Share price scooting up to 0.00147, up 50+% in a couple of days.

Seems to me that if selling hardware is the #1 revenue driver, then marketing and sales should be the primary focus.  Driving traffic to the website and making sure that the website is clean, professional and easy-to-navigate is paramount.

What happens if you DON'T ask for your assets to be transfered to Crypto Trade?

You lose them?

You don't lose them but you don't get dividends?

Nothing happens but you will someday get another chance to trade them?

I look at the prices assets go in CT right now and my head explodes.

My faith in AM is diven my MANLY TEARS

I haven't seen answers to these questions yet, but the end of the "migration" of shares is May 21st.  At which point (theorhetically) we would be greenlit to begin receiving dividend payments.

wow what a great exit price you're all getting on your shares… your original money had to have gone somewhere right? oh well guess it was just another trickle-up scheme.

My conclusion: Never ever ever trust anyone ever again in the bitcoin "mining industry" …they all look shady as fuck.

Personally I don't see how anyone can sell at the current prices.  Depending on where you originally bought, people are getting just pennies on every dollar they invested.

If you think there is even a small chance that this stock can at least temporarily spike up based on some good news/bitcoin's price rising rapidly, then I don't see how you can sell for <0.0001 like people are right now.

I for one would lose close to 80 BTC if I were to sell right now, eff that.

Just a humble request for you to add Dogecoin, so I can have all of my cryptotrading done on one site (I only move between BTC, LTC, DOGE and occassionally NMC).

One man's preference, but thought I'd register it here.

How many btcs will we get back per share?

He must divide all funds to 32.5 million shares, because he sold 32.5 million. Why should he return anything back to himself when he already took 300BTC for personal loan, 375BTC for his work and 1700BTC of inventory.

Jerrod implies there are no bitcoins left at all, which means he stole all 1700BTC. So it will be few satoshis per share.

He is a thief, pure and simple.

Interesting concept.

Sounds like you're looking for a small pool of individual investors looking to make absolutely enormous bitcoin investments on an individual basis.

Have you considered issuing a bitcoin security based on a large group-investment, where many, many people can invest smaller amounts and then earn dividends/increased share price in return?

Just got my shares, thanks Ken!

I'm holding on.  Best of luck to you!

My screenshot of the transfer doesn't show the exact seconds, just the time of my transfer to AMC on my computer.

An amazing combination of incompetence and probably outright theft.

Damn me for investing in this, and a serious curse on you Ascension.  Seriously, go to Hell.

Is it good or bad?
Plain English!

Ascension is a fucking LOSER who failed at all aspects of this endeavor, costing us thousands of bitcoins.

There is no way we will ever see a single satoshi from this, EVER.

Give it up guys.

Sure would be nice to be able to trade shares based on news like this, Ken....

At least I can stop checking this thread hoping against hope that you'd figure out what you were doing.

is it just me or does no one in here realize that WE ARE NOT HASHING and from the looks of it we won't be hashing until sometime next fall…  IF AT ALL.

Why you all continue spinning and discussing this failure is beyond me.

it's done.

EDIT: pardon me for being the Voice of Reason.

another EDIT: and you all do realize we still have no proof that we own shares in this company and that fact is looking worse and worse everyday.

It DOES strain credulity to think that almost a year later, ActiveMining still doesn't have any hardware.

Ken you seriously need to list our shares on Crytpo-Trade.  You did it easily enough when you deemed it urgent and in your own best interests (re: Ukyo's shares) but now suddenly you're waiting for approval from some lawyer?

kynbe's point is well taken - we are basically standing here with our dicks in the wind.  We theorhetically have shares of ownership but with no control over those - and no dividends being paid out - it's all just talk.  Words are wind.

139  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: February 19, 2014, 11:52:31 PM
Ken, let's fastforward and say that you have been "cleared of any wrongdoing" as you say.

If both Crypto-Trade and Colored Coins are available at that time, which will you list our currently frozen shares on?

Also: I agree with the poster who suggested paying out our stored dividends (the approx. 55 BTC) to people as a show of good faith.
