You do need to buy a new card if the current card value is consumed, it's not a one-time use card, you can use it until you spend all the balance on it.
I want more information about this card as the bank, the country, and the sites that accept payment with it?
There are many people who sell such cards but they only work as discount cards or with websites that accept gift cards and not anywhere on the internet.
The issuing bank is a polish bank, yet the card issued is completely hassle free, It's not connected to any billing address, you can use any address, any name, or even your own, It's not country-restricted, you can use it in almost every country on this earth, and everywhere on the internet!
