121  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's High Volatility on: October 11, 2018, 04:24:43 PM
The market is constantly changing, it has created a lot of worries for many. In early 2018, BTC made a big breakthrough with high prices on the exchange. It brings a lot of money to many people at the time it is sold. What you do is trust, wait and be patient. Patience is the key to success in this field.  Wink
122  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Deflation and Its' problems on: October 10, 2018, 05:10:04 PM
Because BTC is one of the main and most valued currencies of the moment. It helps people to have a better and happier life. I think it should not be too worrying because the BTC is self-governing, unregulated by the government. It will increase or decrease depending on the belief that people in the world have for it.

I agree with your opinion, in this era we should be very careful with the links, the web that we have mentioned to prevent hackers. Choose a good operating system on your computer, pay attention to your security, stay away from the links that strangers send to you. Do not let the unfortunate happen.
124  Other / Off-topic / Re: What Makes Bitcoin So Special? on: October 10, 2018, 02:54:33 PM
In today's era, the pace of technological development has led to many changes in people's lives, making them feel happier. BTC was created to meet that need. The introduction of this currency, coupled with its management, reliability makes it the most valuable currency today for large investors in the world of trust.  Wink

133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best place to live if you are a Bitcoiner? on: September 27, 2018, 05:40:46 PM
Hello,

taxes, regulations, bans - where in the world is the best place for bitcoin users?
Such a place should also have easy access to the Internet, Bitcoin Exchanges, maybe Bitcoin ATMs (that would be nice Smiley ).

Any suggestions? Smiley I want to find out the most Bitcoin friendly country Smiley
Comments are highly welcome.

Best wishes.
I think Japan will be the most suitable country because their government always supports the people using bitcin by letting them freely sell and exchange with the cryptocurrency. In the country they have more than 4000 of the goods accepted to customers using bitcoin to buy products that really great
134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Can Be More Efficient Than Bank Transactions on: September 27, 2018, 05:35:30 PM
Bitcoin transfers even between countries on average the administrative costs are very cheap. Obviously more profitable than banking transactions, the administrative costs of which are still expensive.

I hope that all banks can see opportunities for Bitcoin to be utilized. Although I acknowledge the central bank's concern if Bitcoin transactions are used for prohibited matters.

One step that can be done by the Bank is to allow Bitcoin transactions on condition that they have to be registered on a special platform. Later the patform must be accompanied by a central bank permit.

This means that all bitcoin transactions must be recorded by regulators, now there are many illegal bitcoin transactions without permission and without supervision from regulators.

There is one country that can use it, for example in Japan that allows transactions with Bitcoin, even for payments in retail stores.

The government in Japan actually allows retail stores to accept payments via bitcoin. There are 4,000 stores that accept bitcoin payments. So far there are no problems. Even the Japanese government is making its own cryptocurrency.
I think that in order for bitcoin to work properly, there must be a consensus or management to ensure that the transactions of people with bitcoin are safe and that no malicious actions harm the user. . At that time, people would be able to use it as an official currency
135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen with Bitcoin if it never scales? on: September 27, 2018, 05:29:16 PM
What do you think that might happen with Bitcoin if no scalable solution becomes accepted?

Will it remain as a store of value, while other altcoins take the lead for everyday transactions? Or will another cryptocurrency take its place as the top in marketcap?

I would like to know your thoughts about this, as the ongoing scaling debate will further limit Bitcoin from reaching new heights. As for me, I believe that the Bitcoin community would come up at a resolution somehow to put an end to this issue, and make the pioneer cryptocurrency great again. What do you think?  Smiley
I think many people have not accepted bitcoin because they do not really understand it or they are afraid of the risk that bitcoin brings. But if the bitcoin market returns soon and more people use bitcoin to trade more then that will help people to drop the negative thoughts about it.
136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NO! Do Not Invest all you have on Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies on: September 27, 2018, 05:23:18 PM
I have read several posts on this forum where people have claimed to have invested all the money they have on Bitcoin, I also read a post where a guy claimed to have used all the $20,000 his uncle gave him to also invest in Bitcoin, some even sold their landed property. The reason for these risks and others is the firm believe that Bitcoin would be $50,000 - $100,000 by the year 2019 or thereabout.

First, I must say that I admire the courage and high risk appetite of such persons. But, I must also warn.
Yes, It is good for everyone to have high hopes for Bitcoin, and also hope it gets to 100k USD in future, but you should also consider a safety factor in anything you do including investing.

Mathematically,

DO NOT Assume,
P(Success of future term) = 1 ; and
P(Failure of future term) = 0

This implies that, you must always leave a little fraction for probability of failure which in this case is the safety factor, no matter how little the fraction may be. Simply put, you don't have absolute control of what happens to Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies in the future.

Invest wisely, only invest what you can afford to loose

Just a piece of advice.

What are your own suggestions?
That is a good point, I think if you invest all in bitcoin or other types of altcoin, in the meantime the bitcoin price increase you will not have money to invest in other work that may be other jobs. It will help you to profit faster, giving you the ability to bill the bill for living ......
137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a Digital Gold?? on: September 27, 2018, 05:12:42 PM
After reading a lot of posts made by people on this forum, I realized about 75% of them see Bitcoin as a digital Gold. For me, I don't think Bitcoin is a digital gold. Cryptocurrency or Bitcoin to be precise, was developed to be a safer option for transaction of goods and services and also the best mode of payment. Bitcoin was introduced to disable all the restrictions that banks and the financial system presented. A lot of people have lost huge sums of money because they saw bitcoin as a digital gold. I know others will argue that bitcoin has also made people rich but for me, I don't think it is advisable to consider Bitcoin as a digital gold. Bitcoin is a digital currency.
It is a good point , most people involved in the cryptocurrency market are eager to profit for themselves but sometimes they do not understand the true value of bitcoin should invest in a lack of understanding. I used to do that and have learned a lesson for myself so I have a suggestion to understand it well before you want it to benefit you.
138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can actually Bitcoin be good for the environment? on: September 27, 2018, 05:06:27 PM
A lot has been said about mining and about the electricity consumption of the activities related to bitcoin mining. However, I have thought of the alternatives and how other systems produce not just energy waste, but also plenty of useless work and "human waste".

To have a network that can ensure the completeness of transactions, the global accessibility and all the features that bitcoins, and many alts, have at the moment, would probable produce a huge carbon footprint. Just think of the VISA system or the banking system... the amount of people working on it, the waste of commuting to works, the infrastructure.

Thinking of all that, would you still say Bitcoin is bad for the environment?
I think the bitcoin mining will cost less than printing cash so much so that bitcoin also makes it possible for people to trade with each other conveniently and quickly. And that is the benefit that the bitcoin can later grow stronger because it is the technology that was born to help people.
139  Economy / Speculation / Re: 10 good reasons to buy bitcoin now (2018 edition) on: September 27, 2018, 04:54:54 PM
In 2016 I wrote an article laying out 10 good reasons to buy bitcoin then. Now I have published an updated version.

https://medium.com/@Technomage/10-good-reasons-to-buy-bitcoin-now-2018-edition-8e990a50a9e1
I agree with your point of view, actually the cryptocurrency market is showing a rebound and bitcoin is the coin that topped the impact of bitcoin to the market is huge. In the future, bitcoin can grow stronger so I think we should invest in bitcoin right now
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HAS BITCOIN REALLY STOOD THE TEST OF TIME? on: September 27, 2018, 04:43:32 PM
For many years, there are has been several misconceptions and negative speculations surrounding the world of crypto, you might have noticed that bitcoin always come up top despite these negative speculations.
The year 2018 has not been different, bitcoin has endured up to this time. There are has been several ups and downs especially concerning the price. The changes in the price were largely caused by negative news such as those in the media circles. In spite of all these problems, bitcoin has seen the light of day as the  biggest digital currency in the world. As the year enters the third quarter, all crypto enthusiasts can only hope for the best.
I think bitcoin is showing signs of recovery although it may not be much but it will help to stabilize the market than before. We all look forward to a better future and if that perseveres then it will happen. No one can predict anything but with the benefits that btc brings, we can put hope on it.
