Hi LoyceV Thank your for testing our the site and giving some really good feedback! In regards to being first, most sites offering gambling that had lightning only offered one or two games. We don't really consider this to be a casino where you have slots, table games, live casino games, virtual racing etc. I guess you could argue that definition but that's way we see it. The thought & suggestions are really good; email, wording and max button will be addressed shortly. It would be nice to fully support TOR, we don't have too much experience with it but it might be something we can look at in the near future. Micro should really be μ as you say, in the games though we can't really control it as it comes from game providers. But on the site we can, so we will change it  Regarding the LN withdraw, we got an error from our node that it was unable to route the payment ("Unable to find a path to destination"). We have seen this happen a handful of times and it is always when using Phoenix Wallet for withdrawals. I am not sure exactly why, I know the dev team have been in contact with the developers on Phoenix to try and sort it out but so far it still seems to happen. Your withdraw was eventually resolved and money was returned. The routing issue happens after a payment has been approved, which is why you got an approved message but actual funds failed to route. This happens very rarely, but we will look into to trying to make sure the routing was successful before notifying the player in the future. We never had a routing issue with Wallet of Satoshi or Blue Wallet for instance, so I don't really want to recommed to switch wallet - but they seem to work better for some reason, maybe Phoenix wallet being non-custodial makes routing in to the wallet more complicated  |

It's fine if a platform claims to be "first" or "greatest". When players have made a deposit, the currency that showed will still Bitcoin or will it be converted to Fiat?
Thank you! For the moment it only shows in micro-bitcoin (uBTC). Please note that we are temporarily turning off USDT on Betplay.io due to Ethereum network congestion and high fees. We will reevaluate this later and we are also looking into support for other USDT networks outside of Ethereum. Being able to provide fast and low cost payments are very important to us and right now we do not feel that USDT on ETH network meets our requirements.
Had a visit to the site. Quite good in all aspects, I didn't made a signup. From the overview it looks more of a trusted platform, and it has added games from different development platforms. This will help people preferring different scripts to give a try. However the gambling market is highly competent, and trust is much required to attract gamblers use the platform. Look for all the possible sources and add more trust. Lightening Network is good and adds attraction as very few platforms have started making use of it.

I was happy to read your post that you wont be collecting personal data for deposits and withdrawals, but your TOS claims otherwise. If KYC wont be asked during deposits and withdrawals, can you give us examples of when and why you might use it? I am interested because you don't have a gambling license. Did I understand correctly that I have the right to refuse submitting my personal data to you? If so, what happens with my funds and my winnings?
My second question is about "user contributions". What exactly is that? You state that it might be shared on the site publicly or with third parties.
Sorry for our late reply on this, so regarding KYC, the reason for why we still have that is because it is a requirement for us to have in our TOS if we want to go for the Curacao license. And as mentioned before we have had in plan to go for that license and that is why we chose to still keep it in our TOS. However, we have spoken internally and will remove that clause from our TOS until we have the license, because as you mentioned it is not necessary while we don't have a license. The "user contributions" is in our TOS because of upcoming promotions where we will show the players chosen username when they have won a big bet for example.

What you are organizing looks very interesting, in view of the fact that you want to establish better communication with your customers, do you have plans to spread the word? That is, a social media campaign, signature campaign?

I was taking a look at your "aviator" game, it looks pretty, but kind of shocks me that you'd clone bustabit, which has a robust and established provably fair system and then change it to something that is not only obviously not provably fair (the casino can trivially cheat) but something that would also be a PITA to verify. I'd suggest you either fix it, or not falsely advertise it as provably fair  The lightning aspect of your site is pretty cool, hopefully that becomes standard as lightning adoption increases Aviator is a provider's game. Betplay can't change it. Correct, Aviator is a provided by Spribe so we do not have direct control of it. They do offer a provably fair implementation that takes players' seeds into account. Whether you find their implementation satisfactory or not is something you need to check and decide for yourself of course.

It is a really fast platform, I am glad that it has the option for LN, it would be excellent if it has a demo option to be able to test the games, it is also good that it has the balance around Micro-BTC, since many see this more accessible Perhaps it is a psychological impression, but many when seeing that they can bet little catches their attention.

I like the name of this site along with the design which looks trendy and slick. Performance on mobile and desktop seems great too. The creative names for various games(Crash as Aviator etc) are pretty cool in my opinion.
I suggest adding more Q&A in the FAQ section though since many vital questions such as minimum deposit, withdrawal etc are missing.
I do agree adding more items in FAQ. Though you are using LN, still it is good to know simple info like min deposit/withdrawal. And if you are using bitcoin-on-chain, what is min depo/withdrawal? Those info sometimes are important to players especially small time players. On the other note, when I check your aviator game, there are about 117 bets already. That's a very good start as you are just new here. Seems that you already promoted it before you introduced it here in the forum. But it says, there are 2 online, how come there are more than 100 bets placed? We have been live for about 3 weeks before joining this forum. Doing your first lightning transaction is almost like rediscovering Bitcoin again Being able to quickly deposit and withdraw without paying high fees, especially for smaller amounts, is something we believe is really important for players. Not only because it is a nice experience, but you don't have to leave funds on the site when its so cheap to deposit & withdraw your funds from/to your own wallet every session. Specially the design and i haven’t faced any loading issues during my visit although i am not using high speed internet this time. Good to hear that your casino user will get faster withdrawal experience including new features. Keeping everything aside i can only suggest that most gamblers like to play in a trusted platform who have honest service and special care for their users. Its the only way by which you can bring players on your platform.
