121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to Invest BTC? on: October 02, 2016, 07:06:14 PM
So where should we invest bitcoin to actually earn some profit and increase the amount of bitcoin we own, is there any legit place?
I mean cloud mining is a scam but there must be something else we can actually do right?
i think of bitcoin itself as a place to invest my real dollars. surely u dont expect you investment to be invested somewhere else. so why do that with bitcoin.
122  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would u still use Bitcoin if u were a USD multi millionaire? on: October 02, 2016, 01:56:33 PM
If u were a USD multimillionaire, say right now, immediately, would u still use Bitcoin or would u ignore it?

What would u do? What would ur plans be?

~CfA~
well if i had millions of dollars, i would use bitcoin more than i am doing right now because i would have more money to spare to buy buy btc.
123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people use so many Bitcoin wallets? on: September 29, 2016, 11:44:33 PM
cuz i guess having money in different wallets is safer than keeping all your eggs in one basket. incase one gets hacked the person wouldnt lose everything. i personally only use like 2 wallets.
124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin help poor countries? on: September 29, 2016, 01:50:51 AM
i don't think it can because to give everyone in the poor country the ability to send and receive bitcoins. it would require internet access all over the country and everyone would need a smart device. bitcoin is the currency of the future, i dont think it fits best for third world countries.
125  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What about the idea of a bitcoin shop in big cities? on: September 28, 2016, 11:01:21 PM
This already happens in New york at least as far as i know, i seen it on tv one time, not sure about london or paris tho.  i plan to visit the New york one next year.
Really? never heard about it. do u happen to know the name or any information on how it operates? I would love to check it out the next time i visit.
126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Quantum computing and bitcoin on: September 28, 2016, 10:54:52 PM
people need to get their heads out of the sci-fi section and into reality.
~~~ but be warned they are not for transdimensional wormhole jumping or parallel universe hopping
lol no one said quantum computers is going to take you to different universes. this is about the processing power of the computers being greater and how someone can use that bruteforce a privatekey.
127  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: WARNING: Blockchain.info spoof in google sponsored results!! on: September 28, 2016, 10:51:21 PM
I wonder how these sites even get enough money to have a sponsor ad on google. i doubt they scam enough people to pay the bills. also does google have a filter for ads with clone sites?  Angry
128  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is see the new pump is building up, $660 in 2 weeks on: September 28, 2016, 10:48:55 PM
When I look at the 1 day graphs of multiple exchanges, I see that the new pump is being built up. Final resistence will be bought of in about 2 weeks, giving bitcoin a fair chance to hit last support high of $660
According to past events, the price will swing gently from that point, I expect than a small dip around half november, while after that the price will continue to stable rise
hmm that sounds reasonable. bitcoin has been stable for too long i hope you are right. as long as the price is rising at a stable rate ill be happy.
Hoping for 700+ before year ends though.
129  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: September 28, 2016, 10:46:45 PM
i feel like saving bitcoin is extremely risky because if the price fallyou have lost evreything. Investing is better if it is not a risky investment.
if you invest with profit...so you lose less if price of BTC fall and earn more if price of BTC increases
130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if...Satoshi Nakamoto suddenly burns 1 million bitcoins? on: September 28, 2016, 10:43:27 PM
if satoshi nakamato sell million bitcoins prize wil 100% rise because that is really big amount and after that prize will drop and drop and after some time it will be little bigger than this prize
you must be new to bitcoin, if satoshi sells his coins then the price would never recover just because people would be scared of new dumps
I think of that as the opposite, if i see satoshi dumping coins into a bitcoineater address i think "less coins in the market, better buy up" meaning increase in the price.
131  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What Bitcoin wallets are best to use? on: September 28, 2016, 10:41:40 PM
I have a recommended wallet for every device :
laptop/PC: bitcoin core( if you love btc and want to support it) otherwise electrum/multibit is nice
iphone iOS: copay is probably the best on this.
Android: everyone loves mycelium.
windows phone: copay.
132  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Does anyone get 1 BTC every day? on: September 28, 2016, 10:39:09 PM
just want to know to get more spirit
earning $600 per day is way too high for an average person. if you're reading this and thinking dang i earn 1 btc a day. consider yourself extremely fortunate.
133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Quantum computing and bitcoin on: September 28, 2016, 10:37:42 PM
In the future it could have an impact. If SHA encryption is broken for example. However bitcoin would be the least of our worries if that happened. Much of the internet would be vulnerable.
agreed, the amount of resources that go into funding and operating a quantum computer is extremely extremely high. i really doubt anyone would be using such amazing processing power to brute force a bitcoin private key.
134  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is unpredictable job. on: September 28, 2016, 10:35:10 PM
Saying trading is about luck is same thing as saying poker is about luck.
I totally agree with that line. trading requires an intuition on the traders part. the trader has to be competent and has to know what the trend of the price is and has to use that trend to make money while trading. some people have this skill while others lose in trading and help fund the people with the skill
135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who control bitcoin network? on: September 28, 2016, 10:33:07 PM
Since bitcoin is decentralized so who actually makes the transaction, and who control blockchain and it's ledger. So one manage blockchain could they take our money?
no "one" person controls bitcoin. miners confirm the transaction so if somehow someone got a hold of more than 51% of the mining power the could confirm a bad transaction and then indirectly control bitcoin.
136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if...Satoshi Nakamoto suddenly burns 1 million bitcoins? on: September 28, 2016, 10:31:34 PM
The title explains it all, you look at blockchain.info and see a burst of transactions sending a total of 1000000BTC to 1BitcoinEaterAddressDontSendf59kuE.
What happens next?
Would it make headlines?
Would the exchange rate rise significantly?
Is it likely?
well in the market, it would really change much because those bitcoins were never really active anyways. but the peoples reaction would certainly increase the price because the total amount of bitcoins possible just decreased. satoshi has too much love for bitcoin to do that .
137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: September 28, 2016, 10:29:03 PM
Well about your question, hating bitcoins has no space in my mind. and I know that all of the member here in this forum are not a bitcoin hater.
Maybe those people who are lack of knowledge about this matter. So for I like bitcoin so much. Cheesy
I believe that existing users of bitcoin will never hate bitcoin, in fact they will love bitcoin as bitcoin is helping them in many ways and they can also earn decent amount of additional income from it.
138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What about the idea of a bitcoin shop in big cities? on: September 28, 2016, 10:27:17 PM
hmm sounds like a really cool idea. would this be a private shop? meaning commission on each bitcoin transaction there. Because if not then supporting the shop financially would be hard.
139  Economy / Services / Re: Make 20$ per hour - Method Unlimited refferals for Freemyapps on: September 28, 2016, 10:25:26 PM
lol do you actually believe someone will pay you 3000 bucks to potentially maybe unlikely learn a method that makes them 20/ hour?  Grin
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal receiving Bitcoin?! on: September 28, 2016, 10:22:59 PM
May I know the reason why does Paypal do not accept bitcoin as payment and/or deposit?! I know that Bitcoin is known widely on the internet so Paypal should accept it as a mode of payment since their forte is through the internet. I hope that someday, PayPal will acknowledge Bitcoin and put it as one of the mode of payment in their site. It will be very convenient for us.
in my opinion, paypal and bitcoin are like 2 completely different currencies. paypal wouldnt get involved with bitcoin because it breeds anonymity, and paypal is the complete opposite of that. they want to learn your lifestory before letting you use paypal lol.
