We have been on the lookout for a good, third-party backup explorer ever since lchain.cc went away. In particular - since our official explorer is built on Iquidus - we were looking for an explorer based on a completely different platform so that users had greater choice for their 01coin blockchain exploring needs. I'm happy to say we have found a new home at https://altexplorer.co/coin/zoc! AltExplorer is a completely custom-built block explorer solution with exchange integration and we are delighted to announce this partnership! It is important to note one key difference between the official explorer and the AltExplorer, though. AltExplorer takes the burned premine address into account when calculating circulating supply. So the circulating supply number at AltExplorer will always be inflated by the balance of the burned premine. Please keep that in mind.  |

We are aware of a network bug that just popped up affecting 01coin masternodes. We are working to fix this asap. Be aware the blockchain is secure and first-layer network nodes are unaffected. Please stand by... UPDATE_1 @ 17:45 EDT: All ZOC MNs have slipped into SENTINEL_PING_EXPIRED mode. Please don't do anything to try to fix this - all MNs are still receiving rewards for now. Rest assured we are working to provide a solution ASAP. We ask that ZOC MN owners please stand by until further instruction. UPDATE_2 @ 18:45 EDT: If your ZOC masternode is stuck in SENTINEL_PING_EXPIRED status and you host it on 01VPS.net, simply rerun the 01coin masternode recipe and it will be automatically upgraded with Sentinel. Give it up to 30 mins and its status should change to ENABLED. Our next step towards that is a new wallet that brings our code up-to-date with the most recent advancements crypto has to offer including best practices in security and forward-functionality. To upgrade your ZOC masternode on https://01VPS.net/, simply login and execute the 01coin recipe again. Wait about 15-30 minutes, then from your new local wallet, click Start Alias. And you're all set! To upgrade your $ZOC #masternode on any other #VPS provider, SSH into your VPS and type in the following line as root: wget https://git.io/update_zoc_now.sh && chmod +x update_zoc_now.sh && ./update_zoc_now.sh Then from your new local wallet, click Start Alias. And you're all set! Please note that while there is no need to reindex your nodes with this release, masternode owners will have to restart their masternodes after updating. As always, the zocteam is on hand to help everyone through the upgrade process, so never hesitate to ask for help. ¡ IMPORTANT REMINDER ! The new mandatory 01coin wallet update will be released tomorrow - August 30. Please make sure to update your local Windows/Mac/Linux wallet as well as your VPS wallet to continue receiving mining and masternode rewards.
Please note that if you fail to update your wallets in a timely manner, it is likely that you will either a) stop receiving rewards, or b) get forked onto a sidechain where the rewards you receive do not actually exist on the main 01coin blockchain.
The zocteam will be available to help you throughout the upgrade process, and we will provide straightforward tools and instructions to make it as easy as possible for everyone to upgrade their nodes. Thanks for continuing to support the 01coin project! |

Good news! We have a release date for the next 01coin wallet release. August 30th, that's exactly one week from now. This will be a mandatory update, so mark it down and be ready to update as soon as possible. This new wallet release will feature a metric tonne of improvements including, but not limited to: - A complete overhaul of the UI to reflect the new 01coin rebrand
- The latest Dash code; so tons of fixes and improvements
- A number of "Bitcoin improvement plans" for increased security and reliability
