Do you seriously wanna argue with him? [especially on this issue]? I'd only say the same thing in a different context.
Just coulnd't ignore that nonsense that lack of merit caused decrease if the forum activity.  Cheesy

The reason for decrease in forum activity is not really the availability of merit.

But talking about Indian Local board it definitely is one of the reason why the place is becoming ghosted. Cheesy

Heisenberg_Hunter, you should look into the distribution of source merit (if you are still a merit source) to revive our board before it becomes too late.

Can Bitcoin be a only asset for an investor?

Yes, one who got capital like atleast few hundred BTC will not be having hard time making money, they can simply make few hundred dollars just of a trade if they manage to dump and buy at cheaper price.

Can Bitcoin be a job?

No, don't get fooled. Bitcoin is money so you need a job to make money and you can be an entrepreneur or an investor or just getting a salary which is irrespective of having Bitcoin. If you are in a stage that you need to make money and choosing Bitcoin as a way is risky, it's suitable for people with multiple revenue streams.
123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Indian Premier League #IPL Cricket on: April 17, 2024, 05:59:12 PM

I don't think that either Cummins or Starc are going to leave their respective franchises. Both of them received bids of close to $3 million per year, which is manytimes what the CA would pay them for the annual contracts. So unless the franchises ask them to take the leave, they are not going to do that. In case of players such as Zampa and Roy, it is understandable given their low salaries at the IPL. That said, Starc is yet to establish himself at the IPL. Even during the last match, he went for 4-0-50-0.

You need to know that even if they leave at any point or didn't play at all after acquired by a team still the player will get the bid amount completely that's what should be changed as per my argument.

Starc and Cummins may leave too at any point, because they prefer T20 World cup over anything and even if they do there is no loss on their side.
124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Indian Premier League #IPL Cricket on: April 17, 2024, 04:18:39 PM
Also I am sure that not only are these two players gone, I forget the names but I have seen many more players like the all Australian players ( (who are playing this IPL)) are going to back home and told that they need rest. But in real, they didn’t want to play IPL because if they wanted then they would have played until the finish. Don't know the reason for this  Huh

Why foreign players are leaving IPL?

It's Pat Cummins not Adam Zampa.

There are two reasons for players to excluded from the IPL which are injuries/personal reasons and other one is to prepare for the upcoming T20 World Cup. The recent one to add into the list Big Show Maxwell but he didn't had great IPL cause he only crossed the single digit runs only once in his 6 appearance.

BCCI should look into this, players make available themselves at the time of Auction and get millions then decided to take a break is not fair on the franchise.

There should be contracts based on their total appearances and if they decide to leave in middle then they only have to be paid for their appearances.
125  Local / India / India plans faster stock settlements to slow down crypto migration on: April 17, 2024, 02:58:39 PM
According to SEBI, transitioning to T+0 is essential for the Indian stock market to compete with cryptocurrencies.

What surprising to me is SEBI looks crypto trading is a threat to the traders in the stock market which itself is very wrong, these are completely different set of people and very rare that stock traders are into the crypto trading as well.

Moreover, when Indian government introduced 1% TDS(Tax Deduction at Source), day trading cryptos is no more profitable.

How do you guys see the move of SEBI?

Kolkata batting line was very good yesterday but bowling was not good. Couldn't win despite setting a target of huge runs. Kolkata could have won if they could have kept the bowling line under control. Sunil Narine has done very well both batting and bowling line. However, Rajasthan went into bat with a huge target and won by two wickets. Jos Buttler's brilliant performance led Rajasthan to victory, he was unbeaten on 107 off 60 balls. Rajasthan has managed to retain the top spot in the points table.

Oh man, it's Royals day, and no matter what they tried they can get the wicket of Jos the Boss and I enjoyed all the final drama and it really the match that fulfilled the expectations of table toppers.

Literally Jos snatched the victory from the hands of KKR because until 16 overs they are completely ahead of the game and no one expected Rajasthan to win this match but the man standing on the crease known for making unbelievable things possible and he pulled it off yesterday one more time. And RR retained their first position with such an amazing victory.
127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Indian Premier League #IPL Cricket on: April 16, 2024, 05:28:34 PM

Let’s hope that Kolkata Knight Riders take some wickets and put a dent in the scoring. As of now, both teams are fighting well. Rajasthan Royals lost a wicket but also after losing a wicket, they are playing with the same run rate.

We can expect the batting order collapses especially when chasing down the big target and that's what happened to RR and yesterday RCB as well. KKR is sitting at pretty comfortable now to win this match and swap the opponent for the number 1 position in the points table.

Any drama is possible? Jos the boss is still at the crease and he can do and did in the past but his form dipped in this year which might be the concern for RR fans.
128  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🔥 HugeWin.com Presents Mega Jackpot and Bonus Deals for Casino Lovers 🔥🔥 on: April 16, 2024, 04:45:21 PM
There are no complicated obstacles to registering at hugewin.com that I experienced when registering in a browser via smartphone, so I said at the beginning. I got through successfully without needing a VPN.

There are many language supports available on the site. This position is located below the homepage.
If you have problems using the Chrome browser, you can also try the Brave browser.
Regarding withdrawals, I haven't done it yet, but the withdrawal method limit is $5,000,000 for 7 payments starting from Tether, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, Doge, Binance Coin, Ripple.
I registered hugewin.com using chrome browser without VPN and no problem whatsoever till now. For withdrawals of $5,000,000 that is the maximum mate, but I also don't know whether it is for one day for 24 hours or not. Because on the one hand, I also started to pay attention to the minimum withdrawal of $5, which hugewin.com users can also take advantage of with minimal capital. Because there is a low limit for minimum withdrawals, it is possible that this will invite more interest from everyone to enter hugewin.com.

If you read the previous replies then you might get an idea of the limitations and yes, it's daily limit for someone to withdraw which is too beyond the limit for 99% of the people. Cheesy

I tried checkout the platform early to try betting on IPL, then I found its not available yet.

If possible please bring betting on cricket games, there is no better time than now cause IPL tournament is already started and just one week after we have T20 World Cup.
129  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Indian Premier League #IPL Cricket on: April 16, 2024, 03:38:54 PM
That said, KKR has a lot of strength down the order, with Venkatesh Iyer and Shreyas Iyer to come next, followed by Angkrish Raghuvanshi, Rinku Singh and Andre Russell. Also, it would be good to see the performance from the RR spinners (Ravichandran Ashwin/Yuzvendra Chahal).

Narine came out of the box and started smashing everyone around the ground. He already got his century in just 49 balls and he is kind of player that should be taken in his first 20 balls or else he is gonna be the nightmare for opponent bowling units.

The match is going in the exact opposite direction from I predicted for now. If KKR posts around 240 then I would say RR has the batting unit to chase it down.

Kolkata Knight Riders vs Rajasthan Royals, 31st Match

Toss Win: Kolkata Night Riders
Team win: Rajasthan Royals
Best Batsmen : Yashasvi Jaiswal
Best bowler: Trent Boult

Clash between the table toppers, so gonna be an interesting game for sure.

Both teams are coming are their bounce back from loss and they lost only one game so far. Looking completely balanced on both the sides with star performances and uncapped performers are dominating the stats lists.

Yesterday we had another new record from SRH by surpassing their own all-time high score and RCB almost chased down in return but RCB looks completely lost and I don't think they can get back from what they are going through.
131  Local / India / Re: KuCoin becomes first FIU compliant global crypto exchange on: April 16, 2024, 07:31:38 AM
This kind of fiddling can be expected by Kucoin. Another issue is that TDS has to be calculated & paid by the user as the Kucoin exchange doesn't provide it like local exchanges do whenever a trade is initiated.

If I am not wrong deduction of TDS at the end of every trade by the exchange itself is one of the policy mandated by the government then how Kucoin can become FIU compliant exchange when they even ignored the very basic stuff.

If they follow such practice and let the users to pay at their taxes on their own then I doubt they can operate too long.

Government doesn't really track every tax payments that's why they try to automate everything and let the revenue flow constant for them by forcing the service platforms to take care of everything.

Didn't even miss a single ball in the CSK vs MI match, to be honest it was an absolute thriller, and we can say it met the expectations better this year.

Dominance of CSK over MI in the past years keep increasing on both home and Away, and anyone watched the last 4 balls of the first innings? Nobody can claim that it's MI home ground at that moment. Cheesy

MI has to bring in Nuwan Thusara in pace of Shepherd to strengthen their bowling, because they can't rely on one single bowler to win every match.

134  Local / India / Re: Good News Nirmal Sitharaman is not contesting Lok Sabha poll on: April 12, 2024, 04:59:20 PM

Regarding crypto, the finance ministry speaks the same thought of RBI. So I don't think anything is going to be changed. Anyway the current finance minister doesn't have much insights about how finance works. She is a puppet mostly.

So whoever comes in the power or become the finance minister, the outlook towards cryptocurrency is not going to change in India. The 30% tax will continue and a general negative outlook will be maintained. I don't see any change there!

Atleast they should think about reducing 1% TDS amount which is affecting most of the small scale traders than 30% tax. Recently I have been in contact with someone who day trade now shifted to trading stocks because with the 1% TDS it's impossible to make profits at all by a day trader.

I am happy with the 30 percent tax on capital gain what seems to be a problem is that 1% TDS on every trade. Crypto-to-crypto transactions should be excluded and those related to conversion of crypto to INR should be charged with this tax. With the 1% TDS, you do not have a chance to make a profit while using a local exchange as this tax ruins 1 percent profit.

It is so much non-crypto trading that many users have now started on tier 2 exchanges after the blanket ban that does not hold or provide many returns on investment if someone chooses the wrong crypto. The best we can do is to wait till the elections are over and hear the new budget which is supposed to be presented in the parliament in June.

As said my hope is not that high regarding this year because government will not give a look at anything once the election results came and probably they will look into making changes in 2025 if someone is capable enough to understand the revenue will be a lot high if the reduce the TDS cause it will encourage everyone to use the local exchanges or exchanges that follows the frameworks of India.

But what results now is youngsters who saw crypto trading is good way to make money as an addiction income is struggling or choosing the low tier unknown exchanges to beat 1% TDS.

Kl Rahul is batting responsibly. He is unbeaten with 32 runs off 16 balls. LSG can provide big targets if Kl rahul stays at the crease. KL Rahul has the ability to play big innings and bat at a smart strike rate. However, Delhi bowlers have been bowling very controlled so far. If the team can continue this trend then maybe Delhi will be able to win.

Kuldeep is showing his levels. Cool

LSG is sitting at the 3rd position but struggling completely and as of now lost 7 wickets and only posted 112 on scorecard, they still got 5 more overs but there is no proper batsmen who can hit 10 or 13 rpo at the death overs which will make it as a low scoring one sided affair, most likely in my opinion.

Chahal, Sen and Maharaj did a more than satisfactory job in the middle overs. After all, the former 2 picked the majority of wickets.

Not sure about celebration mode but to me it looked a bit of a defensive mindset as Samson opted to go with Ashwin in the 17th over, instead of wicket taking option like Boult. Yeah, Samson under bowled Maharaj as well but i don't think he was wicket taking option, similar to Ashwin.

RR bowled pretty decent IMO, and its due to the brilliance from GT middle order to pull this from no win position and before that day Shasank and Ashutosh almost did the same and that's what IPL is known for so it isn't a big surpise and RR won't worry about that too much as well cause it's their first loss of this season.

RCB recovered well after losing Kolhi too early and fire works from DK took them to the par score but again their bowling unit leaking too many runs and for now MI is cruising for their second win.
138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🔥 BC.GAME IPL 2024 Participant’s Exclusive Discussion Thread on: April 10, 2024, 04:09:33 PM
Samson and Parag are showing tremendous consistency and maturity in this season. Don't forget these guys are performing at number 3 and 4, which is an important position.

Hypothetically big headache for the selectors if Kohli and SKY were not there but still I believe they should at least have some sort of discussion in the selection meeting, at least for Sanju as WK batsman.

RR played brilliantly but GT showed sloppy fielding and many missed catches. Not to forget Wade missed Piyan at 0 behind the wicket twice. And two more in the later part of their innings.

It's still too early to speculate about the selection and about Samson as WK or backup WK we have to wait for few more matches cause he always starts the IPL with bang but his form will dip after 4 or 5 matches.
139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 10, 2024, 03:15:00 PM
It seems GT is experimenting with the squad to find the proper combination. IMO, they should play one pacer all rounder(i.e, Omarzai, idk much about Shahrukh Khan, was in PBKS before, had nothing notable) instead of 3 pacers, the extra batter can come in really handy.

Omarzai is more of a bowling all-rounder and not been effective cause they tried in the first few matches now they settled with Umesh, Mohit and Spencer for pace and Noor and Rashid for spin which looks more balanced to me.

RR started their innings slow and lost both their openers inside the powerplay but again Samson and Riyan is building an extraordinary partnership at great scoring rate.
140  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🔥 BC.GAME IPL 2024 Participant’s Exclusive Discussion Thread on: April 09, 2024, 01:21:59 PM
BTW, Dhoni not able to grab an easy catch shows he should now retire completely from every form of cricket. He is no more the keeper we thought and no more the batter he used to be. It is always the age factor and it would be right for him to retire rather than make a joke of himself as an icon.

Dhoni got a flying catch and he scored 37 of 16 against DC proves to me that age is just a number. Wink

I bet that he can score a lot if he bat up the order, but he keeps himself for the finisher role and there is really few players in the world will give a feeling for the opposition that match isn't over yet as long as he is in the crease and he is one of that kind.
