Hi @kchulani - beats me! Hahaha. I see two differences: (1) Pre-ICO was open to anyone with BONUS for any purchased amount. (2) Pre-Sale is also open to anyone, but DISCOUNTS seems to apply only for purchases of 3.5 BTC or more, 50 ETH or more - or whatever that is in fiat. So, the Pre-Sale seems to be more exclusive than the Pre-ICO. I hope you purchased some PEX in the Pre-ICO! That was the right moment to purchase. Besides, Prime-Ex pumped Pre-ICO bonus from 15% to 40%. Sweet deal! |

Hi @Kchulani, someone asked this in Reddit a few days ago, and this is Prime-Ex official answer: Prime-Ex is a Panama company that complies with the laws of its jurisdiction. Panama does not require the company to obtain any additional consent in order to issue tokens or to register with the Panama National Securities Commission. This has been checked locally by our lawyers.I guess this is good news. Panama seems to be very supportive of cryptocurrency. Probably not. I doubt that in order to buy housing in Panama, I need to live there. After all, this is a blockchain, and there is the beauty lies in the fact that everyone can access it, while bypassing all intermediaries and regulators. You don't need to live in Panama to access the housing solutions that Prime-Ex Perpetual will offer to its homebuyers. In fact, the main argument for the financing solution (Revolution Loan) that Prime-Ex will provide is precisely because expats have most of their income from abroad. They have an interesting criteria to apply for the Revolution Loan. For instance, no income verification but asset verification. I just really like the fact that Panama is a huge port for Imports and Expats. Plus it has that Island Tropical Life. In term of Location , Prime-ex has really thought our the long term goals thatThey are looking to accomplish.
