It's very interesting for me to follow your news. There is very interesting information here, but it is too much and sometimes the main topic is lost when reading.

Thank you, Potapo. Your point is well taken. And you are correct.

The DNotes team has been working very hard over the last 4 ½ and provided so much information that it is overwhelming and at times, repetitive. While challenging for those new to DNotes, it is essential and very helpful for those professional investors who want to do very deep research on us before investing.

As expected, that is now becoming an asset as I work with serious investors, dealer brokers, and fund managers. Some may be assigning analysts to do deep research on us before making any recommendations to their clients. This applies to both DNotes and DNotes Global.

An analyst can easily spend a week and not cover more than 50% of the researchable materials available.

Here are my recommendations to get a quick bird’s-eye view:

++ A whole lot more if you want to keep going.

But then - want to be an inclusive trusted digital currency on a global scale to supplement fiat currency  ..  Huh It is an immensely complex and massive task. We may be the only team committed to that challenge. How much could DNotes and DNotes Global be worth one day? Your guess as as good as mine. But I see this as a generational opportunity not to be missed. And I am eternally grateful to have your support and feel highly privileged to share my knowledge and experience.

From DNote Telegram Today:

Shane, [12.07.18 11:58]
[In reply to Tim Gogginnz]
That’s very exciting and thanks for the link to the press release. Will there be updates on the progress (for example - current running total for amounts raised?)

Tim Gogginnz, [12.07.18 12:00]
Once we hit certain thresholds I imagine we will let the community know.

Alan Yong, [12.07.18 12:20]
I will provide updates at the appropriate time. It typically takes a lot of ground-work and "hand-holding".  I do not want to build up false expectation or get ahead of "potential".  Be patience. This could take a few months of highly focused efforts.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: DNotes 2.0 - 4/2/2018 Now Live on: July 09, 2018, 09:32:36 PM
Cryptocurrency brought about the ability to make near-costless payment to people a reality, DNotes have made it possible to use that technology to query payments and check invoices to then distribute goods near-costlessly without using any middlemen.

That is correct, Tim. As I have mentioned many times in the past, to gain mass adoption majority of the transaction must be between two parties without the control of any central authority or middleman, at nearly zero cost.

That coin or coins must also solve a whole array of problems including inclusiveness, trust, security, usefulness, currency stability, liquidity, in compliance with existing laws and more.

DNotes Global is committed to providing the leadership and management to assist DNotes in gaining mass adoption. It will not happen overnight, but our path is very well defined. We will continue to deliver solutions.

However, we are confident that the coin that gain mass adoption will be quite valuable. Meanwhile, our focus is to build stakeholder value and let the price of DNotes take care of itself.

124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: DNotes 2.0 - 4/2/2018 Now Live on: July 09, 2018, 03:34:44 PM
Our industry has been making a lot promises, but for the most part just that - “promises”, “wishful thinking”, and “cure-all snake oil”. Billions of dollars have been raised with the claim to disrupt the current banking and financial service systems. We had wanted to reduce their dominance, abusive practices, and high fees. We had wanted to reach out to the 2.2 unbanked or underserved by the global banking and financial network.

Ironically, we have not done any better. We might have done worse – less trustworthy, more manipulative, and taking advantages of unsuspecting small investors; namely many ICO scamps that never had any real projects.

We had wanted to use the ingenious blockchain technology to allow for micro-payment between two parties without the participation of any middle man resulting in instantaneous payment confirmation at near zero fees.

For DNotes to gain mass adoption as an inclusive trusted digital currency we must remained focused in solving many challenges confronting our industry. Solutions to those problems will result in substantial opportunities for DNotes to be differentiated and grow at a rapid pace.

Solving the of micro-payment problem is very significant. It has world-changing implications with broad ranging applications from commercial to charity. That is also one of our “inclusive” strategies. No one shall be left behind when a transaction or donation of $0.10 is a commercially viable transaction from anyone worldwide. That is a game-changer.

Thank you Brandon for your post, “ Accept DNotes Cryptocurrency Payments With Your Business in 2 Steps"
by DNotesEDU | Jul 3, 2018”

The world is changing quickly to becoming a single hyper-connected entity as we enter the digital age. Anything that can be digitized will be digitized. Digital currency is the natural progression that started with the emergence of personal computer, wireless communication, and the Internet. Digital currency with its underpinning blockchain technology could have significant positive world-changing implications.

I believe that this is a generation opportunity. It is will be bigger than the Internet resulting in massive job and wealth creation.

For the last 4 ½ years DNotes has been building a purposeful, inclusive, and trusted digital currency with useful and practical applications that are meant to include everyone worldwide. We started out with Cryptomoms to encourage and assist women to participate in the cryptocurrency space and kept expanding our ecosystems to include DNotesVault, CRISP savings account, DCEBrief, DNotesEDU, and a business book “Improve Your Odds – The Four Pillars of Business Success.”

We are now all out to make DNotes a technology leader. We are uniquely different and unafraid of doing the right thing the right way. We are utterly patience in letting the true value of DNotes to take care of itself.   To learn more about DNotes be sure to check this out: https://dnotesglobal.com/white-paper/

Thank you all for supporting our DNotes Forum and Telegram. I am delighted to see the level of community engagement with prompt and helpful answers to questions raised. This gives me great comfort to focus on taking DNotes Global to the next level.

The tasks in front of me are massive but that is when I am at my best. Our first round of funding using Reg. D 506 (c) to raise up to $5 million from accredited investors will officially begin next week. There is significant interest, but it will take a lot of relentless hard work. This could take a couple a couple of months before real result can be anticipated.

Once we reached the threshold of $1 million, our law firm will start drafting the filing statements for Reg. A+ Mini-IPO Tier 2 to raise up to $50 from accredited and non-accredited investors worldwide. I am committed to see a full-blown IPO three to five years later. That is the path for DNotes Global to become a major international corporation with all the internal capabilities to fulfill a broad array of missions for DNotes to gain mass adoption as an inclusive trusted digital currency in global commerce.

DNotes certainly has a great week. But that should not be a surprise. DNotes is still significantly undervalued relative to our industry peers. Frankly, DNotes is ahead of our industry in many respects, including technologies. Nonetheless, we are relentlessly committed to building DNotes as a useful and purposeful digital currency with positive world changing opportunities for everyone to participate. The true value of DNotes will take care of itself.

DNotes Smart Invoicing - Merchant Services Built into the Blockchain

https://dcebrief.com/dnotes-smart-invoicing-merchant-services-built-into-the-blockchain/

Well done Brandon! Good timing as well.

We have just added a few invoice API's to the ABE block explorer. You may view them here:
https://explorer.dnotescoin.com/chain/DNotes/q

Invoice related API's added:
invoice - amount paid and number of confirmations for a particular invoice and recipient address.
invoiceamount - amount paid for a particular invoice and recipient address.
invoiceconfirmation - number of confirmations for a particular invoice and recipient address.

We've also added:
address_history - returns the history of the address balance and transactions.

Example:
https://explorer.dnotescoin.com/chain/DNotes/q/invoice/DNOTESADDRESS+INVOICENUMBER
https://explorer.dnotescoin.com/chain/DNotes/q/invoice/SZ84u9Riadtq6WQAxj7MGgtfXae7f91f96+213091203012983asdjasdnasidn
Returns
10,2674
Meaning that 10 DNotes were paid to that address and invoice number and there are 2674 confirmations.

This will make it easy to verify an invoice from a simple Abe block explorer API call. The invoice number integration has multiple applications and will assist in automated multiple facets of business, payments, and accounting, however we are focusing on a narrow range of simplified use cases right now. They will make it possible to accept decentralized payments while keeping your wallet safely offline, create new payment models that were previously not possible, and make accepting automatic payments available to a greater number of people especially those with more limited resources.

One of the most amazing things about decentralized digital currency is it provides people with many choices and options that can fit their needs.

There will be different options and proof of concepts made available on our github open source directory.

The first proof of concepts will be the highest ease of use and integration capabilities, with the least possible requirements. I will describe the process in more detail below.

The second proof of concepts will be slightly more complicated to use and integrate, however we will add in some security features needed for more commercial use applications. These will still be easier to integrate than most payment system available today, still won't require a third party, however won't have the same requirements and overhead as the corporate version of cryptocurrency payment integration.

Then we will work on integration into popular payment systems already available and move into the third round of proof of concepts.

The third round of proof of concepts will be the full blown integration that will be needed for corporation and big business integrations. This is where most of the industry is focused right now, as well as middle man integrations, in terms of creating solutions, because that is where the big money is. However, we are more interested in making access available to everyone with the least hassle and least cost as our first objective.

Just a note, I cannot provide a timeline just yet, we will likely have to work on other things in between.

First Round of Proof of Concepts Examples

Selling a digital product online:
Examples - Ebooks, Audio and Music, Information Products, Software, virtually anything digital works.
Description - As with below, this will allow the seller to sell a product for whatever they want, even it's only a $0.05 product, that was not previously possible with traditional payment models unless you wanted charge $0.80 with $0.75 paid in fees.
-The seller will need a website, easily configure 5 variables in the script and upload the script to their website, and add any design to it that they like. This can be done in just a few minutes of time, and there is nearly no technical experience required.
-The buyer will be directed to the webpage where the script is located, be shown a payment address (with the invoice number attached), and an amount of DNotes to pay (on the back end it will determine and convert the dollar amount configured into an amount of DNotes to pay via exchange API calls). The website will continue to call the explorer API and determine if the payment has been made and how many confirmations, once it reaches the number of confirmations specified by the seller, it will release the digital product to the user to download immediately. If the confirmations is set to 0, it will be instantly delivered.
Though 0 confirmations is not very secure, because theoretically that makes it vulnerable to double spend attacks, it may not matter to the seller. There is no guaranteed way to secure digital products right now, if they want to steal it, they will find a way. 0 confirmations just makes it more convenient for those that are willing to pay for the product.

Selling Software Pay Per Use / Period
Description - This is the part I mentioned before about new payment models that were not previously possible or feasible. If you are a software developer and your users would like to use your software occasionally, you can have an option that allows them to pay for 1 hour / 1 day / 1 week / 1 month / forever or whatever they want. This is a superior and potentially more profitable model for the seller while offering the buyer the ability to use and pay on their terms. It gives them the ability to use a fully functioning software the way they want, without having to worry about fees, processing micro payments, and actually making it possible to sell $1.00 worth of something without it costing you more in fees and middle men than you get out of it.
-The seller in this case incorporates our open source scripts and configures a couple variables. Doesn't even need a website or a server.
-The buyer will be prompted with the payment options and then be presented a payment address (with the invoice number attached), and an amount of DNotes to pay (on the back end it will determine and convert the dollar amount configured into an amount of DNotes to pay via exchange API calls). The program will continue to call the explorer API and determine if the payment has been made and how many confirmations, once it reaches the number of confirmations specified by the seller, it will release access to use the software immediately.

Thank you, Brandon and Joe.

Another big step forward towards mass adoption of DNotes as an inclusive trusted digital currency in global commerce. We are relentlessly committed to making DNotes useful and purposeful so that everyone worldwide can participate and benefit from our success.

Thanks, DNotesEDU.

Technologies always evolve and often get ahead of regulations. It is even more apparent in the cryptocurrency space, thanks to ICOs (Initial Coin Offerings). Maintaining a delicate balance is crucial to allow for innovations with reasonable consumer protection.

So I've had some issues trading on Mercatox. I'm still trying to buy DNotes and get a good price for them, so I've been watching the BTC/NOTE market pretty closely. I've noticed a few things that bother me.

1. Often, there will be trades executed for which there were no prior orders on the books. One time recently I had a buy order of DNotes at 598 Satoshi. It was the only buy order at that price and had been sitting on the books for several hours. Well, there was a buy or sell for approximately that same amount and guess what, not one single bit of my order filled! I was wondering where that other standing order had come from. This is at least the second time something similar happened. Mostly, it's other prices that simply aren't listed on the books.

2. I asked in the exchange trollbox if Mercatox has hidden orders and explained briefly what I'd observed. A bunch of people weighed in saying they'd noticed the same thing and it bothered them too. Some theorized that it had to do with links to markets on other exchanges, but no one really knew. One person mentioned he'd even filed a complaint with the exchange.

Is there a realistic explanation for what I'm observing? I'm finding it really frustrating because I feel as if I'm not being given complete information about the BTC/NOTE market on Mercatox, which means I'm basically trading blindly.

I read an article recently which accused some exchanges of inflating their trading volumes and I've wondered if randomly throwing in fake trades might be one way to do that. However, I'm really hoping there is a much better explanation for this. I would like to know what's going on so that I can trade with more complete information.

Hi, wiser. I am sorry to learn about your frustrating experience trying to buy DNotes at Mercatox. Frankly, I had wanted to sign up for an account but did not find the time to do so. Here is one I can not come with an explanation.

I have personally, experienced "odd" tradings at other exchanges, including Poloniex where I purchased the most of my DNotes holding. I purchased ever single DNotes that I own. Sadly I have lost a substantial number of DNotes various exchanges - Crypto Rush, MintPal, Allcoins, and Crypsy that disappeared. I clearly have issues with exchanges in our industry.

I also like how the Dnote team is not trying to replace fiat, but is trying to augment it.  I see so many posts on other forums from crypto purists that want nothing to do with government regulations, taxes or fiat, but that is simply not practical.  With innovation comes regulation.  The best way to “game” the system, is to understand the system, play by the rules and always be a step ahead of the competition.

Those are my “deep” thoughts for the day.  Raining pretty hard here in Hakuba so I am taking time to catch up on posts.  Cheers all!

Thank you, 1Hakuba for your “deep” thoughts of the day. Your deep understanding of DNotes, and DNotes Global as they relate to the industry, our accomplishment, vision, overall strategies and execution is impressive.

Not many people understand the complexity of the major challenges confronting our industry and viable solutions needed before mass adoption of digital currency in global commerce can materialize. We have known these since day one - 4 ½ years ago that this is a major project of global scope and scale.

Here is quote from my book – “Improve Your Odds – The Four Pillars of Business Success”

“The DNotes Story – An Unfolding Big Bold Idea of Global Scale

Introduction:

This is the true story of how DNotes founder Alan Yong’s vision, leadership, and winning strategies positioned the organization to best compete in a crowded and chaotic industry at its formative stage. The decentralized, “Wild West” nature of the industry is unforgiving – the lack of regulation, and the inability of centralized authorities to govern the cryptocurrency industry, makes it strategically vital to protect the business against unpredictable market movements. The DNotes story is unique in that a similar situation has not previously existed where so many challenges and uncertainties coincide with a new business startup in a nascent industry.

This chapter will showcase the development and execution of multiple business strategies and principles outlined in this publication. This is the story of a startup that began with a bold global ambition to revolutionize the controversial and well publicized cryptocurrency industry made famous by “Bitcoin”; possibly the greatest technological revolution since the internet.

It has been an exciting and demanding journey. The strategic path incorporated to accomplish our vision of an inclusive trusted digital currency to supplement global fiat currency is spot on. I am glad to have spent hundreds, if not thousands of hours to share my thoughts in writing that are available for anyone interested to do deep research on our work. I am immensely grateful to many among our community who tirelessly contributed, shared, and expanded our missions as reflected in our ecosystems and future projects as outlined in our roadmap: https://dnotesglobal.com/white-paper/

Our hard work and relentless commitment to do the right thing, the right way, at the right time is beginning to pay off. DNotes and DNotes Global represented by Tim Goggin and myself will be among a few A-list participants in “Blockchain Super Stars.”

Now that our Reg. D 506 (c) funding campaign is about to beginning I barely have time to keep up with some important stuff that I love to do., including posting on Telegram and other social media platforms. DNotes is getting a lot of attention worldwide, based on communication and feedback we are getting every day.

The best way you can contribute to DNotes success is to help keep our community informed and engaged – help to answer any questions when you can.

Those who have technical questions, it is best if you could use DNotes BitcoinTalk forum. That is the best way to reach our developers: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1924858.4780

This project is one of the most promising projects. There is a prospect for the growth of the project in the present and future. Moving in this direction the project team, administration and investors undoubtedly expects success. Good  lock

Thank you for your kind comments, Maian. We are very passionate and deeply committed to use digital currency and its underpinning blockchain technology to help change the world a little for the better. This is a generational opportunity for a trusted team to be inclusive of everyone’s participation worldwide so that no one would be left behind, irrespective of their financial standing – poor or rich.

That is where we draw our inspiration from. It is not just for us but for all of us. We work hard and relentlessly committed to the benefits of everyone.

This is a Big Bold project of global scale and there are many big problems that must be solved before any of the cryptocurrency in our industry can gain mass acceptance. It cannot be accomplished in a short period of time with simplistic and wishful projects for personal gain.

We are mindful that DNotes is a very complex project with many different parts that must involve business and consumers, male and female, the poor and the rich. We believe that ultimately most of the transactions of DNotes will made directly between two parties without the need for any central authority at nearly zero fees and completed almost instantaneously, anywhere worldwide with an Internet connection.

On the technology side, we focus on developing useful and user-friendly applications that will benefit DNotes users and stakeholders. Uniquely different are DNotesVault, CRISP reward, cold-staking, Dnotes Electrum Wallet, invoice tracking and payment systems to mention a few already successfully launched or in the works. They are all a part of our master plan to build DNotes as the inclusive trusted digital currency to supplement fiat currency in global commerce.

My book, “Improve Your Odds – The Four Pillars of Business Success” and the many articles that I have written will serve as our blueprint for business success as well as our foot into the corporate world.

I hope that this provide some insights as to why DNotes is so different from our industry peers and the important roles my book plays.

Law Firm Report: Tether USD Reserves Exceed Balance of Tethers in Circulation

https://dcebrief.com/law-firm-report-tether-usd-reserves-exceed-balance-of-tethers-in-circulation/

I have little doubt that Tether is fully backed 1 to 1 by USD reserves. The elephant in the room question, though, is where is the USD to back it coming from?

Wiser, each Tether is equal in value to US$1. Every Tether issued must have an equal corresponding reserve. If there is 1 million Tether in circulation there must be $1 million in reserve. Any discrepancy is a cause for concern.

Here is the entire interview:
‘DNotes Will Be Known as the Currency with a Purpose’
JUN 14, 2015
By Raunaq Vaisoha
Source: https://cointelegraph.com/news/dnotes-will-be-known-as-the-currency-with-a-purpose

After a life-long fascination with how computing power can be used to solve problems, Alan Yong, founder of DNotes, wanted to add a human element to cryptocurrency.

“DNotes must be built as a digital currency for everyone, irrespective of financial standing — from the poor to the super rich; from the unborn to the most senior. It must deliberately attempt to include and assist women to help close the gender gap.”

— Alan Yong

After being introduced to cryptocurrencies in 2013, and conducting some serious research, Yong went on to found three cryptocurrency-based organizations:

The Cryptocurrency Investment Savings Plan (CRISP) — A student-centric, self-directed investment plan that utilizes DNotesVault to release 100 DNotes to willing participants, without requiring them to pay for it. The first 200 accounts to register will be awarded 100 DNotes, plus 10 DNotes each month thereafter, until the account reaches 500
CryptoMoms — A dedicated mission to increase women's participation in cryptocurrency
DNotes — An altcoin with a holistic aim
In 1989, Yong founded Dauphin Technology, Inc. and quickly became a well-regarded visionary in the early days of mobile computers. In 1992, his company became the Pentagon's largest supplier of laptop computers after winning a US$395 million contract. The Dauphin DTR, a handheld computer that competed head-on with the Apple Newton, was among their best-known products.

Cointelegraph spoke with Yong to learn more about his most recent projects.

Cointelegraph: What about bitcoin influenced you to create DNotes?

Alan Yong: I feel that the concept of verifiable public ledger for every transaction using ingenious consensus technologies will have world-changing implications, leading to a quantum shift in how we conduct global business, resulting in a large-scale disruption of existing systems, especially in the financial services industry.

“No one has sufficient self-interest to promote and protect Bitcoin, with an over-emphasis that it is a trustless system. [...] How could I hand over my life savings, if no one could be held responsible or would stand by it to give me the confidence that it is in good hands?”

In addition to business, I also have a background in behavioral science and it did not take me long to conclude that the industry has already developed a culture of its own. It is a culture of self-destruction, high stress, and blatant disrespect for other’s properties and human emotion. I had never seen any business that had a chance of survival in that kind of hostile environment. No wonder the male population has dominated it by a ratio of 95 to 5, male to female.

I made one other observation. No one has sufficient self-interest to promote and protect Bitcoin, with an over-emphasis that it is a trustless system. I thought, what is trustless is the transaction between two parties, where it does not require a trusted intermediary.

My goodness, how could I hand over my life savings, if no one could be held responsible or would stand by it to give me the confidence that it is in good hands? To me, it is hard-earned money no matter what you call it; commodity, property, or virtual currency of no intrinsic value. These I believe are the serious problems confronting our industry, keeping it from gaining traction towards mainstream acceptance.

DNotes decided since day one that, to be successful, it must create a new culture. That new culture must be built with trust and integrity, promoting mutual respect and cooperation, collaborating in a highly productive environment, focusing on the accomplishment of long-term mutual benefits.

Starting with a shared-stake concept, DNotes must be built as a digital currency for everyone, irrespective of financial standing — from the poor to the super rich; from the unborn to the most senior. It must deliberately attempt to include and assist women to help close the gender gap.

CT: How is cryptocurrency as a platform helping to solve the student debt crisis? What benefits has it posed over fiat?

AY: Coming from a very poor family, I am passionate about using education as the most effective tool to help others move up the social economic ladder. It bothers me a great deal to take notice of students’ increasing debt burden.

As a society, instead of giving graduating students a head start, we saddled them with a significant student loan payment right off the gate. That is sad. If that was my case, I would not have been able to start my own business after receiving my MBA at Northern Illinois University in 1976, and we would not have DNotes today.

“A small amount invested has the potential to make a big difference. Whereas, using fiat currency as a savings, the true impact is likely to be negative.”

Especially in the case of DNotes, we have positioned our digital currency on a path towards long-term growth for as far as we can project. Since we don’t expect sizable investment by any individual in CRISP For Students, the potential for huge returns is of major significance.

A small amount invested has the potential to make a big difference. Whereas, using fiat currency as a savings, the true impact is likely to be negative, since the potential yield will likely be lower than the loan service. That being the case, it is better to use the extra money to pay down the loan.

One of DNotes future plans is to engage and challenge the top 2% and other wealthy individuals to help solve the increasing student debt crisis. Through our CRISP For Students programs, we are committed to working with students worldwide to develop multiple projects for others to participate in, including scholarship funds. It is important that students take advantage of this and sign up for the savings account, even though it is still in pilot stage.

“CryptoMoms has been very successful by all accounts. In over a year, we have over 7,000 registered members and very active participation.”

CT: What impact has CryptoMoms had on women’s empowerment?

AY: CryptoMoms has been very successful by all accounts. In over a year, we have over 7,000 registered members and very active participation. The content the community has contributed is impressive. It is already a valuable learning center for anyone new to Bitcoin and Bitcoin alternative currencies.

The site is quite definitely well-supported and frequented by women. We basically created a forum with a conducive and supportive environment to empower women to have a space of their own in the cryptocurrency world and let them build it up to their expectation and benefits. No doubt it will pick up momentum over time to be a powerful force and a strong voice for women in the new world of digital currency.

Our industry absolutely needs a drastic increase in women’s participation to gain mass acceptance. They control the purse strings and we respect that. Our CRISP For Kids is actually the contribution of one of our CryptoMoms community members, Chase. It has been well-received and has even attracted some grandparents.

CryptoMoms is also a currency-neutral site where other coins can promote their products and services for free, and a very large number have used that platform. They all have used the service with great respect for everyone and some have been extremely helpful to others. Personally, it is very rewarding for me to see that.

CT: What do you have in mind for the future of DNotes and your other crypto initiatives?

AY: It is estimated that by the year 2020, over five billion smart phones will be in use, and there are 2.5 billion people worldwide today commonly referred to as the unbanked, for not having a bank account or serviced by a bank. I am absolutely convinced that a stable digital currency — with reliable long-term appreciation, in partnership with international charity organizations and the United Nations — will soon have a viable option within our reach.

“DNotes will be known as the currency with a purpose.”

With two simple cell phones, or computers with an Internet connection, one can be set up to send and receive funds and conduct global commerce, thereby solving the problems of the unbanked. This alone has been my inspiration to work long and hard to position DNotes as a large-scale global digital currency that can take full advantage all the superior features of digital currency and blockchain technology.

We envision that within 24 months, we will have a world-class, licensed and regulated exchange trading DNotes, Bitcoin and a couple of other digital currencies. There will be an online global marketplace for students, a second one for small business owners, and a third one for women. They will all be launched on global scale. DNotes will be known as the currency with a purpose, with increasingly broad-based support.

CryptoMoms will be a significant catalyst in attracting women’s participation, with increasing support from professional women. It will become the voice of women around the globe, and a power force hard to ignore.

Sadly these two things are very rare to find in crypto industry, but DNotes is an exception,I love the way DNotes team keeps working behind the scenes,in the long run this cryptaldesh issue will be an irrelevant thing.

Thanks, Umar. Over the long-term that differentiation is invaluable to DNotes success because trust is invaluable in financial services.

I was quoted saying this in an interview with Cointelegraph in June 2015. Quite telling and not much has changed.

“My goodness, how could I hand over my life savings, if no one could be held responsible or would stand by it to give me the confidence that it is in good hands? To me, it is hard-earned money no matter what you call it; commodity, property, or virtual currency of no intrinsic value. These I believe are the serious problems confronting our industry, keeping it from gaining traction towards mainstream acceptance.”
P.S.
We will start planning on expanding CryptoMoms next month. It will be significantly more inclusive with a lot of great ideas to digest. As usual we will take our time with the best in class mindset.

Good morning everyone. Just here briefly to say hello. My focus now is on our Reg. D 506 (c) funding. We are very close to filing our offering statements with the SEC and our Web Portal is almost ready for launch.

This is the next most significant project I am working on now. It will take a few months and I will be providing updates when appropriate. Please be reminded that this round is specifically for certified accredited investors. Circulation of documents is controlled, and time stamped with different levels of approval process.

I am not hopeful that DNotes will be listed on Cryptaldash as they have announced. Their change of mind to require 100 participants in their ICO is the deal breaker. It’s unfortunate but we do not participate in any ICO that is not registered or exempt with the SEC.

Thanks for the update, Alan. It's always welcomed both here and on Telegram.

I'm disappointed to learn that Cryptaldash may go back on their promise to us to list DNotes. It's not that I think we really need them or anything, as we already have some good markets. I'm more disappointed for them. I think it looks bad to put out a big interview video (great job, TeeGee on that one!) announcing the listing of a coin and then not do it. I would think if they want to force ICO participation for future coins they should still grandfather in the coins they have already accepted, and maybe they will. But with their heavy emphasis on their ICO, I did wonder if they were really a good fit for us, though honestly no outside exchange will be a perfect fit.

Wish I have more time to response. But you are correct, wiser, "honestly no outside exchange will be a perfect fit." We can accept some imperfection but must maintain a high level of trust and integrity.

Alan I think the requirement that our community members be forced to participate in an ICO is preposterous. Since seeing the first ICO's launched 4 years ago, I've refused to participate in a single one of the hundreds I've researched, and don't plan on starting anytime soon.

I'm as non risk-averse as they come. I make a lot of moves that no sane financial advisor would condone, but that's because my risk profile is a certain way. I'm comfortable making high variance moves with non-trivial amounts of Risk of Ruin.

But ICOs are where I draw the line. I've staunchly refused to participate in a single one. And like you, I don't ever plan on that changing.

MiningHabit, ICO can be the greatest tool for capital formation. Unfortunately, it has also been used as the greatest tool to exploit consumer protection.

I think we're going to see many of our industry peers becoming intensely jealous of DNotes when they realize that the brilliant strategy of the DNotes team has put us in a stronger position than Bitcoin.

Bitcoin Could Break the Internet, Central Bank Overseer Says
https://www.bloomberg.com/amp/news/articles/2018-06-17/bitcoin-could-break-the-internet-central-banks-overseer-says

The BIS, an 88-year-old institution in Basel, Switzerland, that serves as a central bank for other central banks, said cryptocurrencies are too unstable[1], consume too much electricity[2], and are subject to too much manipulation and fraud to ever serve as bona fide mediums of exchange in the global economy[3]. It cited the decentralized nature of cryptocurrencies -- Bitcoin and its imitators are created, transacted, and accounted for on a distributed network of computers -- as a fundamental flaw rather than a key strength.

In one of its most poignant findings, the BIS analyzed what it would take for the blockchain software underpinning Bitcoin to process the digital retail transactions currently handled by national payment systems. As the size of so many ledgers swell, the researchers found, it would eventually overwhelm everything from individual smartphones to servers. [4]

“The associated communication volumes could bring the Internet to a halt,” the report said.

[1] DNotes has focused on stability since day one; preferring a slow gradual increase, rather than pushing for cataclysmic overnight gains that jeopardize long term stability.

[2] POS is much more energy efficient than Bitcoin's POW, and I'm willing to wager that it would be more energy efficient than current banking infrastructure when taxed with similar volume.

[3] Alan, I think you just proved this point with the CryptoDash exchange ICO; The DNotes team would never participate in any unlawful activities that would jeopardize stakeholder funds.

[4] DNotes offers options to store and transact that are not bandwidth intensive - DNotesVault and the Electrum wallets.

Brandon, your points are brilliantly stated. I rest my case.

If you just wanted to keep track of your staking, you can import any address as a watch only address as well. That way you can keep an eye on your staking wallet results.

This is exactly my use case: monitoring my DNotesVault address and it's staking. Works perfectly. Nice UI. Really like the app icon.

Good to know that you like it.

Once integrated with our Invoice Systems that will set DNotes further apart from the rest.
