I got 14 of 15 words of my WAVES seed phrase. I dont know the position of the missing word, i do have the public key...
So odds arent too bad right? is there a tool that I can use? I bet I am not the first noob to have this kind of problem...

That is odd why would you missed one word from 15word see phrase?there would be less chance for you to get it back.Seed phrases should be kept like what we are doing in our private keys so if something wrong happened we can easily recover any of our holdings.Actually you are the first one who had this problem,you shouldnt lose any of these imprant details. |

Asking someone which is the best investment only proved that even the old members here doesnt do a researching because if you are doing a lot of reading you will know which coin would be a worthy investment in the future.Giving your investment's faith into others hand would be foolish because we have different point of views in every project. |

If you are into trading you need to put your coins to exchange's wallet so you can trade it with your prefered pair like btc/usd btc/eth so on and so forth.But if you arent going to trade it is suggested to put your coins to a hardwallet which is most secured type of wallet today.Ledger or trezor wallet would be fine because they have almost the same features but different in physical appearance you should move your coins into a wallet because exchnages might be hacked and all your funds will be lose. |

Social media website has a lot of impact to an ICO because if there are many people joining the telegram discussions it only means that people are interested in the project,plus the ICOs needs a lot of participants in their telegram group to be able to get listed in ICOhotlist,that is why there are telegram bounty campaigns. |

Ok, so why did XRP suddenly hit $3 (and above) in 2017 and went down? I would go with the theory saying that it reached high because banks and businesses shared their positive feedback about XRP. However, the actual adoption and the further domino effect might take 5 to 10 years, but it will (since XRP has already proved to be a reliable tool for cheaper and faster global transactions that can be effectively used by big enterprises). The question is when and how fast they will adopt the new xCurrent framework that takes the process to the next step. Once they do, the domino effect cannot be avoided and the price will hit even above $10. The question is when and how fast. That's why I am pushing for XRP being a long-term investment option now.
I dont think XRP or ripple will be able to achieve that amoun in 2018 because the only thing that XRP's has pumped last time is because they spread FUDs from a fake partnership if im not mistaken,but people dump this coin after Binance has announce that they wont accept XRP in their exchange,people dumped this coin after that announcement which is good because most of the investors come back to ethereum's market which is in that time is only top 3 crpyocurrency in the coinmarketcap. |

Almost all Altcoins gained *against BTC* today --- especially QTUM (one of Singapore based crypto project), LISK, and BCH (which I had sold off 50% and exchanged for Omisego (OMG).
Perhaps, the start of investors diversification of their coins, after the initial buy-in via "BTC" from Fiat, before/during the early recovery?
And perhaps it is indeed a good choice to go for (selected - base on careful/thorough research) altcoins when buying-in during a crash? -- I.e. lower MCAP coins saw greater %loss would likely see similarly high %gains when the market rebounds? — provided that the project behind it is sound, that is. Finger crossed that this trend will continue.
This trend is indeed a good start after the bloodbath,but for now lets hope that his green days will last for long.Because the total marketcap has increase 4x in just few hours after the market crashed it is a good indicator for most of the investors to comeback and put their money back to bitcoin's market causing most of the alts to follow,recovery process is still ongoing,lets hope that there will no negative fake news or FUDs that will spread. |

I am trying to understand what the ban of ICO in some countries mean.
If an ICO is banned in USA,
1) Does it mean its banned for all the USA citizens but a Canadian or Indian citizen staying in USA can participate in the ICO? OR
2) Does it mean its banned for everyone staying in USA (including USA citizens and visa holders)?
As per the SEC's regulation all of the citizen in the U.S are prohibited to join any ICO campaigns they are doing this probably because they know most of the ICO nowadays are just created to raise funds and then will eventually run away from their investors,SEC is only protecting their citizens from a potential scams.That is why most of the ICO today is requiring you to undergo KYC process so they will know if you are from these countries who restricts their citizens from joing these ICOS. |

No,XRP has always been not my choice for a long term investment its founders handles big amount of XRP's supply which is not a good thing because the bankers can easily dumo XRP whenever they want.This is the reason why i dont actually invest to it for long term but if im getting involve with this coin it is only for a short term trade,because it is manipulated by the bankers to destroy our decentralized community. |

Hi, i have backupped my pvkeys on an usb stick. I wrote it also down on a piece of paper. My computer broke. I put a metal pin through the harddrives. I will not buy a new pc soon. So i wont check in on myetherwallet for some time. I cant click on phishing links. My question is : are my funds safe? Can myetherwallet get hacked? Can my funds dissapear even when i have no computer, hid my keys? Im to stupid to work with a ledger or trezor. Can something happen to it like with the parity/kill?
myetherwallet is a decentralized exchange which is just acting as catalyst so we can easily use the blockchain technology using it.No one handles or managing myetherwallet which is a good thing because you will need to crack blockchain's technology before you get into the mew wallets,but thats not possible because you will need quantum computers to crack down blockchain's security. |

Hi guys, Me and my team got and idea, which I’d like to share with you and get your feedback whether it makes sense at all. So, we thought of developing a luxury hotel chain in Southern Europe (Cyprus, Portugal, etc.) with apartment hotels and villas, where people could stay for a holiday or buy a property. All the properties would be energy efficient eco villas with the solar panels installed. This way the complex would be reducing its environmental impact of its energy use, and also, the property owners would be able to sell the solar energy they don’t use back to the holding company. All the payments - rental payments, real property purchases, payment for related services (tours, car rentals, etc.) - would be made either in fiat money at market prices or in newly introduced tokens with a perceived discount (almost at cost price), making the token an attractive currency for investors and traders, and ensuring the growth of its value on crypto exchanges. A huge work is still required to develop a business model, a token model, and so on. This is just the idea in bare outlines, and I thought of collecting the first feedback from the people into crypto before taking any steps. I would appreciate your comments!  You have a very great idea,you can try to develop it when you have resources because creating a cryptocurrency coin is very hard thing to do tha needs a lot of time and money,but im sure if you really determined to create one you will find a way to get it started,but i like your idea because there still no project like that before,i will surely support this project because it has a good intention for our environment. |

I noticed some altcoin in coinmarketcap, and I see the coin keeps going down, which I ask, will the coin be lost if the price keeps going down, or will it not go away and the price will go up?
If the altcoin has been dead for couple of years it might be delisted from exchanges but not from the coinmarketcap which unless if all the exchanges delist the coin.Price is going down because the total marketcap is declining which trigger most of investors to get out from bitcoin's market which causes the bloodsheds of the coins for about 2 weeks,most of the people did panic selling thats why the situation has worsen. |

75% yes,the xrp will not rais again like the big rise in the end of 2018 Now is the time for eth XRP is different in XRB or railblocks my friend dont even compare the two because XRB is better and far ahead than XRP. Its never too late to invest in railblocks because it is still cheap right now,wait for the major exchanges to XRB im sure it will be more than x100. |
