Be sure to mention that they promised price matching and compensation in line with market value at the time of shipping. You can find blackarrow saying these things on the forum

I don't think OP is looking to use escrow. He hasn't PMed me yet. Seems to be a scam. I'm out.

Either that, or you send first. I'm a hero member, you're a newbie.

I'm more than willing to buy it from you for $45 if you agree to an escrow. PM me.

Unfortunately I was pool mining... Note that I did not receive anything extra for finding it! But still! One of my Antminer S3+ found a block shortly after I restarted them. Has anyone else found one? https://i.imgur.com/GV4PThB.pngEDIT: I've switch to eligius.st pool. Would of been a lot better if it was solo mining but then again might of never found the block solo mining as pool mining is combined power so its tough one to judge but none the less good one for finding the block would be nice if you actually got the 25 BTC for it would be nice Christmas for you Maybe back in 2010 you could have, but now its like a jackpot if you do so. Without a pool chances are almost none. I found 2 blocks within 3 or 4 days in 2011 on a solo mining ~200 Mhash computer Old good times!! That's so illustrative of how high the difficulty has gone since those days. Simply incredible.

If I have clams associated with a Coinbase address, there's no way to obtain it, since Coinbase controls the private keys, right?

I've bought ASICs and have made my money back and then some. And I also have the option of selling the miner to get even more money for it. So while I do believe you have good intentions, blanket statements such as this are incorrect. It all depends on people's circumstances. I paid for my most recent ASIC in Bitcoin in July. I recouped that investment mid November. I'm making pure profit now. I also don't pay for electricity since it's included in my rent. My situation nullifies your blanket statements.

To clarify, can I send the coins to another address in my wallet? Would that be safe? Since I won't be digging up the private key for that address. Right?
There are two cases: * If you plan to import the wallet.dat into the CLAM client, you should move your coins to a new WALLET first. The wallet.dat you import includes the next 100 addresses that wallet will generate, so when you think you're making a new address, you really aren't. * If you plan to import just individual private keys into JD's /dig command, then there's no need to make a new wallet, just more the coins to a different ADDRESS. The second option is what I did. Thank you for your help. I dug up ~18 clams.

So how do I uncover my private keys if my wallet is already encrypted?
You can unlock the wallet for a specified number of seconds by entering this into the console: walletpassphrase <passphrase> <number of seconds to unlock> Then enter into the console: dumpprivkey <address> Thank you good sir. I shall try this.

. Can you also address the issue with Chrome flagging the client download?
go under setting/privacy then remove the flag from "activate phishing and malware protection" I'd rather not.. Download needs to be fixed, not my settings.

If I go through all this, will any coins sent to the old addresses after the fact be compromisable? When you give JD your private key using the /dig command, it will use the private key to create and sign a raw transaction that moves your 4.6 CLAMs to your JD deposit address, and then will throw the private key away. I don't log it anywhere. I can't prove that. I could be lying, and building up a big collection of BTC private keys, planning to rob them all later on. So for your safety I recommend that you only send private keys to JD (or any other site) once you are sure they are "retired" from use. They're your private keys. Once you share them with anyone you can no longer be sure that they are private. I'm unable to obtain my private keys since my wallet.dat(s) are encrypted. Can you also address the issue with Chrome flagging the client download?

Chrome won't let me open the zip file for the software. Kinda shady.. I've looked and I have several addresses that have been sent clams, but the problem with Chrome thinking the zip file is shady, the low price of clam, and the inconvenience of obtaining the privatekey and moving funds around doesn't make this a worthwhile endeavor for me.
.014 BTC each valid address according to www.claams.com... your time must be worth a lot /dig gets them without trusting any download via www.Just-dice.comIf I go through all this, will any coins sent to the old addresses after the fact be compromisable?

Bitcoin checker app on android already has a built in alarm - unlimited number of alarms/exchanges to monitor. Don't see why anyone would need this.
Interesting I will have to look at the andriod app store.. But what of the iPhone massive? I'm offering a service here which I honestly believe will be used.. Not everyone has time to spend messing around setting up an app to hopefully alert them. I will be willing to offer reduced pricing for frequent subscription purchasers as well. I'm sure there's an app that does this for free on iPhones as well. Best of luck in your business.

Can we please ask some mod to mark this thread and add 'SCAM CONFIRMED' to the title? Or close it or do something that will be visible on the first sight.
Mods don't label scams, unfortunately. The onus is placed on each user to exercise due diligence.

You really shouldn't be mining there. You will end up paying them for mining due to their fees structure.

Proof of funds would be nice too.. Like a screenshot showing the $80 credit.
