 18, 2017, 12:01:08 AM
I'm sure, because japan has adopted bitcoin, and has legalized it

Yes, Japan is a great country. Lets hope other countries will adopt bitcoin in the future.
124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Do we have a universal wallet? on: August 17, 2017, 11:49:48 PM

125  Economy / Speculation / Price of Bitcoin by 2018? on: August 16, 2017, 11:16:02 PM
Do you think that BTC can price $10,000 in 2018?
126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bill Gates on Bitcoin on: August 16, 2017, 12:09:19 PM
Bill Gates stated that the Bitcoin is the future and that it is better than currency. Would you assume that his statement (as one of the many reasons) added value on Bitcoin which made it stronger and more stable in the system?  Smiley

I think it is just the start of countries will be using virtual coins in the future. If that happens, it is a must the the coins will need to be more secured and unhackable. No more paper money!
127  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Best Practice on: August 16, 2017, 11:30:37 AM

128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Forum moderation policy on: August 16, 2017, 11:17:39 AM
The policy to not remove anything worked when the forum was small. Now that we have thousands of posts a day, we can't afford 50% of them being junk. The moderators are now instructed to be less tolerant of low-value posts.

Some guidelines:

1. Free speech - you can say anything as long as it is relevant and presented in a calm and polite manner. Swearing, SHOUTING etc. make your post more likely to be removed.
2. No zero value posts or threads, like "SELL SELL SELL"
3. No pointless or uninteresting threads.
4. No referral code spam
5. No NSFW content

Thank you for this, as a new here. It will prevent new member to spam replies.
129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin will survive after 100 year ? on: August 16, 2017, 11:01:18 AM
I am asking this just to see the different opinions of Bitcoin community about its long term potential

I know Bitcoin is actually strong enough and stable as well

But what do you think about it after 100 years ?

Yes it will. For me, bitcoin is just the start of virtual money. It is possible that virtual money will have more security standards in the future. So every country will have their specific coin and currency.
