The Philippine government will allow 10 Blockchain and cryptocurrency companies to operate in the Cagayan Economic Zone.

The companies will reportedly be the first Blockchain and crypto-related firms to legally operate in the Philippines after the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) established a fintech hub with the goal of creating an Asian “Silicon Valley”. CEZA is a state-owned corporation that manages the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Freeport.

Chief of CEZA Raul Lambino stated that they will permit cryptocurrency exchanges, mining, and Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs):

“We are about to licence 10 platforms for cryptocurrency exchange. They are Japanese, Hong Kong, Malaysians, Koreans. They can go into cryptocurrency mining, Initial Coin Offerings, or they can go into exchange.”

Lambino stressed that crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto exchange transactions should be conducted offshore, in order to avoiding running afoul of Philippine law.

Firms are expected to generate employment in exchange for the tax breaks they will receive. CEZA will also require the companies to invest at least $1 mln over two years and pay up to $100,000 in licence fees. Lambino added that CEZA is also looking to build a Blockchain and fintech university to provide skilled employees for the new companies.

Earlier this month, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines issued an advisory on cryptocurrency Cloud Mining contracts, demanding that they be classified as securities.

Sa ngaun mahirap parin sabihin na ito na ang Bull Run na hinihintay naten, sa ngayon hindi parin nag papalit ng market sentiment ang merkado bearish parin, siguro pag na hit ng rally ang $8,000 at ma sustain ito malaking factor ito para mag palit na tayo ng market sentiment.

There've been some pumps and dumps, but somehow this last rise less than a week ago felt different to me. The prices went up about 20% without going down. The market seems to be surrounded by great news about serious companies talking about adopting blockchain. For now the situation is stable and if we gradually see the market going 20% up every week or two, it would be just right. What do you think? Is this low price nightmare close to being over? Do you still expect full recovery this summer?

Napansin ko pababa na nangpababa ang price ng bitcoin sa ngayon, marahil ay epikto ito ng mga ilan bansa na nag ban ng crypto o di kayay ng mga taong nagiimbak lang ng kanilang coins at hindi gumagamnit nito kayat bumaba ang demad ng bitcoin at kasabay din na bumababa ng prisyo nito.

Anong masasabi ninyo patungkol dito? Basi kasi sa pag aaral ang nakakaapikto lang sa price ng isang bagay ay demand and supply so, kong mababa ang demand mababa din ang prisyo.

If I could pick one crypto that suits for holding, that would be ethereum. Do you agree that this one is good for a holder ?

 It's more established than other alts in the market and  companies are adopting it.

Hey. How do you guarantee that it is legitimate? I have met a guy that received a lot of BTC with just bounties. Yun ang gusto ko matutunan eh. I have no idea or how I determine if it is legitimate. Everything that you included, is a basic requirement with approval etc. Pero san mo ipapasa yan?

marami akong nababasang mga speculation patungkol sa galaw nang mercado bago matapos ang taong ito at marami ang naniniwalang mag kakaroon nang pagtaas ang presyo nang BTC at iba pang mga coin. Magtutuloy tuloy kaya ang pag taas nito sa mga susunod na buwan? ano sa tingin ninyo?

In my opinion , ETH is now more hot than BTC because the explosion of ICOs base on ETH Blockchain. During the recent dip, ETH price even a little come up, all altcoins and BTC holders lose funds but ETH holders still have profit. So i think that ETH will reach BTC price this year. What do you think guys?

Market going in very deep stress level so many people are confused what they do with present market situation.
Because nobody now when market will start in up position.But according to my opinion this time is not of Selling just wait and watch the market and enjoy this time with your family because in few months market will start up trend.So this time no need to sell.
But if you want to invest more money in Crypto market this is the right time.
