Easier said than done. For example, I drink more than 3 litres of water each day.
The average water that we have to fill our body is just around 2 liters a day and you're doing it more than that which isn't harmful.

It's better to have more water than to have less. So what do you say about the food supplement? you won't take them anymore?

I agree over your statement that better more than less water but don't exaggerate because over-hydration can cause other problems. My personal doctor said, drink as much water as your body is asking for, not more, not less. So the amount of water you drink is dependent of your life style.

There is one way on getting thin without sport. Eat less.
For example, if you are a male of age between 30 to 50 you'll need around 2000 calories so eat 1500 or less. Good luck!
Yeah I forgot to say about eating less. Taking less carbohydrates will also help.

More water before eating can also help but about that product or supplement that he's interested to take, I'd advised him to consult first before taking it. That can ruin his appetite if he's not used to that supplement because it doesn't work for most.

Yeah, drinking water before eating sounds like a good idea, I think you can trick your stomach if you drink some water before eating, you will probably feel full with less food eaten. I don't know if this is working but you can try it.
123  Other / Off-topic / Re: Majority of scammers come from what place? on: September 17, 2019, 10:05:01 AM
I think the minority of scammers come from Canada.  Scamming for pennies is not worth it here.

I bet less are in Luxembourg because there are way less people and much more rich than in Canada.

Why 75$ for 20 xrp ? it cost less than 5$ on exchanges

Is 20 xrp each x 200 wallets (undependable) at this moment. So the offer is 4000 xrp for 75$.

I think scammers came from all countries, since there is no nation without bad people (scammers). Pointing on India, African people or any other country out there, like Russia or Nigeria is not honorable. Everywhere are nice people and not so nice ones.

Vod is right, you need to post a compensation so people will know how much work/reward is for this task. And only after then, I am sure the interested people/developers will contact you.

"Internet transport protocol" do you mean logistics or else? Can you be more elaborate please.
For logistics there are plenty of them out there, the first that came in my mind is CargoX.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New projects plan from the very start on: September 14, 2019, 09:32:23 AM
What new project do you mean by this. What I know is that launching a project requires a lot of money. Of course investors are not fools who will throw away their money for free to buy coins from new projects.

He is talking about new projects IEOs/ICOs in general.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Roobee is a blockchain-based investment platform on: September 13, 2019, 09:32:03 AM

131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SHARD - Scalable POS Blockchain with Staking Exchange & Multi-Coin Wallet on: September 13, 2019, 09:23:22 AM
Looking at your project it seems that it have a lot of potential. The development team is doing a great job, the website and wallet is looking very good. I tested the wallet and is among the best out there, it have very nice features integrated into it. The only issue I can see is that I can't find enough liquidity on the only exchange where SHARD is listed to be traded. Maybe you can work more on integrating the project into new exchanges and maybe to make some trading competitions like other projects, because me - for example- I can't buy more than few thousands coins on CB and is sad because the return from staking is pretty nice compared with other projects. c'mon people, sell me some coins  Grin

there is a few k below 1000 sat on cb i would buy it right now if i could but my cb account go banned last week not able to buy due to their stupid country restrictions
waiting for that website they mentioned in latest announcement where we can get shard without using cb and allows in multiple currencies

this is what they said =
"We have also started developing a little side project that will make it much easier to purchase Shard for those who would like to do so, without using CryptoBridge. It will allow users to easily choose between 5 main currencies that can be used to exchange for Shard. The currencies planned for exchange are BNB, BTC, ETH, LTC, and XRP. Users will be able to easily select the pair they want to trade, enter the desired amount of Shard to receive, and supply their Shard wallet address. You will then be given an address in your currency of choice to send the equivalent amount of the currency that is required. After sending the payment, you will receive your Shard within 10–60 minutes, depending on the currency you selected. This feature will allow people to purchase Shard outside of CryptoBridge, before the launch of Shardax, and enable people the ability to obtain Shard outside of an exchange, even after Shardax has been launched. It is just the first part of something bigger that we will be looking to implement on a much larger scale in the future."

Good news for you then, and not only, with their side project. I saw the orders on cryptobridge, but I want to buy more and the price will go up a lot if I want to buy few tens of thousands.
Shardax sounds good, when is planned the launch of the platform? I didn't found any info on this.

IEOs = same sh1t (as ICOs), different package (distribution point).
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CryptoTribunal - a movement that will bring trust back into the crypto scene. on: September 11, 2019, 11:17:24 AM
Interesting project. I am curious how the professionals are going to be paid for their efforts, work, expenses, if many of the people are scammed by all their money. How can they know who and how much to payback (if they manage to recover any funds raised). Many projects did exit-scam, many are insolvent, etc.  Meanwhile I will keep an eye on your project and see how it will evolve. Good luck!

Thanks!
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are only rich on spreadsheets on: September 10, 2019, 08:33:05 AM
I hear you bro, but remember is free money. For some you work hard for some the work is easier but for the beginners is free money and they can start a nice journey in this cryptospace if they don't have money to invest. Some project are paying more than others, some are successful and some are not, this is the way it is. You know whatever is free should be welcome, even is a low amount of money.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [CMG] CMGCoin on: September 09, 2019, 04:11:19 AM
The developer stated:
"DISCLAIMER: This thread, the website, and the social networks will be updated as development progresses."
-so the Discord will be created a a later time, but indeed the source code will be handy if posted in here or somewhere else.

Don't bump the thread. Diff is rising.  Angry
Wait... Oh shi

For the success of the project, bumping the thread is actually a good thing (even do this was not my intention since I don't mine this coin), more miners come in, more people will know about the project. What is the purpose of mining a coin that no one knows or use? You will end up holding a coin with no value. If Bitcoin were mined only by Nakamoto and Finney this world never ever existed. So bump it up every day sir, Cheers!

That was sarcasm.  Wink Tongue

Meanwhile network hashrate 965 H/s
Diff 173813

Coop. mining live!

Ah ok, I didn't understood your sarcasm because you have put the sad face also.  Tongue
