121  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Android Bitcoin Wallet on: August 19, 2011, 05:16:20 PM
Yesterday i ran into a problem, starting the android client. It just started syncing the block chain as usual and then crashed without any interaction.

Can you send me the crash report? I'll have a look into it.

Sure, just sent the Google Crash report. I hope you can access over the android developer console.

Thanks for support!

I really like this app, great work!

Yesterday i ran into a problem, starting the android client. It just started syncing the block chain as usual and then crashed without any interaction.

I just started to generate bitcoins from mining via eligius mining pool. This "generated" payout from this pool thems to kill the Android Bitcoin Client.

If Goonie is around, this is the address from my wallet: http://blockexplorer.com/address/1JRH4EnxLVcMGxx951pm9jApJ7cYH3oSvV

Just check the last transaction.

At this time, those bitcoins seem to be lost, because i can't access them anymore. Hopefully, i will wait for an update or a possibilty to extract the wallet.dat.

I was mining for the last round but don't see the reward anywhere for that. Is this a known problem?

Yes, the block is confirmed but rewards currently are not shown up in the web gui. Pool operator promised to fix that issue tonight. I know him as a serious guy, he can be trusted.

I'am sure payout should be possible in a couple of hours.

Hi

I was just wondering, how long will it take for the btc stats in the top left of the page to reflect the btc I have earned. Or how long does it take for the estimated rewards to become confirmed?

I also noticed yesterday, that the estimated rewards decreased significantly from the value it was at before ? Was there any reason for this ?

Greetings,

The pool is running propotional payout at the moment.

Proportional ("Share-based"): Every time a block is found, its reward is split between participants according to the number of shares they submitted.

This means your estimated reward show how many bitcoins you would get if the pool finds a block at this moment. As long as your and the pools hashrate change until the next block is found, the shown reward can change.

Meni Rosefeld has written a nice document, which exactly explains how propotional payout works: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=32814.0

129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Physical Bit Dollars (BETA) on: August 07, 2011, 03:10:54 PM
This project doesn't seem very serious tbh. Look at the website, no information about who is running the site.

Why should i trust you and buy bitdollars? This will end like mybitcoin... As soon as the site owner has enough btc in his wallets, he will disappear and going to sell out and make big cash. Your bitdollars will become worthless because, nobody is willing to pay you any bitcent for this redemtion codes...

I like how fast the pages load. Just clicking and the pages are instantaneously there Smiley

Feature request: Automatic payouts

I am sure automatic payouts won't be a big deal to implement as soon as we get the first blocks solved. The pool operator wtfman will take care of it!

Still 3 BTC bounty for the finder of the first block!

Currently at 8 GHash/s. We are looking forward to solve the first block! Join now and earn extra BTC from the promotion.

The pool is getting more and more features, the interface and android app is very cool and handy.

136  Local / Mining (Deutsch) / Re: Ab wieviel GH/s auf eigenes Konto minen on: July 20, 2011, 08:44:20 PM

I would really love to see this pool growing!

Let's get this first block solved and grab free Bitcoins from the promotion.

The android app is pretty as well, i use it everyday @work to check my worker stats.

Der Pool entwickelt sich! Mittlerweile gibt's einiges mehr an Content. Man munkelt es werden demnδchst einige neue Features implementiert.

Suchen noch viele fleiίige Miner fόr den ersten Block!
