Because they all are noobs to this industry and does not aware much of Cryptocurrency and coin they think anyone can make and run the coin and earn good money with it so in the greed of making money they create coin and most of them just fail.

I think you are new to this market and do not have much knowledge about this market. So I will recommend you to first learn about trading more and you will understand all the things and I will recommend you to start trading in USD pairs in this you will have less confusion in trading.

As the market is moving now and the coin market cap is already increasing I am sure by the end of 2018 we will see huge growth in both bitcoin and altcoin market.

LTC and ETH are both good coin and I have both of them in my portfolio but if I have to select one of them I will select ETH as is much better then LTC because the world is using ETH after bitcoin and also most of the upcoming coins are using ETH technology.

Most of the coin which I am holding are either at Hitbtc or Binance and I am only trading on these 2 exchanges at this time I have traded on bittrex also before but now I am doing on Hitbtc and Binance and they are very good exchanges because most of the new coins are available to trade on these 2 exchanges.

The first thing I do is wait and hold the coin because if the market goes down it will come back again so the best thing is only left to do is hold because selling in loss will not be a wise decision.

It was down some days before because the whole market was going down with bitcoin and because of that Ethereum price was also affecting but now as the market is stable and growing up so same Ethereum is doing going up.

Yes I agree with you this can happen because most of the bounty are getting scammed now because of ICO fails or Scam and the number of participants are also increasing in the bounty so funds are getting lower and lower so this can happen in a year or two.
