Hello BetBTC!

I am definitely going to give your sportsbook a try!
Which odds provider do you use btw? I read some pages back in this topic and some claim you are a Pinnacle clone? Is this true?

Oh and another question: I had in mind that you were an exchange, but now I see you are a normal sportsbook....when did you decide to become a normal sportsbook?

Not even a reply on this BetBTC?

Apologies for the later reply, unfortunately missed your previous message!

Yes, our books are paired with pinnacle lines. We made the switch from exchange to Sportsbook early 2019!

@OP, I checked your API (https://www.betbtc.co/api) and noticed that you have only fetch calls at the moment.

Do you plan to offer functions like PlaceBet, CancelBet, GetBalance, etc?

Unfortunately our endpoints are only for fetch calls like you noticed.
We are planning to extend for more usability, including bets, etc but still don't have a determined timeline for it.

Nice website and I like to have the bitcoin sports betting page on your site more colorful and detailed.
Well I will see later before I try my luck.
Few other thing I’m concerned with is your KYC and hope I don’t find it difficult to withdraw my cash after win.

Well.. regarding the KYC and withdrawals, our policies are a bit strict..
But no one better than other user to explain you all the complex steps required to fulfil a withdrawal, I am sure someone would be available for that  Cheesy

The teams are decided - It's gonna be:
Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Kansas City Chiefs

Regarding this competition, is it only 1 betslip that is required and you can put a prediction on all this three?

Quote
My Predictions:

2. Total Yards - XXXX
3. Number of 1st Downs - XXXX

Yes, with just one bet, you can make the 3 predictions!

Congratulations, you are the winner of this round. 🎁

0.01BTC will be paid shortly!

Hi BetBTC, the winning was not credited in my account yet. Maybe you missed it.

The winnings were paid (0.01BTC)! Please check your account 🤑

Question on a market please

Soccer > Total Points Market (Spurs v Liverpool tonight)

Total Points! Bet on Over / Under Points, during the complete match.

over/under 2.75

Is this over/under 2.75 goals or an Asian Handicap of some kind

so 3-0, 2-1 wins this bet?

https://i.imgur.com/woAfi7j.png

On asian handicap 2.75:

Betting over 2.75:
If 4 goals - Win Total of Bet
If 3 goals - Win Half of Bet
If 2 Goals - Lose Total of Bet

Betting under 2.75:
If 4 goals - Lose Total of Bet
If 3 goals - Lose Half of Bet
If 2 Goals - Win Total of Bet

Hello again,

Quote
They think its normal to change the TOS without notifying their existing clients.
We don't change the TOS on a daily basis, however from time to time any service have to make small changes to ensure it protects against abusers and exploiters (you in this case). Fortunately it's possible to confirm this, via an available snapshot of our terms page in the waybackmachine (see them here).
The terms were updated probably just 2 or 3 times, in a long period of 18 months, which once again goes contrary to your accusation.

Additionally, and contrary to what you are trying to falsely accuse, this update of our terms wasn't made by surprise: As anybody can see below, you have been noticed via email that the update was being enforced with immediate effect, on the email it's also possible to read that all the previous bets being challenged were switched to winner

Still, you are crying more than 1 month after, and seems that you were expecting that we will keep voiding all your future bets perpetually because we have changed the terms on 6th December - sorry it won't happen.

To conclude this point, even if all the above facts have not occurred, you still couldn't call this a scam, as you agreed with this clause of our terms:

BetBTC may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Quote
I think its relatively clear from their previous responses they simply do not care that they are cheating their users on their daily basis.

This topic already stinks, in case you haven't noticed it's only you and your duplicated accounts around, there is simply no "users cheated on a daily basis" because no one is scammed at BetBTC. More than 200 active users are using our service on a daily basis, using our campaigns, bonus, getting paid, etc and still you don't find no one else complaining, only your professional complainer's accounts.

Quote
How long do you think its acceptable to wait for their response before making an official negative trust feedback on their profile?

This behaviour you are having is truly a shame, not only you are trying to degrade BetBTC's public image directly without valid proof, as you are also challenging others to do the same, without having any real reason for it..

This all sums to the point that you are just mad because we haven't voided AGAIN a lost you had of 0.09BTC - this is no scam, but in the other hand you are truly trying to blackmail us.

--

We won't keep feeding this sh*t-show. In case anyone wants to know more info about this case, please PM us or use our support channels.

Best regards,
BetBTC

3.48 odds, wow! that was a good odds, I did not see it coming, I thought Conor still has it but it looks like he already loss that passion within.

Congratulations to the winners, and I think I would also congratulate the winner of Soccer prediction in advance, looks like it's a back to back win for Kacang.

Yes, it was surely a good pick, especially given the fact that he ended up beating Conor McGregor badly Cheesy!

Users should always respect their local laws, but we don’t block based on user’s location (we don’t monitor it at all)

I'm about to open an account in BetBTC but I would like to know if VPN is allowed when accessing the BetBTC? I haven't read it on the Terms of Service but maybe I skipped it so I would like to ask it directly here since I'm afraid that you might freeze my account including my fund.

There's no need to hide your ip and use a VPN, everyone is allowed to gamble, that is stated on their reply when one user asked a similar question.

I hope that helps.

Which countries are prohibited from using betbtc?

I only see this in T&C

''Please take in consideration that users from several locations are not allowed to register an account or place bets with us due to restrictions in this territory.
We use an IP Blocking tool, however this is not 100% efficient as it can't restrict all range of IPs. If your IP is not blocked you are still not allowed to bet on BetBTC if you belong to these regions''

Hello,

At the moment we are accepting users worldwide.

Best regards,
BetBTC

Yes, it's not our practise to block users, or seize funds.
If you prefer to use a vpn there is absolutely no problem.
