yeah man. it is confusing.. if you are sending from another wallet which is still old version then simply turn your old wallet to the new blockchain version. I don't think you need to create another wallet to use new version..

what I know about wallets that bitcoin addresses are can't be deleted. specially in blockchain. anytime you create a new address the old address still will be there in your addresses list.
Coinbase is also same.. some wallets when you change the address(not delete, delete function is not available) the old address will be hide but that address still associated with you wallet and anytime someone send you balance to that address you'll receive them..

Sadly no. (or at least I dont know). I tried to search something like that but couldn't found any. the formula of this technology must be availabe somewhere in online. you may need to do proper search in github where almost all altcoins's sources and codes available. you may get POS Tech there..
but you have to get a professional developer to create these systems.

waves is still alive and their developers are still talking and giving big words. well they didn't got that success which was expected cor them.

With all these restrictions of bitcoin. I believe bitcoin is still a global currency. in many countries using bitcoin not allowed but people still use bitcoin because it is totally decentralized and govt cant stop people from using of bitcoin.
