wow this was great news, we dont need to pay higher fee on transferring our bitcoin to our wallet and not just that it was also fast transaction.

well india has banned bitcoin however its not impossible to revoke the banned about bitcoin, and my answer to your question is maybe yes maybe not.

well bitcoin did not reach the worst price yet, how ever bitcoin price is unpredictable even the graph cant tell what happen. if i were you i will sell my stocks and if the worst price come i will buy a new stocks. and wait for my goal price.
