I don't think governments who have intentions to ban some coins are able to divide and differentiate what coin they want or don't want to ban. If they want they will just ban all the crypto in their country. But this is the dictatorial practice of undemocratic states that will lead to their economical problems

The idea will appeal nowadays because of the FUD about many regulations being at an alltime high. A USA version of this type of coin is in ICO and looks even better, it ends in 2 weeks and will be biometric to boot, the whitepaper looks sweet so take a look. Amltoken.com is where it's living however it's 15x the price in its last stage. Amltoken has been in development a lot longer with almost no hype. Government might not be able to regulate cryptocurrencies but a specific coin would be banned? Nah,cryptocurrencies are decentralized while these government are trying to make it the opposite by regulating activities that is connected to cryptocurrencies.As we all know more countries are regulating cryptocurrency transactions but not doing a total ban on the other thand there are some countries like venezuela that fully supports cryptocurrencies,and im sure there will be some countries that will follow venezuela's footsteps.

Every ico's are saying anything just to get a lot of consumers to invest on their coin but still some of the ico's are not continuing the platform after they get their own profit. The best thing to do is to work on their bounty campaigns in order to obtain their coin or invest on the coin in the market after it was been released because the price is always reducing to 50%.
