I cannot say which coin is legit or a scam as there have been many instances established coins are going bankrupt and turning into a scam. But in the case of NEM, it must not have been a scam. I think it is suffering a panic-sell off. But it is weird that XEM is suffering a panic-sell off when the market is in the green and all coins are increasing. I have closely been watching the development of binance coin and it has been performing very well lately. Its price was less than $5 not so long ago, but now it is standing at over $21. I do not have any long term investment plan at present. I have suffered a big loss. So I have to recover the loss at any cost. I have been paying interest on the loan I had taken out to buy coins. So first of all I have to repay the loan and then I will think about long term investment. Yes only the person is to blame for any wrong decision, be it investing or choosing a project for bounty campaign. My suggestion is just go to the crypto market and start doing day to day trading. I think $ 10000 is a large amount of money and with it you can make many money. But what you should need to have is learn crypto trading. Without crypto trading knowledge, you will waste your money. You should also research yourself before going for investment.
