is it a good time to buy cardano and other altcoins which are dipping right now or wait a little bit dip more?
i want to exchange some of my btc with ripple , iota,cardano verge, any suggestion?
It's better to buy cryptocurrencies when they're having dip than buying when they're having and uptrend and reaching new ATH. As to whether you should wait or not, no one can tell you for sure since it's very hard to predict how long the dip is gonna last, although, the downtrend right now is probably a correction after the massive increase in the global market cap over the last few weeks so, perhaps the dip might go on for another day (?) About the coins you mentioned, Ripple has decreased more than 20% in the last 24h, so if you want to buy, do it now. iota and Cardano are going down but not by much, I would buy small amounts and then wait to see if keeps going down to buy some more, and friendly advice: forget Verge...find another altcoin. my gratitude i made a mistake last month a put all my investment in btc which was wrong, Im still learning, if i had put that money into some alts my investment would have been like 5x,it isnt late i think i can compensate for it. when the percentage in coinmarketcap website is in red state we can assume that a coin is having a dip right? whats wrong with verge? investing in top10 alts is definnitely better than keeping btc right? i have lost monet keeping btc for the past month,putting my money into several baskets is for sure better, this may yield 2x return for the sum of the altcoins It's always good idea to diversify, but also to keep some investment in the big players.. I would suggest ETH instead of BTC these days though as BTC seems quite risky now with the volatility.. Iota and cardano are great but I wouldn't recommend going with verge |

Ripple is not working like a bank and nor it will be. It's a currency to be used between banks not for users. If you want cryptobank look for Crypterium or other ICOs that started to work on such projects

You just have to be careful which one you choose. Not all ICOs will just run away with the money. Look for the ones with good website and the ones that look like they already put some work into it.
It would also be interesting to define what scam is. Since we have so many coins nowadays and many of them are just using the market to pump and dump and being accused of such (NXT or XVG anyone?)

Since more and more people are getting to know about cryptocurrencies, i can't wait to se what will happen in the crypto markets in 2018. I want to talk about coins to hold through out 2018, till December ending. I am not into pump and damp coins.
Below is my list. Tell me which coins under $1 you will hold till the end of 2018. For me personally, I think investing $1000 each into these coins will bring a good ROI. I will want to check this thread next year by this time, so i will include there current prices, just to compare by the end of 2018.
Of course i am not an investment adviser. Full disclosure I hold these coins for a long term.
Cardano (Ada): currently at $0.4
Burst: currently at $0.063
Digibyte: currently at $0.065
Dogecoin: currently at $0.008
Bytecoin: currently at $0.063
Siacoin: currently at $0.028
not sure Dogecoin should be on this list, way too risky as it keeps coming up and down all the time and there is no real unique solving problem behind it |

They will be overtaking each other this year and both of them will increase in value a lot.. maybe they will even overtake bitcoin in market cap if BTC doesn't solve its problems

I invested just 20$ in Doge and now it's worth over 200$ haha... I wished I invested more back then but now the price is too high to invest again I guess

Just make sure you have the coins on correct place that supports airdrop, last time I had coins on Bittrex and in the end they canceled the support of airdrop at the last moment
