Wow. What a site and administrator; kudos for being so friendly and professional throughout this thread. I have a small suggestion: what about some demo site, kind of like what ThemeForest has? It's hard to rely on a small, sometimes inadequate, to see if a certain product is for you. The description can always be typed up and stretch things.
I'd think something like this would be hard to implement, but it would be helpful and, IMHO, boost sales a little bit.

Yogg. This product was deleted more than a year ago way before our relaunch. Since than we've improved our process and we are currently working on further improvements.
To your case - that was the rules back then and we stay behind them - we were just marketplace, nothing more, nothing less. Moreover we were just in beta and we made that clear as is stated in our private conversation.
However since then we've learned a lot and decided to provide more services. If somebody has any problem with script and is unable to resolve it with the owner, we provide refunds.
