Roadmap announcements coming in the next few days. Stay tuned

Yes, it's very nice to hear this news  and I can see the SUMOKOIN price is rising up very highly on the livecoin exchange.
It has flied up more 30% at the present and maybe it will continue to grow up higher. Keep your good work and everyone will support this project.

LOL  24Volume: 102 SUMO

But yes, the news is good. News always is good.

What do you think about this exchanger?
https://yobit.net/en/addcoin/
Many Russian miners and traders use it. Smiley

A bad exchange with a bad reputation. And they don't add CryptoNote coins.

Not sure what's the issue is, apart from their crappy UI, it is working perfectly for me though.

I lost money there. Transfer on a credit card not came. Tech. support just closed the ticket. This problem not only for me. They closing coins wallets and pump\dump it. But this wallets normal working on the other exchanges.

Don't. feed. the. troll.

Yeahh. Then how do you explain this fact? Can't?

That's ok you can specify difficulty on .bat code, when specifying -u, follow it with a period and diff.

Example:

if my wallet address was iz123, i would put `-u iz123.450000` for 450k diff

On the nicehash?

At the time of the pump on the pool clearly present nicehash or aws.
Even now hash rate > 1 Mh Very suspicious with 256 active miners.

Haha, someone now mined on the main pool with nicehash. But the port for nicehash not on the pool. How to understand this? SCAM?

Could you clarify that statement? It is good to have some basic tech knowledge before starting with the red scam accusations... All the ports on our pool are working has they should be and the highest end equipment port 9999 is capable of handling nicehash with no problems...

No 9999 does not work for some time. On nicehash 400000 min diff.

Yes, thank's, I'll hold the main part.
But in any case, I think the developers need more time to marketing. Technically, the coin is not bad looking.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [SUMO] SUMOKOIN - 🔏 Digital Cash For High-Confidential Transactions 🔏 on: November 07, 2017, 09:29:08 PM
I guess Hitbtc won't help. At least not now. Fees for 6 month are about 15btc (about 5 for one time source code check and about 10 for 6 month listing).

A lot of money if you ask me. Anyway it is not my decision to make  Wink

I still don't get the fear of the premine. I can't figure out a single scenario were it would be good to dump it...

If the coin won't be successfull until the first premine is set free, there is no reason to cash out since you simply can't.

If the coin is successfull, a little cash out would not hurt at all.

However, I discussed the premine far to often. I hold a couple of Sumo and I won't sell them anytime soon. However, everybody has to make up his own mind about the premine.

Yes, "5 BTC for one time source code check" LOL.
We'll see.. I only want to decide, how many the sumo to keep.
And when the release subaddress functionality?
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [SUMO] SUMOKOIN - 🔏 Digital Cash For High-Confidential Transactions 🔏 on: November 07, 2017, 08:43:11 PM
Sumokoin is a lowcapcoin. Dev are working on the core to implement Sumo's next big feature (subaddresses)
Since dev won't go for marketing bevor the work is done, it is quite natural for a small coin to loose volume (and value).

But imho this is honest & true developement without the urge to pump just for the sake of it.

I respect Sumokoin's dev for this decision and support their way of thinking. You don't see this often in times of crazy ICOs, only driven by big marketing shemes...

Yeah.. By the way and when the developers will open the wallets with premine? July 2018 first 600k? Given the very slow progress of this can be a problem. Not much time left.
I leave a few thousand sumo on the future. Still think the project is interesting. But now a lot of promising projects, there is faster things move. And from the developers themselves something little news. Subaddress nice, but on the market will not greatly affected.
What about hitbtc? 5-6 BTC listing on the 6 months or I mistake? I think not a bad option if so..
I mean, what cryptopia obviously artificially maintained the price of 4-5K now. The last time I bought 4K sumo with difficulty. Nobody wanted to sell at a reasonable price now. It is laughter and not bidding. Smiley

Hmm.. I see only bot trades on cryptopia. Is there any news about the bigger exchanges?
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [SUMO] SUMOKOIN - 🔏 Digital Cash For High-Confidential Transactions 🔏 on: November 06, 2017, 09:18:34 AM
Have sumo no protection from botnets. There is protection from nicehash. A botnet can afford such an increase in diff. Wink

You are missing the point RomanV. Of course any botnet can mine on Sumokoin network, the diff algo of the coin just makes it unprofitable for them cause the difficulty reacts immediately to the applied hashrate and the botnets cannot take advantage of the usual lag that all other diff algos have and gather all blocks in the meantime. For that reason they have left us alone and are minning coins that are way more profitable for them.

Nonsense. The owner of the botnet makes no sense now to get sumo, the stock of coins is already there. The botnet now can afford 50-70% hash networks sumo. Will be a normal exchange, the normal volume of trade and the botnet will come back. A quick recalculation diff is not beneficial only for nicehash miners.
You are missing the point sumogr Smiley

How is the diff algo not beneficial for nicehash miners but is beneficial for a botnet? No offense but that makes absolutely no sense as the nethash and difficulty increases in both cases so I’d like an explanation please.

Because a botnet can now pick up almost 100% of the network easy. But why mining botnet this coin now? Buy orders is not, and the stock of coins already mined. Not need the owner of a botnet network to pay attention to fast calculation of diff. Botnets are not be adjusted to the calculation blocks, and can get a good profit even when hashrate of the network >100мх. A many botnet network is mined xmr now. Think a quick recalculation of diff will greatly affect the situation? Smiley

Hey. I've been mining for a while first at pool.sumokoin and now poolto
But I haven't received any sumo to my wallet. am I doing something wrong here?

How long did you mine?
Is your wallet synched?
What's your HR?
You got some pending balance?

At that time a few days (this was back in september) it says there have been payouts and there are txids in the blockchain explorer but still nothing in my wallet. it is completely synced and up to date. 100% sure that the address i'm mining with isn't wrong. copy/pasted from the wallet

HR at that time was maybe 150H/s (was just cpu mining)

I built a new rig and just got it running today (linked to a new address and mining on poolto). Also how long does poolto take to show anything? Been running it a few hours now and its says i'm at zero. which shouldn't be the case

2 options. 1. Not enough time has passed. 2. If you do not come coins for a long time, then need to restore a wallet from seeds.

It's been months so definitely can't be the time.
I not sure why I would need to restore the wallet. I never received any coins to it at all.

I think the restore should help. There is a bug with the wallet.
Save the files of the old wallet, just in case.
If you don't remember "seeds",then in the console "sumo-wallet-cli" enter "seed", they need to remember.
Stop sumokoind and out of the sumo-wallet-cli
Remove all of x:\ProgramData\sumokoin
Next, start the daemon and sumo-wallet-cli  with this parameter, sumo-wallet-cli --restore-deterministic-wallet (from the command line, for example), enter any new name of a key, then enter the seed and then the new password.

I have some SUMO's and waiting patiently for the pump. hope we can reach the moon:) go altcoins go SUMO!

Altcoins went up. Sumo fell not only the course, but the volume is almost none. In orders to buy - 1 BTC. Not good. I now stopped buying sumo. Will see what happens with trade volume. Pump I do not expect, but the course was supposed to follow the altcoin market, now it is not, it is alarming. Smiley

Strangely, very little volume on the exchanges now. Livecoin actually scary to watch. Smiley A lot of miners, but few investors. By the way, I look the latest news of bittrex, all sad, block many accounts. I understand that bittrex remains the largest exchange. But, plans have not changed?
