But also, don't you need to be accredited? No need for investors to be accredited in order to join the private sale. Even for US participants? When do I receive my tokens?
Tokens are usually distributed aftter end of the sale,thats standard practice nowdays. Same goes for both tokens that you got from sale,and bounty tokens That's right, distribution will happen after the token sale has finished. Do you plan to lock investors token for some amount of time,or they will be unlocked right from the start? Investors' tokens will not be locked. Team/adivisor tokens will be locked for 36/24 months. Will you lock the bonus tokens also? |

So if I understood this part correctly RET token will not be tradeable? It would serve as a stable token with which you will be able to use the platform. You can use it then to trade with different token types - which ones do you mean exactly? Actually the RET token will be tradeable, but ReMoneta will not. The Philosophy paper (available at www.remoneta.com) explains: ReMoneta ERC20 Tokens (RETs) are standard ERC20 tokens which can be used on the Ethereum network and allow you to buy the currency ReMoneta when the network goes live. They may be exchanged one time per token purchased at any time into ReMoneta after the system goes live at the rate of 1 ReMoneta token = 1 ReMoneta. When can we expect mobile app?
According to the road map beta version of the mobile app is released in March, the app will likely appear after the end of the sale. Will app be available on all mobile OS's? Android for shure, don't know for iOS according to latest issues.... Internal issues or something regarding restrictions iOS has put on ICOs? As far as I know those issues are regarding ICOs. I think they haven't changed their policy around this and probably won't change it anytime soon which is too bad. On the one hand, it's bad because projects only have one option, but Android is very well represented, so there will be plenty of users. The problems are with the app store policies, not iOS. iOS is just an operating system like Android. |

I believe it is still a bit early for exchanges and talk about exchanges since ICO will end in Novemeber so there is a long way to go still.We will most likely get some rumors about exchanges and listings later from September.Though I would be really pleased if deal with exchange happens even before ICO is done. How much big exchanges like Binance ask for a listing these days? Binance?I would say few million of USD.Prices went up a lot in last year or so. Yeah, that is causing problems for a lot smaller projects as they can't afford to pay that amounts.Making them less competetive and harder for them to get decent exposure. That is a huge toll on the overall budget of a project. Not sure why the prices are so steep. It would help the projects more to raise the most money in other phases just to have enough to be able to be on exchanges one day. Yeah, it almost makes to projects to start adding listing as a category to their budget calculations.The amounts have gone too far as money grabbing continues... |
