Yeah, b/c the max you can stake in one wallet is 10k Cinni.

Is this true, the last time I checked there was no limit ?
Can someone confirm either way ?

Don't keep fudging around and lose the good devs to another coin. Get the coins at whatever price you get them, they are still very cheap.

Hi guys

Sorry about the delays. I had a little minor motorbike accident (massive rock in the middle of the road).
I had to get my mag fixed asap, otherwise I wouldn't of had transport for tomorrow.

It's a long weekend over here (youth day tomorrow), which I forgot to mention.
We are working as hard as we can, a bit behind schedule, we have a few hours of development left, then team testing, then the release.

We are also working on multiple environment builds, so that we can release for linux, windows and mac at the same time.

Again we apologise for the delays.

Hope you are alright.
Thanks for the update and multi-environment build is excellent news !!

I've not had a chance to try the last 2 releases because of no Mac wallet. Appreciate Mac wallet being released this time Smiley

If you've tried the new wallet, post screenshots or good words about it on twitter, FB etc.
Help spread the news ...

Edit: The DEVs delivered on their promise, now its our (the community and investors) turn to do our part

This is also why you should backup your wallet after every spend. (Well, depends on how the wallet works. Some created extra address ahead of time and use those. Some generate them on the fly. But, backup your wallet at least once a week.)

+1 .. can't stress that enough

Did you try what newra suggested above??
Not yet. I  PM'ed Newra a few questions regarding on what happens during a repair. I don't want to lose 90 Nautiluscoins and all my "evidence" that something might be wrong in the case that something is wrong. Right now I have a transaction log on my laptop wallet that differs from the blockchain explorers. I do not want to lose that transaction log. I just thought to check mintpal to see if they received an extra 90 NAUT but they had not.

Are you sure all your coins are on the same address? It is possible that you have 90 in a change address that your wallet knows about. A change address would be a different Address from you main address.. but if you wallet owns it then it will show in your wallet balance.

I think there is a menu item that shows all your addresses and the balance on each address.

But, this would explain the discrepancy because the block explorer would only show you coins in an "address" not in a "wallet".

What PilotofBTC said is exactly what I was thinking too. I was going to suggest that to you next.
This time goto debug console and type:

listaddressgroupings

That should list all the addresses in your wallet and their balances (including change addresses I believe). Add them up and see how much you've ...
I profusely thank everyone who helped me out, especially PilotfBTC, Kehtolo, and Newra. I did the listaddressgroupings and found the missing addresses with 90 NAUT. It is weird to me because I have only used one address for all my inputs and I checked the one other address that was visible to me and unused. I have no idea where the 4 other addresses came from, but I am glad to know I have them. I have used dogecoin extensively with many different receiving addresses for my workers in the past and for some reason always got the total wallet balance whenever I lookedup one of my many receiving addresses. I guess this coin is just a little different in that respect. I will be purchasing a few bitcoins worth more in the next couple days. Sorry for the false accusations and thank you for resolving my problems.

You are most welcome ! I am glad you figured it all out.
I would highly recommend you (or anyone new to cryptos) spend a few minutes reading this: http://bitzuma.com/posts/five-ways-to-lose-money-with-bitcoin-change-addresses/

Ok its time for you to get Nauti-er I guess Smiley

My problem arises in the output part (....). I sent 2000 to my mintpal account in the forms of 10 Naut nad 1990 Naut. For some reason the explorer says I sent about 2090 Naut, 90 MORE than I supposedly sent.

are you sure your not looking at the total in the block?
Well, on the rich list I am number 65 with 90 coins less than my wallet shows I have.

Maybe you didn't wait long enough?  IT refreshes every 30min. When i looked around position 65 - there is no wallet with the number of coins you stated.
My guess is that the list is showing the correct amount now.

It has been a few days/a week at the wrong amount.  The block Explorer shows this "65       8757.278641 NAUT   NMCTofdhGVLfSibtoPK4sxCDCLdX1rQBjA".

My wallet on my computer shows 8847.30435649 Naut.

And it is fully synchronized? I dunno what this could mean..
I put your wallet address into the block explorer and it said: 8757.27864062 NAUT

http://explorer.nautiluscoin.com/address/NMCTofdhGVLfSibtoPK4sxCDCLdX1rQBjA

I would take it up with the Devs.. but I'm not sure how to contact them. Perhaps the main page?

I would find this slightly worrying unless we get a logical answer.
Thanks I will try to contact them. My wallet amount is the correct amount based on my transactions.  I personally went through them all and compared the transactions with the block chain website.  The block chain website has it "wrong". I still believe in this coin though and will probably buy 2 btc worth once I get this resolved.

Goto the debug console and type the command: 'checkwallet'
If it returns anything other than:
    {
      "wallet check passed": true
    }

You should run: 'repairwallet'
You may have to run it a few times until you get the message above.

As always backup your wallet, before trying these.
Good Luck !

130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FlutterCoin FLT Proof Of Transaction Cash Back for Sending & Recieving on: June 03, 2014, 11:22:12 PM
guys i have about 1000 FLT with 30334 confirmations in my wallet. haven't seen any PoS. I encrypted and unlocked it. Still not staking because no mature coins. Pleaaase any advice? How many confirmations are needed? i'm waiting over 30 days!

and could anyone confirm that PoS is active in the online wallet? if so i just put my coins there. thx

Strange, my POS has been working for like 2 months now. Haven't tried the online wallet myself but I think if you sent the coins there, you will have to wait another 30 days. How much POS would you get from 1000 coins? Can't be that much huh?

yeah i have the newest mac wallet. and i want my PoS, no matter how little it is Cheesy i have a little blackcoin and it works very well. so any tricks to solve the problem?

Ah ok, I don't use the mac wallet. Maybe Kidcoin can chime in or some other people using the mac wallet?

i don't think anyone except for me is using a mac wallet Cheesy

I use the Mac wallet and Staking works like a Charm .. in fact my wallet is staking like a champ right now Smiley

Edit: I am using v0.4.5.7-ga-beta (that's what it says under About FlutterCoin) .. if that helps

The rich list hasn't been working for a while now and since this morning the blockchain explorer stoped working as well: http://cinnichain.info/
Whoever is maintaining these please take a look. It's very frustrating when you are dealing with wallet balance mismatches and there is no source to compare.

Thanks in advance !

hi, there is a problem with internal server, the list will be online in a little while, while they are working in fixing the explorer, thanks for the report, we all are waiting for the list Smiley

Thanks for the update

Thanks for taking the time to respond.
I should have mentioned that I already tried deleting everything except the wallet. Still no luck (hope I didn't lose my coins - the fact that the block chain shows the right balance gives me hope).

The link you posted seems to be for the CoinControl wallet. I am using Mac and I've not upgraded to the CoinControl (as it doesn't exist for the Mac yet) Sad

ah ok, make a backup of your wallet, then save the wallet.dat on a new folder, then erase everything for the cinni wallet, so you can start with a fresh install, let it open and sync with that new wallet, then after it sync just import your wallet backup where you have your coins, else send a pm to cinni dev Wink if they are in the chain they are in your wallet, so is a sync/index issue imo.

Yes that was my last option. I guess I can't be lazy when it comes to getting my coins back Wink
Will post back if that works.

Also give me your CINNI address, that would be a good test when I get back my coins Wink

Hello guys,

I'm having a problem with my wallet. A few days ago I noticed that my balance wasn't quite right, today I tried to send a small amount out and it failed.
Now wallet balance is even worse without the amount I tried to send.

But when I check my address on the block chain (cinnichain.info) I do see the amount I expect in the wallet.
I've already tried to start the Qt client with the -rescan option. That didn't help either.

Anything else I can try to fix this problem ?
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

hi, i suggest you delete everything on the folder except you wallet so you redownload the chain and reindex,
if that doesnt help then try this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=573232.msg6878381#msg6878381

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

Would be nice if there was a write-up on how the web wallet is secured.
I wonder how many people will use it without that.

800 more CAIx needed for the next tier, too bad out of BTC Smiley
Determined to get there, waiting for one of my other coins to go up so I can dump to pick up the remaining CAIx.

Whoever is dumping now, thanks for make it easier Smiley
