Hello guys
I have trouble regarding wallet... 😕 anybody here can help me ?
I started staking correctly and everything was working fine I received 4 time 5 SYNX. I decided to close the wallet and when I started it again, the wallet behave like if it was a new wallet
no coins inside, downloading the blockchain again
asking me if I want to encrypt my wallet whereas I already did encrypt it
m'I safe if I know my address AND my pass phrase to unlock it ?
That sounds a bit weird, did you log into the computer with a different user or something? Try going Start -> Run and type in %appdata% and look for a Syndicate folder - this is where all the data is, and it varies by user. The biggest problem by the sounds of it is that there seems to be a new wallet.dat file, which is bad if you don't have a backup of the one with your coins in it.. pfffff :/ :/ :/ but I simply relaunched the wallet... this is drama :/ :/ because this Syndicate folder that I access using %appdata% is a brand new folder :/ :/ I felt safe as my wallet.dat file was in that folder few days ago... it looks that by launching the wallet in admin mode on windows, it rewrote and recreated a new wallet. I don't feel its my fault though... Anyway I can get back the old file (it got propably erased by rewriting the new one on the top) not sure if I'm clear here. re... I solved myself my issue by doing a specific search on my computer. I got lucky enough to find a automatic backup of my wallet in another directory. It was not on the regular appdata folder that you can acces by tiping %appdata% but on on différent one : VTRoot/HarddiskVolume5/User/Appdata/Syndicate

And How do you think it will grow and coexist ?
|

Cryptocurrencies is only one way to use blockchain technology there is so much growth and other ways that it can be implemented so the growth will be huge in the next 5 years
I'm still looking forward to see one such non-cryptocurrency blockchain in action, so far most other use cases have only been a mediocre fit. I'm not ok :/ As mass adoption means fools adoption... If you fuck the fools, you loose mass adoption. I understand that we are far away from reverting mass adoption because of fews forks and shitty ICOs but I'm saying that the more we fool the fools, the less mass adoption will happen, and mass adoption is what we all want I suppose... :/
You can't prevent people from investing in bad ideas without heavy regulation -- which would be against pretty much everything that crypto stands for. Actually, you can't prevent people from investing in bad ideas even with heavy regulation. I'm looking at you, Wall Street. Either way I'd still argue that mass adoption won't necessarily bring more speculators into the game. Most people that we still need to reach just want a safe and easy way to transfer money. Or at least a store of value. Not a speculative investment vehicle. Those people have been onboard for a long time now. Agreed. I just think that some fools might invest once in this stupid BITCOIN diamond, get rekted and leave for ever and stick too paypal :/

exactly the opposite... buy after a big down. Sell after a big up. easy game.

I wish they would stop forking BTC 4 times a month... This model is more and more like a ponzi where rich get richier and stupid poor buy shit from them because of their ignorance... This is sad and it will lead no where imo. I love Blockchain and I believe in the tech, really, but we should find some way to avoid abusive behavior only here to scam ignorants :/ Some ICOs are in the same bag here. Aren't you scared about this ?
Let fools be fools and simply don't buy into it. Every subsequent money grab will be worth less than the one before until the forkings subside and pump'n'dumpers find a new toy to play with. how can you pay devs by burning tokens ?
|
|
|
Are you guys saying that every-time a team "pretend" to burn coins, the only thing they do is transfer this coin to an address with "unknown" PK ? If it is the case, I'm disappointed.

I think that he advice you to buy it "used"... not new.

Hello guys, I just discovered your project few hours ago and I would like to know if TZC transaction will be completely anonymous transaction like Monero or Zencash ? Or if the only specificity of TZC is security ??

I actually think that the biggest risk holding bitcoin is that you don't hold enough ETH instead ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)
