The requirements are around delivery mainly. Here is what is sent to any potential ICO participants:
1) We will code review before initially adding the wallet.
2) Then you will transfer the premine IPO coins to us. if there are premined coins that are not part of the ICO, this must be disclosed in your ANN
3) We run the ICO at whatever price you are looking for but we'd recommend a reasonable market cap.
4) After the ICO period ends, if there are remaining coins, we will destroy them and provide you an address to post
5) We will hold your BTC in escrow for 3 days.
a) Transfer coins to verify that the block chain functions properly.
b) You must have a block explorer available.
6) If that all works, we will give you access to the ICO account and the BTC. If any of the conditions fail, we will use the ICO funds to buy back and destroy all of the coins and you will forfeit the escrow fee.

Have you considered somewhat more stricter requirements? Such as requiring a form of identification? Or holding funds until they are used for what the dev claims they will be used for? With strict bookkeeping. No giant lumpsum payouts. You must realize that your more recent ICOs have gone rather horribly, and that people aren't as interested in them as they used to be. Better rules, and holding ICOs less frequently, should help. You may also want to be pickier as to the coins you accept for ICOs too, just choosing the cream of the crop. The developer claimed one of the requirements was to verify his/her identity. You did not list this. Was this a lie? This. Dev stated Bittrex got his identity. With these requirements Icebergcoin "dev" was able to rob people by 100 BTC. So Bittrex seems to continiue the way they did and help pulling out thousands of BTC every month from altcoin markets. When Your volume is less than 100 BTC You might realize You doing it wrong. Btw, dev here registered XCloudCoin.org anonymously. No real surprise, I know. |

As I called ThemightyX an asshole, I even didn't know, that he reset the blockchain. Doesn't surprise me at all to be honest. Spoke to people missing coins, that should be swapped and disappeared due to the reset. One guy swapped over 5k and all he got was insults and threats by TMX. Well, imho it doesn't really matter, if someone got coins or not, since PMC/PMP is as dead as it can be.  |

Bittrex can be blamed for it. (As a sidenote, I made some bucks on ELITE, but it could had been much more without this mess)
Bittrex don't check code for anything else but viruses. They blame pools, miners and in the end their own customers for buying coins at their exchange.

This is ridiculous, because people mine coins at pools hoping it will get listed at Bittrex.
Bittrex is losing credibility from shitcoin to shitcoin and become what they were months ago, an exchange that gives a fuck and lists everything. Oh wait....

I knew that TMX was an asshole all the time. I'm sorry for all the guys believed in PMC/PMP, but now I can tell You what I think about PMP: It won't have any success. It got nothing new, no inovations, no dev able to prog something, no services, nothing. All coins given away will be dumped on a third class exchange, because none of the big four exchanges will list this crap. If anyone had seen a value in PMP, he bought at Polo, but the volume was less than 0.2 BTC over the last four weeks. I'm saying this as a very early adopter of PMC and would like to thank all the guys involved in this coin, especially kbroadfoot, who tried everything to revive the coin tho he was'nt there from the beginning. Not to forget Nullo with his rewarding script and EcuaMobi for his mobile app. I worked a bit behind the scenes. Bought PMC in bad times, donated some to many many people (that 250 PMC to some ppl was me) and helped to get the wallet done with 0.2 BTC, tho I knew, the coin would fail. For me the coin died here and now. One last thing: If You want to cross TMX's plans, I could push PMC to nirvana by putting 50+TH on it. Coins are worthless anyway. TMX would had to deal with many people beeing not so happy  |

A more detailed explanation on how to distribute those 6.5 billion coins would be nice.

It was stated long ago, that this is just a plain copy of another coin. I'd like to draw everyone's attention to this coin: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=613854.480 , of which this is a blatant copy. Not only does it share the same structures etc, but it also takes the probability based random rewards. This isn't just any old copy & paste and make something new, this is ridiculous. Everyone who bought in after this was posted deserves a complete loss so much. |
