121  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: January 05, 2017, 11:53:05 AM
Do you think if BTC had a stable price which could only be altered by $0.01-0.10 it would still be as popular and as used?

Don't think so. Being popular mean desire to have that thing which is popular. Desire to have bitcoin will increase for sure the demand compared to before. Increase of demand mean for sure increase of price. So the price is not stable but move high.
122  Economy / Economics / Re: What Will it Take For BTC to Reach $1000? on: January 03, 2017, 09:24:57 AM
What Will it Take For BTC to Reach $1000?

Let's discuss.

For sure spread of the word and better known of it from the people. This is happen to Chine and thanks God china is a big country. This made true your desire. Today bitcoin is a little much more than 1000 us dollar and hopefully will continue this way even for some or much more time.
123  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: January 03, 2017, 09:22:30 AM
Just to let you guys know a big crash is coming in 2016 in the economy. There is going to be a huge financial crisis but it will be worse than 2009.

The bitcoin price will skyrocket to over $10,000. However  bitcoin will be banned in all western countries. If you are reading this living in the west you should make preparations to move to Russia or China they are the only places you will be safe owning bitcoins.

The crisis will be so big it will destroy entire countries and in 2017 there will be a civil war in the USA, UK and western europe. After this the world will never be the same again it will change so much by 2020 it will be unrecognizable compared to today.

Today we are at 3 of the first month of 2017 and nothing foreseen by OP has happened. Those post full of stupidities don't deserve all these comments because have nothing true and have no basis. This kind of posts are the best place to be joked according to me.
124  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: January 03, 2017, 09:18:01 AM
I don't think so. No one can know this but as for me is a near deadline to pretend that almost all the people will be able or will known and using bitcoin. Internet has much more years and yet is not known in every place of the world. Think of Africa and the life there.
125  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: January 03, 2017, 09:15:05 AM
Is it better to save money in bank or invest it online, in real estate or maybe gold?

Question which can have different answers. Because if you find way to invest them which are safe and in which you can earn more than leaving your money at the bank for sure that is better to invest. But having in mind than the key word "safe" is never sure remain to be decided as you think may be the best choice according to you.
126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Price Live on: January 01, 2017, 09:42:55 AM
I'm looking for a application of widget that I could install on my windows computer that will show me bitcoin value live with some stats or graphs or whatever.
Like the one on coindesk website, is there any?
Please do suggest whatever you use for this purpose.

Try BTC.com extension for chrome. Give in real time the price of bitcoin in several places. Don't have graphics but have to many other data. For me work perfectly.
127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to convince my dad that Bitcoin is a trustful currency ? on: January 01, 2017, 09:39:57 AM
Here is the story: My dad just found out that I am storing bitcoin and he try to prevent me from using this crypto. This is absolutely the worst situation I have ever had since I started used Bitcoin. I am living in the country which bad guys abuse Bitcoin for illegal activities. Therefore, most of the people here who do not have a proper knowledge about bitcoin believe bitcoin as a stupid, dummy coin or even MLM. My dad is one of them. Any solution to solve this problem ? It is quite hard though because I am still a teenager so it is extremely difficult to persuade him
Thanks in advance

Show him all the article of coindesk, cointelegraph etc. Show him that bitcoin is legalized in big countries like USA and Russia. Show him even that Russia initially banned him but 2 years after change mind and has clasified it as a foreign currency (legalising it). Ask him to convince you why bitcoin is a bad thing and discuss with him about this continually. Show him the value of bitcoin in time and explain him that cannot be possible to be such increase of price for something that has not value or is dirty.
128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Great way to make Bitcoin! on: December 30, 2016, 11:58:00 AM
So, what's new in these suggestions ?

The new is "spend bitcoin as desired" after have bought those with the "worthless" fiat. Normally is the opposite because is hard to buy everything with bitcoin. But now, after this thread, everyone can spend bitcoin as desired to buy everything.
129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: help for exchanging money from btc. on: December 30, 2016, 11:53:07 AM
Hi guys,
i live in iran and because of sanctions the only way to trade with global market for me is bitcoin but there are too many sites that need credit cards.
so can anyone help me and create a virtual credit card(visa, mastercard, etc)
i will give him the money in bitcoin and also anytime i need to charge it i will pay him bitcoin and he charges for me the card with a fair Wage.

P.n :Sorry for my bad english

You can create and order directly a debit bitcoin card and use that with your bitcoin. There is various sites which offer such service and I know one of those https://cryptopay.me/bitcoin-debit-card. Hope this help.
130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: December 29, 2016, 10:32:23 AM
Guys I know that there are previous posts and polls regarding the highly suggested source of bitcoin but things always change do I want to know what is the current best source of bitcoin nowadays. Please participate on this poll and kindly tell us why that's your choice. Thanks in advance and God bless us more Wink

The best source of bitcoin nowadays is the bought with fiat. All the other options given by OP are irrelevant or scam and don't give nothing (otherwise are source of lost of those). I have tried some of them not for few time and the results are those described in the previous sentence.
131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin 20 Years From Now on: December 29, 2016, 10:27:59 AM
We are now experiencing the efficient, fast and amazing convergence of technologies which one way or the other greatly contributing to the rise of the cryptocurrencies and making Bitcoin as the King of the Hill so far.

Looking into the future...what do you think will be the scenario involving Bitcoin twenty years from now? Will Bitcoin be worth more than a million or will it ceased to exist? Or will a new crytocurrency replace the supremacy of Bitcoin...?

I think that bitcoin will never disappear but will be always the money of the free people. At least money of such people. I think even that the value will be much higher but don't think a million or more. This amount is exaggerated. I also believe that bitcoin will not be surpassed but any other crypto even there will be (exist) some crypto more ahead technologically.
132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is CHINA CONTROLLING Bitcoin? on: December 29, 2016, 10:23:23 AM
People here have claimed that Bitcoin is in fact controlled and ruled by China, as mining is centralized by Chinese mining institutions.

Do you think that China is controlling/ruling bitcoin yes or no?

China is influencing the price of bitcoin but nor China e now any other entity can control bitcoin. For sure China has a big affection (and thanks for this because the price is going high because of this affection) on bitcoin but no control. This is what I think.
133  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you Still believe in Fiat? on: December 27, 2016, 01:39:13 PM
the answer is obvious , if u never got into the

property cycle or dont have the uber high paying

job or welfare Queen status with Gov supplied housing

or lastly deal drugs,

u would hate Fiat to the  core!

the endless print cycle is a joke  Cheesy

Question with a obvious answer: naturally yes. I believe in fiat because is fiat which give me the everyday life as I want to have one such. With fiat I buy the bread and feed my children, do everything else I want to do and even give me the possibility to save money for the future. Give me the possibility even to have bitcoin. Why I wouldn't believe in fiat?
134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think are the biggest disadvantages of Bitcoin? on: December 25, 2016, 08:20:32 AM
I don't see any. Maybe at the beginning needed some time and attention to learn in which way is used but for the rest none. Even the fact that is digital money is overcome from being used through the debit cards. So is the same like the other money. As for the fact that is not used widely this maybe come from the fact that is not official money.
135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUCK! The Bitcoin is dead again. This time for sure. on: December 25, 2016, 08:09:36 AM
Large groups of well paid, organized, funded professionals with clear objectives and good management - (like R3, hyperledger, ethereum, others) are sure making those Core programmers look like the silly little whiny bitches that they are.  Core is going NOWHERE and getting there pretty damn fast.  Meanwhile, very sophisticated advance is being done every day in other part of crypto/blockchain.

This is 100% the end of bitcoin as we know it.  Good thing too.  This 'open source', 'no leadership', 'no organization' thing was always a load of bullshit.

Make smiling this prediction these days of the end of this year. Bitcoin is increasing its value in a crazy way and reading the above predictions make everyone who know the story of bitcoin feel sorrow for the author. From where such not normal behavior?
136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: impact of bitcoin on your daily life/business? on: December 24, 2016, 06:34:07 PM
hello
I have a question
what was impact of bitcoin on your daily life/business?
do you use bitcoin in your really life every days in your country?

The impact of bitcoin in my daily/professional life is only some more discussions about it with my friends and some money to spend to buy some time after time. I don't use it for my everyday needs (even is possible to do this) because I believe that his value in the future will be much more higher. So I am saving those for the future.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | STRATIS | The first blockchain developed for businesses |Full POS on: December 24, 2016, 06:31:19 PM
The Stratis Main blockchain will be fully decentralized, so it cannot be compared to Ripple.

Your right, but Ripple is better than Stratis
Ripple is avalaible to trade at poloniex and stratis is not yet.

Not true, but even if true then what? Not being in poloniex make a coin nonexistent or without value?
138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: December 22, 2016, 11:42:31 AM
I have heard that bitcoin is not supported in some countries. But why ? Is it because bitcoin is risky ? Some countries even declare 6 months jail if her people use bitcoin. Is it fair ? I mined few cryptos and have left mining. It was fun and challenging too. But I never got any clear answer. What does my gpu actually do ? I pay electric bill, my room temperature goes high and I get paid. With actually no skill on pc hardware and software. Whole thing is still pretty unclear to me

These countries have fear from bitcoin. Bitcoin is decentralized and no one can control it. So allow a such money which can compete the real legal fiat may become e risk for the economy of that country. First of all if is a poor country and with big informal economy.
139  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the main problems bitcoiners face? on: December 22, 2016, 11:38:24 AM
I am conducting a sort of survey on what we all see as problems in the bitcoin community.

I hope to spark an open discussion that eventually reaches a consensus.

We should probably focus on only the top 7, or maybe top 10, 5 etc...

What are the MAIN problems you face, or you have seen others face, with bitcoin?

I will list what I think are the top problems. NOTE that these are my personal opinions...
1. Still not adopted by enough of the masses to appear in local businesses
2. Too many god damn scam websites,
3. Coinbase closed my account for no reason, a law should exist to prevent businesses denying individuals key services
4. Coinbase currently is the only way to automatically send RECURRING bitcoin payments - recurring transactions a must
5. no transparent, openly white hat bounty hacker police for problem #2 - an internet police white hat hacker network would be nice

"Identifying problems leads to solutions to those problems.
I have the passion and drive to find people who can solve said problems.
Thank you for any input you may have to offer. Long live Bitcoin!"
~ The King

The main problem that ma country face (and think that is not the only) is the bought of bitcoin. Actually I have only one place when I can buy bitcoin (cex.io) and it would be better to have more than one. Then the second is the fact that bitcoin is not yet regulated at my country and I am always in doubt about the investments in crypto. And if my government or central bank ban bitcoin?
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some people prefer Bitcoin over fiat ? on: December 22, 2016, 11:16:31 AM
Bitcoin is being used widely in porn sites, gambling and drug dealing sectors. Is that why the btc made for ? I have seen a lot of members in this forum discussing about buying drugs, gambling and enjoying porn with bitcoin. Is not it a misuse of a currency ? Block chain tech is a awesome tech and btc is getting popular. I hate these misuses of precious btc. It hurts me. This will lead into unhealthy society along with unhealthy future generation.

Don't worry. Everyone use bitcoin like he/she want to use it. And this he/she will use it in the same way like the fiat money. So if these people use bitcoin for those activities you mentioned at your post this have nothing to do with bitcoin but with them. Every money is used for not clear mains from bad guys. Bitcoin is money. So cannot be out of this misuse.
