121  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: btc-arbs.com - Update: Withdrawal problems - DO NOT DEPOSITS - dying HYIP on: May 21, 2014, 06:01:17 AM
Does anyone know if Adam the previous admin (or same scammer) had any communication on this forum , does anyone have a way to contact him?

There have been a couple of posts that have raised my radar but nothing certain.

Well the site wasn't even pingable yesterday. It is now, but frontend is still down. It was obvious to me that for the past week it was experiencing DDOS attacks. Now you can ping the server. It *appears* they are working on bringing the site back up. When they do, I will withdraw the whopping 28 dollars trickle-transferred from my legacy account.

Odd, I noticed it wasn't pingable yesterday or even this morning, and I didn't even think to try again after this morning, I figured it was all over. But you're right, it is pingable now.... maybe this ugly saga will continue.

One thing is for sure, when it comes back online I'll withdraw all my btc. If they will..... ever :/

No way they are coming back online, this mess is over.
124  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: btc-arbs.com - Update: Withdrawal problems - DO NOT DEPOSITS - dying HYIP on: May 19, 2014, 08:54:29 PM
The only accounts they've been takers on for the 50/50 split have been tiny ones.

Well not only that but I had originally put 3.6 in btc-arb, then over the course of the next several weeks kept making withdrawls and had pulled out slightly over half of that 3.6 by last week (the last 2 withdrawls were very small because the legacy ordeal happened). So me doing a 50/50 split was going to put me in the black and Adam/Ron were probably none to happy about doing that.

I received almost all of my principle yesterday.  The admin took the 50%-50% split deal.  I'm just glad I got out!  Cool

How much did you settle for???

It wasn't much at all.  I had about .08 BTC in my account including profit and principal.  My principal was about .05.  He sent me .043 BTC.  All the message said was.  "I sent .043.  A little more than 50%."  And then they wiped out the rest.  I'm just happy that I have something I can still play with.  Grin

I tried to do the 50/50 ordeal, my offer was ignored.

A guy shows up here saying this thread needs to be deleted and 12 hours later the site is closed..... sounds pretty suspicious to me.

I'm starting to think it could be over. The site is still down, at least for me.
128  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: btc-arbs.com - Update: Withdrawal problems - DO NOT DEPOSITS - dying HYIP on: May 19, 2014, 01:53:57 PM
Is the site down for anyone else?
129  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: btc-arbs.com - Update: Withdrawal problems - DO NOT DEPOSITS - dying HYIP on: May 18, 2014, 03:07:03 PM
Why this thread still open?
It should be close we know btc-arbs is scam!

It's open to warn others who might still want to invest and as a base camp for those who still want to bitch about it. Nobody is forcing you to read it, move on if you don't like it.

That why this thread should be close and delete!

Why do you care? Just do something else with your time, rather than reading this thread.

Oh I see 99% of your post history always post in this thread  Shocked
You aren't do something else with your time, I see I see LOL bye bye

Right, I sit on my ass all day and post in this thread (whateva!), but that's not the point (which clearly you've missed). The point is: I'm not the one complaining for it to be closed. In other words I don't go into threads that I don't like and state they need to be closed; just because I'm bored.

I'm starting to think this legacy transfer thing where some are getting all their coins is only to those with small amounts that make a lot of noise. I have several friends that had less than .2 in their accounts that still haven't gotten a full transfer.
133  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: btc-arbs.com - Update: Withdrawal problems - DO NOT DEPOSITS - dying HYIP on: May 18, 2014, 02:52:15 AM
He is showing this is looking less like a ponzi right now and more of a company that lost the coins. This is what crypto rush plans on doing to get people their money back. You do this for a few reasons. 1 makes all new deposits liquid therefore will operate normally for new deposits. 2 instead of closing shop and previous investors get nothing albeit a very long time to get everything back. This still could be a ponzi but to me it is looking less like one and more of a guy/company that lost coins made up bogus story about being sold trying to not take the blame. For those who say you can not ARB to these types of gains I beg to differ. Maybe not on the scale they have been doing but we do not know exactly how they are doing it (if they are). I took what legacy withdrawals I have received from here and did my own ARB. Granted it was with ALT coins to BTC but in just over a week I doubled my money. I did it by hand and took a ton of my time but I am sure some of you smart programmers could figure something out that looks at the major exchanges and finds ARB opportunities.

Your optimism is a nice change but miss guided none the less. Btc-arbs is a total ponzi scheme, and at some point it will shut down.
134  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: btc-arbs.com - Update: Withdrawal problems - DO NOT DEPOSITS - dying HYIP on: May 16, 2014, 07:12:47 PM
i got mine 0.2btc back with 0.0019btc extra.

Today they sent me that. i still think its a ponzi.
There explanantion was that wallet was hacked and they haven't got funds.

Typical bollocks.

Did you send a support request for it back or did they just transfer all yours out of legacy automatically?

I have tried contacting them a while ago asking to move my legacy (I have only 0.7 or so in legacy, i invested 0.2 at first but invested another 0.5 right around easter).

2 tickets left unanswered but 1 ticket got a generic reply.

No transfers though, still most of my bitcoin stuck in legacy and i doubt i'll see it back.

Pretty sad, it's not like it will ruin me but 0.8 bitcoin is still a nice amount to have.

I'm tired of the trickle of btc I'm getting. I asked for 50% back and that was totally ignored like many others.

Just me or is the site down again?  Huh

I'm able to get in, can't say there is anything new or exciting, same old BS. But none the less, I'm in.
136  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: btc-arbs.com - Update: Withdrawal problems - DO NOT DEPOSITS - dying HYIP on: May 15, 2014, 01:11:04 AM
I got my withdrawl today, it showed up in my wallet. It's pennies to what I'm owed, but that's what I've been reduced to withdrawing at this point.
137  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: btc-arbs.com - Update: Withdrawal problems - DO NOT DEPOSITS - dying HYIP on: May 14, 2014, 08:46:12 PM
They'd have to obtain the information from the identity-obscuring service that registered the DNS for them...after that, it'd be a pretty simple matter to track them down. That or the fiat payment processors they worked with. But the fact that it's international makes things quite difficult.

I'd like to find the guy who runs it and give him a piece of my mind.

Man you're nice! I'd like to kick him in the ass so hard his noise will bleed!
138  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: btc-arbs.com - Update: Withdrawal problems - DO NOT DEPOSITS - dying HYIP on: May 14, 2014, 07:01:36 PM
I just received a tiny withdrawal from my general fund.  .0028 BTC.  I also saw on the blockchain that the account it came from has 270 BTC in it. Shocked  And that's just probably one of their many accounts.

Edit:  Here's the blockchain: https://blockchain.info/address/1Bjahxmivkrb8NRYNqikBxU6gZhMWgKaY2

Holy crap. One of the outputs from that address was for a little over 178 and take a look at the "total received" on the address it was transferred to:

https://blockchain.info/address/16R14EH4v8A9GPXkAAP8gcMFBA8oxA8nbY

I don't really buy that they don't have any money, anymore.

Holly shit! And they can't give me my 3.5 btc?!?!?!?!
139  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: btc-arbs.com - Update: Withdrawal problems - DO NOT DEPOSITS - dying HYIP on: May 13, 2014, 04:49:59 PM
Well I have just initiated another withdrawl since I have heard nothing on my 50% support ticket  Huh - So.... it's going to be chipping away at pennies for me.
140  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: btc-arbs.com - Update: Withdrawal problems - DO NOT DEPOSITS - 100% HYIP on: May 13, 2014, 12:59:19 PM
