I believe Crypto is still recuperating from its huge loss from the end of 2017. The market is struggling until this day on. But as each day has passed there is bit of change in the market. But I believe that crypto will recover soon because there are many countries has begun to accept crypto like Russia. This only means the higher the acceptance the better for the economy of Cryptocurrency.  

Yes I believe so, because investors lost trust on ICOs because they don't know believe that an ICO will succeed due to the scams that already happen from this time on. And also I think that the higher the risk for them means the higher the probability that their investment will fail. It's more like you play to loose.

If no one will believe in ICO, I guess that would be the end of Crypto because the joy of investment rise in the making of new investments that has the highest risk and gives higher return. Imagine an investor would choose from a lower risk but lower return and a higher one.
