Dear Ferrum Community, When we were first introduced to Bondly Finance many months ago, we knew they were special. Rarely does a project present that combination of technological prowess, real world adoption, and the ability to capture emerging opportunities like NFTs as adeptly as Bondly. Naturally, we were thrilled when they joined our incubator — The Foundry — as the first incubation project. We were also incredibly thankful when the Ferrum community invested in the Bondly pre-sale when they were still in their early stage… Now with the Bondly token generation event on the horizon, we are thrilled to announce a long-term strategic partnership with Bondly to bring staking to the next level. Ferrum is well known for its top-notch staking technology that has been used by over 40 projects and over $15 million TVL across all projects. But for Bondly we are not doing just a a “normal” staking — instead we will soon launch an ultra customized version of Ferrum’s staking technology for the BONDLY token that for the first time ever establishes a connection to the exciting world of NFTs. Reducing DeFi Hacks, Exploits & Failures on Radix

DeFi applications are rapidly innovating new ways of providing more efficient, transparent, and democratic financial services. But they have also suffered an unfortunate sequence of high-profile losses of funds. Simple programming errors and programming language quirks that normally would only cause annoyance in a general application have instead created documented openings for exploits and system failures. Even where there are no bugs in smart contract logic, connections between multiple complex DeFi have made it nearly impossible to design smart contract code to cover all edge cases that could be manipulated by an adversary. A more purpose-built alternative to typical smart contracts is needed before DeFi is ready for mainstream adoption. The Radix Engine and its “Component” model of development finally provides this solution for DeFi developers.

We zitten momenteel op onze vastpinningsprijs, en dat is uiteindelijk ons lange termijndoel. We waarderen oprecht de ondersteuning van iedereen in de community. Jullie hebben de lancering en onze eerste herbasering best spectaulair gemaakt. Prestaties: 1. #1 heetste token op Dextools 2. Top 15 van het meeste volume op Uniswap 3. Het team verkocht niet. Er waren geen hackers. Er was geen enkele BASE-houder die al zijn tokens dumpte. Wat we denken dat er gebeurde is dat een aantal mensen open limit-orders, stop loss-orders en reguliere orders hadden op het moment van de herbasering. Toen de herbasering zich voordeed zorgde die ervoor dat de prijs zakte naar $.58 en tegelijkertijd triggerde dat alle open orders. Dit betekent dat dat het geen individu was maar eerder talloze BASE-houders. In zijn algemeen is dit gewoon normaal marktgedrag, maar de herbasering deed dit allemaal tegelijkertijd gebeuren. We onderzoeken manieren om de impact hiervan potentieel te verminderen, maar nogmaals, dit is gewoon normaal marktgedrag. Bij de groei van het volume van het token zal de impact van zo'n gebeurtenis flink gereduceerd worden. We zijn niet 100% zeker dat dit precies gebeurde, maar het is heel waarschijnlijk iets langs deze lijnen. |
