I try to keep up with the thread. Man, there are soo many pages about what people is holding, what they sold, what they want to buy, blackcoin went up 5sat, blackcoin went down 5sat. I don't see many people asking if there are more ways to make this coin more useful and how to spread the word out about it even more. Which will increase demand + value per BC  A few days ago i tried to tell the people here to spend some coins for the android-/lightweight-wallet here http://blackcointalk.com/index.php/topic,1268.0.html but nothing happened.... They are waiting for Mint Community to finish it so they can copy.. and thats OK, thats the OpenSource Way We the Mint Community, are in the final stage of developing it 100% FOSS. once we hit 5% it will stay 5% until we hit 70bil coins and then all pos will stop as the coin is capped at 70bill unlike BC witch has no coin cap and poses at 1% but enough bout BC that coin suckssss

Is this true? I know it was later posted that someone estimates we will hit 70bil coins around 2036, however the bigger issues is - what happens when minting stops altogether? What is going to secure the network? Will people who leave their wallet open and unlocked receive shares of whatever transaction fees are paid, and their wallets will be securing the transactions? Imagine BC that only pays 1% annually to secure the network... we an make it 1% on 2036 and that 1% is gonna be huugeee because of the future prices. Mint is more secure than BC, BC is low early reward POS, like DOGE is low early reward POW. Fails.. |

The answer is: it isn't better, in terms of potential Returns on Investment. The reason is, contrary to BlackCoin, PeerCoin destroys all transaction fees. This makes the yearly inflation of 1% irrelevant, since the suppy tends to remain the same (not counting with mining). BlackCoin doesn't destroy transaction fees, so it has more inflation than PPC which means in long term there will be always some correction because of this inflation. But still, BlackCoin is great coin and 1% inflation / year is nothing. Im buying a lot of PPC with all the BC i sold at 80.000 Love you guyss!! make me rich! |

Some of you need to dial it back a bit, especially the newcomers. Perception is reality and if you protray the perception that BC is going down, then BC will actually go down.
Hey Iconic; few questions for ya: Can you elaborate on who these Wall Street Investors were that you were in discussion with and what part they had to play in the dump and now manipulation of our coin? Have you been in communication with them since the dump to get an understanding of their plans for the future? Did you receive any information to suggest that this colossal dump would occur ahead of time? I have so far lost close to 9 BTC in portfolio value on this coin buying above 65,000 on the basis that your announcements and hype generation were truthful and sincere. I would really like a wallet card, but i don't want to pay via blackcoin. Reason being is, i'm secretly hoping BC reaches the quoted $40 per coin by the end of the year, and if it does, that means i've spent $20,000 to buy a plastic card  ..sooooo. can i use painpail instead?  I added BTC and LTC. Sorry I do not accept PayPal. May i ask where the card is useable? Is it working like a credit card debit card, we can purchase anywhere with it?
