What is normal hashrate, when mining with 270, 280, 570 cards?
Atm I'm getting:
270: 3-3,5 kSol
280: 5,5-6 kSol
570: 6+ kSol
(v0.22)
W 10

In my opinion, Magi is more about giving the smaller players a chance - if we go PoS only, it'll give proportionally more to the people who already have a lot (maybe they have to run a few extra wallets for this if there is a reduction in % based on balance), PoW under XMG is a great way for new people to get a foot in the door of crypto and try some mining. Yes, its being exploited now by a couple of big players - however if we can dampen that exploit a little I think we could attract a lot of fresh blood into the community which will be a driver for longer term value and enable more liquiduty on the markets.
Yes, to give "average Joe" a chance to mine with his "average PC" and really get some money - it's the whole point of Magi Devs must do all they can to secure that! |

Welcome to the magi community catfish78, To check to see if you are on the correct chain you can check the blockheight on this site https://poolinfo.systms.org/#magiThen check the blockheight in your wallet in the console by typing they should be the same our at worst less than 10 out if your wallet is fully synchronised Good luck with the mining Thank You!
