121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 1 Million Altcoins?! on: December 28, 2017, 10:33:54 AM
Just looking at the Bounty section here at bitcointalk, there are about 400 different Bounty programs for different altcoins just dating back less than 10 days.  Thats crazy right?  Is this many new coins being created a good thing or a bad thing? I feel like really good coins will get looked over and possibly buried in the mix. Of course some bad coins will come along and take up your time and possibly your money investing into them. But also every once in a while a gem comes out of there. It's just staggering how many new coins are popping up each day, it's really hard to keep track.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0

That's why before I join a bounty campaigns I set to it that an ICO is good and legit.
One of the things that I'm going to check is the bounty campaign manager, I prefer higher ranked members because a good ICO have a good resources and will invest first by hiring good and experienced bounty campaign managers.
If a bounty campaign is started by a newbie or junior members then gonna scroll down without thinking twice.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My long term picks on: December 28, 2017, 09:54:27 AM
Long term investments is as good as preparing your future so my pocks are:
Verge
Stratis
Reddcoin
Ripple
Dogecoin
Oyster Pearl & Siacoin
They're a good coin and has the potential to be the  next top Altcoins next year or before 2020.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Crash is down on: December 22, 2017, 03:44:27 PM
If Bitcoin will go down more like $5,000 then I'll be investing more through dumping most of my Altcoins into Bitcoin. I still prefer investing Bitcoin than Altcoins, seems it feels like Bitcoin will surge up more than $20,000 next month.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Crash is down on: December 22, 2017, 03:40:15 PM
This crash down of bitcoin, I am waiting for to buy more bitcoin and profits when it rise again. I'll just till very dump price then buy more but in the other hand crypto's price all affected by this situation.

Actually this is the right time to buy more Bitcoin while it's very cheap, when it will go up, you'll be thankful for what you did today.
Investing Bitcoin is still the best investment because the blockchain network is safe, secure and reliable.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Crash is down on: December 22, 2017, 03:38:13 PM
it had to happen! It is correction before the future rise

People seems thinking this isn't normal because before only few of the currencies are decreased in their values but now they're almost dumped even Bitcoin, Ethereum and other top Altcoins so hopefully everything is ok this time.
But I have no choice but to hodl until it will pump up back.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Crash is down on: December 22, 2017, 03:35:35 PM
its blood in the streets !  hodl people

Last two days one of my coin is offering me a million peso value due to massive value surge increase but now it stays in half million and I was hoping it'll be back soon.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Crash is down on: December 22, 2017, 03:33:51 PM
It seems some analysts once said if Bitcoin is dropping then Altcoins will also dropping. Major news agencies are just making an article about the Bitcoin and Altcoin driving down but they didn't specify what caused it.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hold Bitcoins or buy Altcoins with it on: December 22, 2017, 02:27:21 PM
Should I hold Bitcoins Or should I buy Altcoins with it.
And Why ?

What's your take on it ?
What if you take both, because I think both are very good. You can while holding bitcoin and buy a little altcoin from the bitcoin you have, and you can freely use the altcoin you buy. because altcoin is an alternative way to get bitcoin

I agree with the idea to do both if you have enough money to invest another Altcoins but if you only have to choose only one option that would be holding your coins if the best option as I did.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hold Bitcoins or buy Altcoins with it on: December 22, 2017, 02:23:45 PM
For me I choose to hold my coins because I want to get more profit next year. I have some coins that has a very good price and I'm expecting good profit from them by the end of 2018.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Stay away from high cap ICOs on: December 22, 2017, 02:17:07 PM
explain me about high category? its more than 10 million $ or between 30 million above or what else? i think ICO will success when its popular and get huge participants..

Indeed, there's no connection between the market cap and the values but I think the popularity of a particular coin has a bigger impact in the market. I really don't think the market cap is causing the value of the coin.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Stay away from high cap ICOs on: December 22, 2017, 02:15:30 PM
This speculation is highly debatable because there's no concrete explanation why some high market caps is low valued while the lower caps are increasing so I think there's another good explanation but as of now I can't find any comments in the thread for me is valid. Maybe someone could make some research.
132  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is not gambling on: December 15, 2017, 07:13:56 PM
I fully understand why others call bitcoin gambling. This is because of what they hear about not having 100% sure profit. Bitcoin is a crypto currency or in real world, money. In real world, a game is called gamble when it involved money or chips in casino which has also equivalent  to money. Just like that, if you use bitcoin for gamble,  then it is gaambling. Investing is different from gambling.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What altcoin will make us rich? on: December 15, 2017, 02:46:17 PM
Better research first and compare the altcoins side by side. Read feed backs from other investors. If you put all of that in one altcoin, then you will become rich if the altcoin will succeed few years from now. But all of that are risky. Might as well split the half to other promising altcoins.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 alt coins to hodl in 2018 on: December 15, 2017, 02:27:58 PM
A couple of week more before 2018. I only have a few but I am planing to invest and hold some altcoins. Litecoin is now making a huge increase, I want to hold some of it. To add litecoin, I will invest on Neo, Etherium, Monero, and Iota. I may fail but, I would not mind since i will be using my spare cash for them .
135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: will people lose intrest? on: December 15, 2017, 12:07:29 PM
As long as people earn from bitcoin, then there is no reason for them to lose interest. With that scenario, I don't think there is a reason as well for bitcoin to die. But granting that happens, people will divert their interest to altcoins. Even before bitcoin will die, people are already into promising altcoins as an addition to their money and as back up plan if bitcoin goes down temporarily or permanently.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should i buy ethereum with all of my money ? on: December 15, 2017, 10:09:43 AM
No matter how high the potential of Etherium is, putting all the money would be too risky. It may give you a full blast profit if you put all your money, but when everything goes wrong, all your money will also get lost. You may invest a little and split it to other altcoins. If it will give you a good reward, you can add more.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2018 The year of the altcoin on: December 15, 2017, 08:31:29 AM
All we can do now is to be hopeful for that. There is no sure assurance here. But I believe in some altcoins  but maybe not as much as 100x. What we can do now is to study the most promising altcoins and invest some. Maybe in 2018 or in the future, we will taste the fruit of what we planted. Good luck to all of us mate.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what to do if bitcoin decreases? on: December 15, 2017, 06:58:07 AM
If bitcoin decrease i think it's an opportunity for me to buy bitcoin in a low price, actually that's what im waiting for now that bitcoin will decrease so i can buy now and hold it.
yeah, for those who already invested, they wish for bitcoin to increase. For those who were not able to invest few months or years ago, they will be really glad if the price goes gown fast, it will give them the opportunity to buy at a very affordable price and let those bitcoin grow.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what to do if bitcoin decreases? on: December 15, 2017, 06:53:32 AM
If bitcoin will rapidly go down, I will buy some for future. I know that bitcoin will rise up again if that happens. I would also invest some popular altcoins. The best move for me is to just hold my bitcoin and let time pass, rather that panic selling which does not give any profit or even loss. It' s better to wait that to have no profit. Bitcoin has already proven itself.
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Schools Are Officially Accepting Bitcoin for Tuition on: December 12, 2017, 04:30:50 PM
Wow, that' s great. I heard hotels and restaurants and then school. I hope in hospitals too. There are some people in my country that died because of the selfish and heartless doctors and hospital management committee. If you will not show them or prove them that you have money, they will not perform major operations and treatment. Until the patient is dying, that' s the time they make an action.
