121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin adoption: Don't just sit down, do something on: March 04, 2019, 11:49:51 AM
Wow this could be nice. It is certainly good to do such promotion even in just simple ways. Using cryptocurrency in small activities as this could actually help create opportunities for growth and may probably help in the process of creating a global acceptance and stability to the coins. If all of us will be using it then we could just create a new cryptocurrency economy where it could stand more or less like how fiat currency do. Of course there is so much to change but hopefully it will be a real currency just like fiat several years from now.
122  Economy / Economics / Re: ‘Crypto not meant for humans’ says Anthony Pompliano on: March 04, 2019, 08:19:19 AM
Well I think it was designed for him, because he looks laughing like a machine... Just joking though! If it was not mean for humans then what should machines do? Machines rely on humans to work. There are no AIs built that could be more like humans to decide on things. I think his statements only creates a confusion. Well I think we need to keep our belief on cryptocurrency strong. I suggest not to take his statements seriously enough.
123  Economy / Economics / Re: Does Pump is Coming on: March 03, 2019, 11:49:24 AM
I believe it as well but I don't like the idea of a pump up. As you can see many lost their bitcoins due to sudden volatility and these is due to pump ups that represents not the actual usage but the one that is artificially pushed up above by holding coins. The market should be stable since this is necessary to use the currency as a store value equivalent for fiat.
124  Economy / Economics / Re: what will happens if everyone has own currency, doesn't a bad for Economics ? on: March 02, 2019, 09:46:56 AM
Certainly it is good for the cryptocurrency economy since it will promote the use of digital currency. As I have noticed, while people didn't have so much access to the use of cryptocurrency, the lesser will be the opportunity that they will have to learn how to use it. The only problem that each cryptocurrency will have to face is competition. It would be a tough one such that other cryptocurrency may just be left unremembered if they couldn't catch up with the competition and certainly will die, so it is more like the survival of the fittest where only the strong remains. Not unless if the digital currency stands for a nation just like fiat which means it is government owned.
125  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Is Now Officially In Its Longest Bear Market Ever on: March 02, 2019, 06:34:24 AM
Its nothing really to worry no matter what. If you are just going to consider how much price bitcoin had gone up, you would not have wondered why it was the longest bear market. People are so stock at waiting for the price to go up when its utility did not go even further. So this kind of situation naturally occurs and is expected.
126  Economy / Economics / Re: The harmful affect of a continuous downward movement of the Bitcoin price. on: March 02, 2019, 05:40:40 AM
Certainly it creates a panic among investors, but if you are not going to look at bitcoin prices on its current state but on the possibilities of it growing in the near future, there is a possibility that you might just want to hold as much. When prices of bitcoin did go down, many are waiting for it to hit the rock bottom so that a new start could just begin. But it didn't happen too low and was only around $3,000. If it did a sudden jump in price could have been expected. People new of bitcoins utility so that there was not much of a need to panic at this point in time.
127  Economy / Economics / Re: Is anybody tracking lost bitcoins? on: March 01, 2019, 09:57:29 AM
I think many are doing the same work. But should you do it as well then it is most appreciated. I know how hard it is to make a good list of all lost bitcoins but I think you can do good on this. Just keep the research going and don't worry about the same threads. Your work will serve as a confirmation or an additional information to the previous works about lost bitcoin keys.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Everyone agrees that bitcoin rise will help the all crypto currencies to rise? on: March 01, 2019, 08:00:40 AM
The rise in cryptocurrency prices is always so dependent on how bitcoin movements as if it is there reference. Though not strictly true but generally bitcoin movements of prices affects most of known coins. If you would be looking at the graphs you can see it is very evident. But there were times that I have noticed when bitcoin did go down ethereum had shown to rule the movements of coins but it did not take too long bitcoin then takes over. I cannot recall that much but I think it was around the second quarter of year 2018.
129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin to replace fiat on: February 28, 2019, 11:34:51 AM
Well changing fiat to cryptocurrency would definitely be difficult since money is controlled and cryptocurrency isn't. Stability is important for money to exist without causing so much trouble storing it. Imagine a world where your money being stored loses its value more often or so quickly that it is volatile, how do you think will people admit the fact that there millions are now worth thousands?. But changing cryptocurrency is not really that difficult to deal with if the government will be making their own cryptocurrency separate from the commom cryptocurrency. It is more of a storage cryptocurrency that we can use to connect to the current digital coins that we have now. I think this is more plausible.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable Coins Necessary? on: February 28, 2019, 05:09:48 AM
Today as I could read most of the post, I think everybody have their eyes set on cryptocurrency. Though the market is a bit low but there are indications of a possible sudden increase given the recent inventions or plans of big companies who wanted to set their own digital coins. If this speculations could become true those who have bought coins while it was very low in price will earn a lot in the future. I think everybody who is into this business wanted to make their own cryptocurrency as stable as it gets to make it a better storage for money and most of all a preparation for the idea as I have said could be their main concern as of now.
131  Economy / Economics / Re: Don't stress too much due to the bear market on: February 28, 2019, 03:51:03 AM
Stress is always a great driving factor for people to change their minds. Investors goes in and out of cryptocurrency because of these. But we should not be looking too much on the negative side no matter what the graph is showing us. Everything moves up and down, its almost the same and no matter what we will still be able to gain if we have the right preparations and if we have the experienced necessary to understand how everything works. We will just keep doing a lot of research and study the market well so that we will know where and when to gain or not.
132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who would actually believe celebs promoting crypto? on: February 28, 2019, 03:05:13 AM
I wouldn't be relying on any celebrities pushing ICOs no matter how good it is. Still I would rely on my basic understanding about the project. We know celebrities work because they are paid or may be used to promote the project without consent. Many of these scam ICOs could penetrate using the same idea effectively towards the market. See websites you will see some faces of celebrities endorsing a product which I think was edited to look as if they pose for the product. Relying too much could only lead to nothing but trouble, not unless if it is confirmed authentic which could serve us a basis for thinking that the project's management is really doing their best to promote their product. Yet always stay with your logical reasoning for you not to be caught in the net by any scammers.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why I won't give up on: February 27, 2019, 02:34:48 PM
I would agree on you! People who likes quick money uses ICO to scam people and they are making it bad to the eyes of their victims and they are so happy while others are in pain for the lost of fortune. Maybe there is a way to contain this people in order not to affect the whole cryptocurrency community. Your stand on continuing no matter what gives hope to some so that it is good to keep it up and continue the fight for the good of all.

134  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto as a payment method for goods: what to expect in 2019 on: February 27, 2019, 01:32:57 PM
The usage of cryptocurrency can help  in the progress of bitcoin and other altcoins. If demands could even go higher,  people who invested could earn a lot from it. As of now it was slowly moving back up but it will be moving even better if people will use it in their daily purchase of goods. In our region such use was not so common but time will come I know it will.

135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bakkt the Future of Bitcoin and cryptoworld? on: February 27, 2019, 01:12:59 PM
It's a big possibility. Changes are made to make things better and if this makes it better then the possibility of people coming in could be great. Of course we must see the physical economy as well so that we can really have a thorough analysis on the possible success of this new development. It is because the physical economy affects much of the movements of the digital currency.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who is the cheater? on: February 27, 2019, 03:53:29 AM
You cannot actually call the team and developers the cheaters immediately because they are dependent on sales during their ICO period and they have so many considerations to make. There's no point in continuing the project if you can never get to establish it to register into an exchange which do cost a lot. They could not pay bounty hunters as well because they have no funds to do so. If they do a lot of promises without admitting the current status of the project and without transparency then it is may be the time that we can call them cheaters if they would run away without giving the bounty.

There must be something or some rules to be applied to bounty hunting and both sides should agree on it. Like when an ICO should be made it should have a starting capital to pay bounty hunters even how small and an option, sort of a bonus, will be added later for after they will be successful. The bounter hunters deserved this because they exerted a lot of time and effort as well. Bounty hunters who do have more accounts in a campaign can be considered cheating but I prefer to call them GREEDY!..
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: where are the investors? on: February 26, 2019, 02:19:02 PM
Not a guarantee. Even if the project is a good one it doesn't mean it will become successful eventually. Even those big businesses or companies that have existed today have undergone several problems that have become a barrier in their progress as we have seen today. What makes them successful is the continuous support by the people who have build there trust on them. Trust and confidence is a very important thing for business to do good. One good example for cryptocurrency is bitcoin. People had doubts on it in the beginning and had little trust about the project but look what happen several years after? It even reach an all time high of almost $20K from 0.008 something???. Isn't it a good example?... Build trust and make people confident about your project and certainly everything will be easy for you... Of course you also have a bigger role on the progress...
138  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Crypto redefine current economic models? on: February 26, 2019, 12:15:39 PM
A possibility! That is of course if cryptocurrency will be used in totality not just in a country but as well in the whole world which is by now starting to take effect. I don't know how large the effect would be, but he possibility of cryptocurrency is really getting near as people have positive responses to its utility. This could be evidence by so many ICOs that have grown in numbers as the years have passed by since its first usage.
139  Economy / Economics / Re: Are off shore bank accounts worth it? (US citizens) on: February 26, 2019, 10:08:11 AM
Well that is surely agreeable. Everybody would want to see their money go up in value because of high interest rate. The only problem I could see in this is the idea that you have to probably go offshore to check on the bank personally should you have some trouble about your savings. But anyway this is not much of a problem if the bank has a good customer support. Especially the online support, and most of all, if banks would have to apply or use cryptocurrency for your accounts to be checked and withdrawn easily when needed.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung confirms the rumor! on: February 26, 2019, 09:30:37 AM
If this is really true then the possibility of cryptocurrency making greater progress could be just around the corner. So much speculations have been made but if this would be revealed physically this could suggest the new beginning for cryptocurrency as we know it today. We know how the market became suddenly unfavorable but we will see another great rise in value should this new technologies is true and will be implemented.
