It was discussed many times before. It's you who has to do your homework and don't jump head first into any bounty campaign. It's you who has to research about the company you are advertising. Until some 3 weeks ago I was part of a bounty campaign that did pay in their own token, but the payments were always on time (although monthly) and easy to convert into BTC or ETH (although they were made in their own token). So it can be done properly too, if the project owners are honest. Of course, I've done quite some research before joining there.
