I don't want to speculate,  but according the ATH history of cryptocurrency are always happening one years after bitcoin halving. You can see the moment at 2013 and 2017 right? All of them are jumping so crazy. So we just to wait after 2020.

In common case, the allocation already setup if the participant are less from the target. Mostly they are reduce it 50%. Very rare to find project which is paid the participant fully.

The main key for doing due diligence for ICO team are the existence of the people it self. Does the project team are real?. In some case they using fake profile with using another photo and different name. They use LinkedIn as well and with great portfolio inside it. So you must be more careful with this scam mechanism.

Hmm are you sure dude? I ever participated at bounty which is running ICO and IEO together but in case "they started the private sale first", then put IEO in last stage". project still alive and now,preparing their exchange for launching. That project name are XCRYPT. 

Yes its easy to say but that's not for free dude. doing IEO will take cost at least 10 btc and maybe more. Huge exchange like binance will cost more than 50 btc, and they are still not transparent with the real cost for it, depend the prospect of the project.

Ok but not every IEO in my mind. Its depend in which exchange that IEO are created. Then, could you assure that fund has gotten are from real investor? Or it just game bar show by the exchange? Although you doing short trade, always checking the crypto price are not recommended because it will wasting your time. I always doing mid term trade, so I haven't to check the price every time. Since 2017 , bounty give me a life. Helping me for all financial aspect in my life. Its come from mega project in that days like Crypterium, INSecosystem, Covesting, Credits. All of that moment are rare and maybe will never happened anymore. And now 2019, so many scam project are awakened. And this will made us more careful and selective for joining bounty or you will got nothing and sometimes ended with red trust due promoting a scam project. So the solution for this matter,  just doing your own business or work on your real life. Bounty just alternative way for now.
