121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A notary office in China uses blockhain on: May 22, 2019, 09:10:00 AM
China is moving forward more more! I won't be mistaken if I say it's one of the main leaders of crypto industry. If they implement blockchain technology not only in the sphere of notarial services, but also in real estate or education, where it is important to confirm the authenticity of documents, this will allow them quickly access the data and ensure that they have not been replaced for the purpose of fraud

Well, using blockchain technology does not mean they are supporting bitcoin or cryptocurrency. Blockchain is a form of technology and it is use it in cryptocurrency. Bitcoin needs blockchain but blockchain does not need cryptocurrency. And yes, there are a lot of advantages of using blockchain technology and I think every country should consider it.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 37,000 Investors Await Refunds from ‘Illegal’ $90 Million Envion ICO on: May 19, 2019, 09:48:04 PM
Those investors clearly deserve more. They should really find a way to refund those because money is not just picked up from everywhere. We should respect those investors just like we respect the project managers. But to be honest, they are lucky that they'll get their money back because most of the time, these scammers are literally becoming ghost after a they promised something.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hardcap ICO is no guarantee that the project will succeed on: May 19, 2019, 09:45:55 PM
That is why most of the time, if the ICO is falling down after the campaign, I dump them right away if I really need money. Hard cap is not indicative of the coin's performance. There are a lot of projects who ignores their product and does not follow the road map which sucks because you can't hold your coins or tokens anymore.
124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange Hacked - Thief Caught? on: May 19, 2019, 09:43:09 PM
Yes, they can get caught. Here in my country there are frauds that are related to cryptocurrency and they are arrested for doing it. Which gives a bad reputation to cryptocurrency. But still, there are a lot of hackers who are not caught because of the anonymity and so meaning we have to be extra careful and not store our funds in the exchange sites.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which Altcoin brought your biggest profit? on: May 18, 2019, 02:44:19 PM
The altcoins that brought my biggest profit as of now are INS and WPP. Both are really good projects but I don't have any news about their goals and product right now. But surely, I was able to earn $2000 from them combined. I really hope projects like this keep on popping out. And their team is really friendly and brings out the news right away.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance hack, Self inflicted or it didn't happen at all? on: May 18, 2019, 02:42:17 PM
Why always 7000 BTC ? lol
I dont know what happen, why someone can transfer 7000 BTC in single transaction? binance limit 100 BTC withdrawal if you a verified users.

That is indeed suspicious here.  Then thing is during the 2018 hack, they only suspend the the exchange in just a day.  While it took them a week this time.  Some theory thinks that they did that to keep the value of BNB from dropping. Others think that it is to avoid the colapse of tether since they are holding around 74% where they have the luxury of arbitraging it to other exchange while they disable theirs.

There is a possibility that the person behind these things is just the same. Or two different people just working together to make it look like there is a hack going on but the real intention as was to make us look dumb. Anyway, this is still a good conspiracy by the OP.
127  Economy / Speculation / Re: RED is spreading like a wildfire on: May 18, 2019, 02:38:52 PM
I think having a green in this past few months is already a good sign that bitcoin can increase its price. If the market continues to go red, then I think I'll go back in looking for opportunities to make investments and wait for another bull run. But I still think that a bull run will still come this year.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Phishing myetherwallet site on: May 17, 2019, 08:58:43 AM
The original website posted some warnings about what the link above should look like. But anyways, this is a good reminder especially for the beginners out there. And also, make sure you don't post your private key somewhere else and if you have enough money, I would recommend you also invest on your funds's security.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crash or Rise – Binance Price Prediction 2019 on: May 17, 2019, 08:45:49 AM
BNB is not on my list as one of the top coins, but I think it is more performing in a decent manner. I'm not going to say that it is going to the moon like bitcoin but I think there will be an increase in it's price and will become a more significant coin.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptopia dead, shitcoins gone forever? on: May 17, 2019, 08:26:34 AM
Even though they had a lot of problems, surely they did their part to restore this. But the problem is how about the people who stored their tokens in the exchange site? Especially if you're using the program for quite a long time and stored a lot of shitcoins there I think it will profit to a little amount and for me that little amount still matters.
131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SUDDEN CRASH on: May 17, 2019, 07:59:31 AM
Bitcoin is really volatile and this is just a mere fluctuation in the price. I think we will see the price develop if we are going to look at the bigger picture in the next few months. You've been in this forum for a long time and I don't think you should worry that much. And if it goes down more, just look for opportunities to invest.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: My MEW wallet hacked... please help me on: May 16, 2019, 03:35:43 PM
I think you got phished. Getting your funds back is nearly impossible for me. I recommend you buy a separate computer for cryptocurrency related things only and if you can buy a ledger to store your funds go buy one. This is not the first time that I've heard of a MEW getting hacked. My friends also got phished because of virus in his laptop.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Name Some Quality Exchanges? on: May 16, 2019, 03:33:24 PM
There are a lot of quality exchanges but that doesn't really mean they are the most trusted. I think you should also focus on the trust issues within the exchange sites. So things like what happened to Binance on these past days won't be a problem for you. I think KuCoin is the most trusted and one of the quality exchanges right now.
134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not intended to be a stock. Blockchain has nothing to do with price on: May 16, 2019, 03:23:36 PM
Guys, Bitcoin is fundamentally flawed, we all know this yet we keep focusing on the price. Bitcoin was intended to be a p2p, cutting out the middle man, yet we treat it like a stock. If Bitcoin were to be a reporting company by god knows how, it'd have to file for reports, 10k's,  quarterly, anually, the whole 9 if you're familiar with the financial realm.
Bitcoin is not a fraud, it's the individuals (smart money/wall st) manipulating it for the greed of money.

We know that it is not intended to be a stock. But it has a huge value because of the huge price. And I don't we can just ignore the price just because it was intended to be a p2p. And yes, speaking of frauds, I think we should be researching to reduce that kinds of problems since it is really hard to deal with fraud.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Care of security and don't store your coins on exchanges! on: May 15, 2019, 08:41:08 PM
This has always been my suggestion ever since some of the exchanges got hacked. It is better to invest on cryptocurrency security buy buying something like Ledger wallets. Storing them in your wallet like MEW is also good if you still don't have a ledger. Also, buying a separate computer and e-mail address (if needed) is recommended as well.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ethereum will rise again. on: May 15, 2019, 08:32:10 PM
As of May 15, 2019, the price of Ethereum is actually pulling back up. Bitcoin as well is going forward. And I think anytime soon all the altcoins will also follow up. My speculation is the altcoins will achieve more than what they've achieved in 2017 and the same thing goes for bitcoin.
137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency user friendly? on: May 15, 2019, 08:14:40 PM
It is user friendly. More user friendly than fiat. We live in a generation where everything is accessible through internet. And I think bitcoin makes it easy. Also, the technology behind bitcoin is really good not like boring fiat. But not everyone is accepting bitcoin payments. The price also is a factor on how it pulls people. Plus the factor of decentralization where you fill protected and anonymous.
138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could this pump be attributed to Justin Sun or Binance? on: May 12, 2019, 03:35:09 PM
I think the bump doesn't have anything to do with the two. No one knows for sure what is the reason behind this pumps. I think it is just a coincident that after what happened to binance, prices went up like this. I really don't have any speculation about the reason behind these pumps though.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I think the bear market is over for some coins on: May 12, 2019, 03:23:50 PM
Right now, on May 12 (PH Time), there is an improvement in the price of bitcoin. $6000 - $7000. Some altcoins are also follow but I don't think that they are that many yet. This is still a good sign for all of us. I really hope that the price gets higher and good altcoins will be able to follow up.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 6 Reasons why IEO is better than ICO on: May 12, 2019, 03:03:46 PM
I really don't have any problems with both as long as they pay their investors/customers and also the people who joins to campaign for their projects. It doesn't really matter to me because I'm sure that there are ICOs that are more profitable than IEOs. Probably most IEOs are better because it gives a higher chance in those 6 reasons.
