121  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin will have a price of $50000 on: April 09, 2018, 06:26:44 AM
Based on the news, bitcoin might hit $50000 by the end of 2018. Is this possible? If so, what are the reasons?

We can debate interminably here the issue of Bitcoin price growing, but what brooks no debate is the fact that we don't have any influence on it and we are condemned to observe whales' game and make our own conclusions.
122  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin down trend to 3000 on: April 06, 2018, 09:41:37 AM
bitcoin down trend to 3000

the down trend will confirmed under 5800$

Some of FUDers at least trying to match their words with clear and verifiable graphs. If you're not very smart even for this simple action your words aren't worth much around here.
It's unfortunate that no one can kick you off this forum. What a shame.
123  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is useless on: April 06, 2018, 08:53:48 AM
I am amazed with number of people being fooled with BTC:

1. Transactions takes hours
2. Fees are high
3. Development team sucks, uncapable solve scalability issues for years
4. Its not anonymous, every solution to make it, failed so far
5. Its centralized: who is biggest hash power owner? Who is biggest miner hardware provider? Who owns most of bitcoins? What is % of Bitcoins in coldstorage and what in exchanges ( Ye Mt Gox )
6. There is 0 economics for BTC, it just tight to USD with liquidity providers, cut that and try to value pizza box with just BTC
7. Its not store of value, its not digital gold, and it will never be 100k USD. Because it has no value. It has value only for energy probiders, hardware manufactures and random phils.
8. Its not insured, If some crap happened to your BTC, its gone.
9. Bitcoin has a limited supply, but it does not help much. Bitcoin has a code that can be amended and its enough of small group of people to work together to support that. Question really is: do someone need that hassle? No really. Bitcoin has satoshis, that currently meaningless and just nice numbers after dot, but this a very well painless way to inflate any crypto currency and its up to liquidity providers. Again it falls to point #5 and #6. Added on 24/01/2018

Such crap will never be used in payments, noone wants to support Terrabytes or Petabytes of data.

Its funny to observe how uneducated shills trying to make casual office landline phone to look smart phone.

BTC is scam of the century, stay away.

UPDATE 12/02/2018:

As this forum full of bots, I will emphasize one question from the user:

Ok, for all of you that insist that Bitcoin is not useless, tell me!

What do you use Bitcoin for?

Please don't tell me what it could be used for or how other people might use it. I want to know how you use it. Also, please don't tell me about trading or hodling. Those are not uses.

Hope to get constructive answers.

UPDATE 11/02/2018:

One by one, it becomes recognizable that Bitcoin at this stage is very useless. DarkNet, is the one who started one, and the one who will make a dump: https://cointelegraph.com/news/is-darknet-done-with-bitcoin

This is a very worried signal

UPDATE 30/01/2018:

Bitcointalk, and many other crypto related forums are heavily manipulated by bots, the amount of useless posts and conversation is just crazy. Even look at this thread, so much messages about "it will make me reach", "it growing", "I am going to be wealthy" so much manipulation, only in ponzi game this possible. It proves just on how bitcoin is useless, because 90% of people just copy paste message from bots, even not knowing basic fundamentals.

UPDATE 29/01/2018:
Few points were made here that are unfair:

1. Bitcoin is a first one, its revolutionary and so on and so forth, wrong, Bitcoin is a client that is build on top of practices that were developed and test long time before Bitcoin e.g. Proof of Work, Hashcash, eCash, bit gold, Merkle Tree, Peer-to-Peer,Byzantine fault tolerance etc.

2. Bitcoin is still in development and it needs a time and so on and so forth, really? its a 10 years old technology. Its usage is very easy predictable, no rocket science here. Scailibility problems were addressed long time ago. But like in every corrupted government, Bitcoin has biased devs, greedy miners and exchanges driven by capitalists. Why to care about tech? When everyone is just become wealthy on nothing. This is why its scam and this is how it become useless, because everyone only cares about price, not utility on day-to-day basis. Typical ponzi game.

3. Bitcoin is store of value, fake as is. Everything that has Blockchain underneath is store of value, Bitcoin is neither exception nor unique here. And again it has no value, because there is no utility. Remove exchanges from equation, and tell me how much BTC will be worth 1 pizza?

UPDATE 24/01/2018:

Everyone is amazed of why I called it useless, well, recently Stripe dropped support for Bitcoin payments. This is the prove of Bitcoin being useless. Stripe was not the only one in recent months to do so. It should ring a bell.

UPDATE 23/01/2018:

useless, guys the fact that some of you become reach and wealthy does not make Bitcoin useful. You wealth does not come from values that are used in propaganda.

1. Why I am still here? I believe there are technologies that are better maintained and lead than BTC, I prefer put money in something that bring value, has use-case and been used.
2. LN is panacea! Well not, so far its more dream than reality, no doubt it will be delivered in one or other way, but it will not solve all problems and so far it has more questions than answers.

Despite the creation date of this thread all above mentioned reminds much about those years when someone suggested to sell BTC out  because of the price falling from $500 to $400, so where is this dude now?
124  Economy / Economics / Re: crypto is the future, make money of it on: April 06, 2018, 08:40:09 AM
What do you think about the fact that cryptocurrencies will literally be the future ? In a few years, it will exploded and, be rich if we hold many ?

Nowadays we really are seeing the dawn of cryptotrading. Every effort should be made to get as much money as possible to wouldn't be ashamed to look into your children's eyes  Wink
125  Economy / Economics / Re: short term investment or long term invesetment on: April 04, 2018, 06:23:29 AM
When it comes to the investment, many newcomers or people with frequent requirement find it difficult to invest for longer amount of time. Here by short investment i mean any investment which is less than year old. That investment has been cashed out within a year. And by long term investment I mean investment which will be kept for more than year ( ideally 10 years or so).
What do you think which is more beneficial short term investment or long term investment

You have a rather odd understanding of terms duration.  Short terms are called shorts for a reason - you have to be able to get a profit in a few weeks if the circumstances are right. At the same time, long term is designed for holding for up to a couple of years, isn't it?
126  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as your main income? on: April 04, 2018, 05:56:26 AM
I would like to hear some of your opinions and hear some smart words because I believe people think investing Bitcoin will make their life done financially but I honestly think it's not true.

And you are absolutely right. I think it's time to take off the rose-colored glasses and understand that crypto world is not a magic moneybag. Trading is not the key to the bright future, it's just another type of gold mine where you have to work hard to get a chance to find at least the smallest nugget.
127  Economy / Economics / Re: Where do you spend your money from Bitcoin? on: April 04, 2018, 05:48:20 AM
Today's economy is either rising or falling depending on the consumers and sellers. If you join the Bitcoin, there is a high probability that you will gain something from your money because there are a lot of opportunities here. So my question is, "Where do you usually spend your money that you have gained here in Bitcoin?"

According to the current market situation I prefer to reinvest all my earnings into some alts. It is only a matter of time until when the market recovering process starts and we'll get huge earnings from previous investment. I see no reason to withdraw money from exchanges for now.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your favorite coins to invest (vote) on: April 03, 2018, 06:48:03 AM
I discover with surprise my favourite alt is not listed here. I won't "manipulate" you, just have to say that i've already did x2 for three times with this alt. In any case it's only your decision how to spend your money. "they indicate real interest filtering out manipulators" LMAO  Cheesy
129  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Falling...Is it Panic Time? on: April 03, 2018, 06:39:40 AM
This is beginning to sound like bitcointalk users' pustime. Really, are you enjoying this panic everytime when BTC price is falling? You got to get better at this, guys. Your nerves can't take much more of this.  Wink
130  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is back to 7k$ , bitcoin is rising again! on: April 03, 2018, 06:30:20 AM
If we look at the chart bitcoin have started to rise up again. It fell into the dip at 6200$ and now it has climb up again to 7k$. Despite the news of closing of exchanges on Japan and India the community are having smiles on their face when they see bitcoin climbing up again. Possibly this is due to the good news being circulated around about the new development in bitcoin. All spirits are alive maybe this is the sign we are looking for.

Is this the sign we are looking for or this is just temporary?

Why is it such a surprise that Bitcoin is going to rise up again? We have seen this process many times before. Why would this situation be any different from the past? I have talked about it a million times.
131  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is 1000 btc Possible on: April 02, 2018, 07:23:01 AM
Is it possible to earn 1000 or atleast 100 bitcoins with trading Altcoins. If I buy some bitcoin at cheaper rate today and it's price goes up in future?Which alt you think has potential to make me 1000 btc

You have to be the most lucky or the most professional trader to calculate the coin which can give you such an incredible profit, although maybe it was easier to gain 1000 BTC with it's price in 2016...anyway, it's not so easy otherwise the list of billionaires will expand by hundreds of new names every day  Grin

132  Economy / Economics / Re: Will BTC and large coins recover? on: April 02, 2018, 07:10:55 AM
https://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-breaks-7000-to-50-day-low-amid-market-sell-off/

We know that cryptocurrencies are without a doubt changing hands right now, but is it even wise to invest into the crypto economy anymore with the top 20 tokens all showing a 10 to 20 percent sell-off within the last 24 hours? Is this the end, are the days of bull runs over in Crypto? Ever since February we've been struggling to break $11kish and now it's back down, what are we to make of this?

Is it a such big problem to turn towards past experience to see that crypto will recover sooner or later. The only question is will you get a profit from this recover or your fate is to kick yourself for the missed opportunities?
133  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin Volatility A Bad Thing? on: April 02, 2018, 06:47:16 AM
Steam dropped bitcoin support citing "high volatility" as a motive.

When amazon stock jumped from $18 to $1,200 over a period of years, was this high volatility a bad thing?

If bitcoin's value increases from $6,000 to $16,000 over a period of months, and HODL'ers benefit, this high volatility is bad?

Where does the idea of high volatility being an unnecessary evil come from?

Are there good arguments or evidence which support the concept of high volatility being a negative circumstance?

In a sense, volatility simply means the price of something moves a lot, its not that bad if the vast majority of motion is in an upward direction?

 Huh Huh Huh

Good or bad, that's only depend on your seeing of bitcoin's purpose - if the long term investment is the way you are looking at bitcoin, volatility can play bad tricks on you. However, you'll adore this quality on the short term. I mean it's all relative, isn't it?
134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can the online Casino industry help Bitcoin? on: April 02, 2018, 06:38:47 AM
So i have a serious question about Bitcoins...

First a little bit of my self, I work in the online casino industry since 5 years ago, and last year and the beggining of this year i have find out something incredible - The new ctrypto casinos.

Last month i counted 14 new Casinos that offer their players to play with Bitcoins, and hear it becomes popular among the players. faster payouts, potential higher winnings, and more games. If the traditional casino players start to buy bitcoins, i assume that is good for the Bitcoin market?

Do you think that the online casino industry can help bitcoins to rise more among the mainstream audience? Please come with feedback.

Gambling industry can help bitcoin to the same extent as increasing of drug market in darkweb - it'll just hurt his reputation once again. To rise more among the mainstream audience we need to be able to pay with crypto in any mall on an equal basis with Visa payments.  This is just my humble opinion.
135  Economy / Economics / Re: Positive thinking brings positive things. on: March 31, 2018, 11:08:08 AM
Forums are being filled with speculation, almost all topics that appear lead to falling bitcoin prices, whether this will continue, this is the right time to buy, blah blah blah. Come on, the storm must pass, let us focus on the positive topics instead of continuing to discuss this 50% decline. Start talking about the positive news from Singapore deputy, bitcoin that has gone up 20% today and others. Think positive and positive things will come.

You're absolutely right! Bitcointalk is filled with whining threads about cryptocurrency prices. Mushrooming "bad news" and "panic selling" threads is an early symptom of turning usefull forum into the trash сan. Well, let's hope that situation will get better in the future.
136  Economy / Economics / Re: The best way to manage free money on: March 31, 2018, 10:47:36 AM
I feel unable to do daily trading in market bitcoin / cryptocurrency, I want to invest my money. please give me advise on what you think is good about:

1. bank deposits
2. Lending cryptocurrency
3. Mining
4. Gold assets
5. Property
6. other ideas ...

your response will be very useful for me, and maybe some visitors who read this thread. and thank you for your comments.

As shocking as it sounds, actually the best investment theme is the real estate. In condition of crypto market instabbilty I can't advice you to invest in Bitcoin, or, needless to say, altcoins.
Real estate is always a beneficial and long-term investment, especially real estate in Spain, one of the countries co-signatories of the Schengen agreement.
137  Economy / Economics / Re: Why are you saying wait? on: March 31, 2018, 10:35:14 AM
In recent months, the market has dropped a lot. Many people's portfolios have fallen by 50 percent, and the answer is basically waiting.

We can sell it at a higher price and buy when it goes down.

I think we'll lose a little bit less, better than nothing.

Didn't you learn anything from previous cryptomarket declinings? If you look at bitcoin's price graph for the beggining of february everything will become clear. Waiting or the so-called "HOLD" is an important part of competent trading. Good luck!
138  Economy / Economics / Re: Buying a house with BTC on: March 29, 2018, 07:58:03 AM
Can you buy a house with BTC? Yes! All you need is a buyer with coins and a seller that will accept them. The value of the transaction is as of the date of the contract, when the coins change hands.

Well, if your country's government won't interpret that as precedent of tax evasion it might be a good opportunity to use your BTC. But still you have to beware IRS marshals.  Wink
139  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is in danger zone now! the recent dip looks bad on: March 29, 2018, 07:36:55 AM
Bitcoin dipped to 7500$ and i think now it is danger zone could go to 3000$-4000$ again.
Good chance for newcomers, sorry for those who bought bitcoin at 18,000$ an 11,000$ Cheesy

What do you think? How low bitcoin can go?

If someone would pick all "prediction" threads like this and put them into one book, this compilation  might become a bestseller. Now all that's left is to find an appealing title for this book...what about "Why On Earth This Dudes Had Been Born?"  Grin
140  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hold or Trade - Which is Better? on: March 29, 2018, 07:29:22 AM
Having seen the massive rise of cryptocurrency prices in the previous year, I have seen that if one gets a coin at the right time and holds it before the prices pumps up, there would be huge gains. But then, the frequent bearish attitudes of the markets also affords one some gains.
Among these two strategies, which is better and which d you recommend?

Is this a problem to choose a couple of coins that have a perspective for growth in a long term and hold them for a few months? If you want to trade you can also find a short term coin and get your profit using the price waves. Good luck!
